I just purchased an Audi Allroad Quattro yesterday and I had a terrific experience. It's all about the salesperson and mine, Juan Tejada, was excellent. Not only did he work with me to get the price down on the new car and up on the trade in, he spent a lot of time with me going over the electronics and today is even taking my bike rack off of my old car for me to pick up tomorrow. I met Wilson Suriel at Audi Peabody, MA with my wife. We test drove a 2018 Audi Q5 that day. Wilson showed us a comprehensive overview of the many interior and exterior features of the Q5. He even had a great route; it was a mix of highway and beautiful winding back rounds to let me feel the car's handling. When we returned to the dealership, Wilson listened well to my needs and desires, and also answered my questions regarding the merits of leasing, buying pre-owned or buying new. We left that day making it known that our first visit was a recon trip. Wilson kept in great touch with me over the next couple of weeks. Visiting Wilson again for the second time, we looked at two vehicles in inventory that fit my specs. Wilson asked if today was the day to move forward. I wasn't happy with where the dealership's price was, given that this would be the fourth family vehicle purchased through IRA (Lexus + Audi). That loyalty needs to be rewarded. Four vehicles isn't a one-off purchase; that's what we call a trend. I futher negotiatied with Wilson, and we read a manager into the conversation. We arrived at a price I was happy with, including my 2007 A4 trade in, dealer discounts and Audi loyalty rewards, and so began the paperwork. I own an S-Corp, and so properly structuring the financing, titling and registration was important. The whole team, from Wilson, to Audi Financial Services, to in-house MA registration worked seamlessly together. I'll have owned my Q5 for eight months. I'm enjoying the hell out of it! I just started shopping for a new car and wanted to compare the 3 series to the a4. Like Terrence S I also met with Henry, great great salesman to work with so far. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car without just rattling off a bunch of features. I told him I was just starting to look and he was very low pressure which was great. He took me out for a really thorough test drive of the car. He really gave a perfect mix of great corners, highways speeds, prob the best test drive I've ever been on. I'm waiting for some of the 2011's to come in before I make a decision but I'll def go back to speak to Henry again once they do. I'll update this as I go through the rest of the process but for now the service at IRA has been great. read more

My recent dealing with Audi Peabody was unlike most experiences with your typical car dealership. Michael S was my sales consultant and he took the time to ascertain my needs to establish the exact vehicles I was looking at and made sure he could deliver on those requirements. This is where the difference with Michael and Audi made a difference and ultimately earned my business. After testing a few vehicles, we went back to Michael's desk to discuss the trade in value of my current vehicle and Michael ensured this whole process was quick, thorough and easy. We did not sit at a desk dying of boredom because Michael had vanished in a fashion all too familiar in most dealerships you deal with. There was no messing around over the haggle of my valuation of the trade in versus the dealer trying to lowball me. It was as simple as it should be. Even after verbally agreeing to a deal, my wife and I asked if we could grab some food before the deal was finalized so Michael actually drove us to a nearby establishment. Most dealerships would fear the deal walking out of the door, yet Michael and Audi Peabody were a point of difference in this regard. I've made an appointment to view the car and somebody who contacted me requested an appointment confirmation via email(I confirmed). In 20 min some other person contacted me by phone and asked come next day(evening) as vehicle is not ready(it was listed for sale as CPO week before on the site). Then I've sent 3 emails and made 1 call to confirm that I want to come next day but earlier. Someone by phone confirmed that I may come. I've wasted 1.5 h of my time for visiting the salon. I've waited 15 min before someone came to and told that car is not available yet. I've expected more from Audi. Very bad impression. read more

What a wonderful experience we had with Peabody Audi! It began with our salesperson Dan Ursino. He is a young guy, and we were impressed with his knowledge of all the different styles, engines, bells and whistles etc of the many different vehicles we inquired about. He assured me that he is getting the claim taken care of and adding a credit back to my card. Clearly, their definition of "locked-in price" differs from the general public's. We went in with an online "locked-in price" quote printed out but the dealership refused to honor it, saying that they can change the price at anytime. Then my husband demanded our keys back (we had wanted to negotiate a trade-in price) but in typical shady-car-dealer form, the agent kept lagging until my husband requested to speak to the manager. The manager came out, gave our keys back and insulted our trade-in. MEAN! Customer service means nothing here. If you want to be treated like a human being, DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I went to Ira Audi after a really disappointing time at Audi Brookline. The trip up from Dorchester was long, but the inventory was great at Ira. I had a young sales person, Brendan, with whom I took the A4 I had seen online out for a drive. Great car, and Brendan was an Audi enthusiast which was nice. The price of the A4 was great. However, I was significantly low balled on my trade...and was ready to walk when they finally gave me a reasonable offer. I got great financing, and a great car. The reason I am going with 3 stars, though, is because of what I have experienced since, by way of the service department., David Ladd in service is great....communicative and up front. However, sales had told me when I bought my car that my 35K service would be free of charge. I'm currently sitting in service looking at close to $300 (standard service price). Sales has been unresponsive to coming through on their promise. I was also just informed that I have significant debris (pine needles) in the battery compartment area of my A4, and that this accumulation could cause a leak. $110/1hour labor to clean...if I want. Seeing that I have NEVER parked my car under a pine tree, and the pine needles aren't even from a pine tree that grows in the Northeast...it is clear this debris is from the prior owner, and that it wasn't cleaned during the certification process. Service won't budge on this...saying there is no way to confirm they were/weren't there when I bought the car. This much is true, but I am 100% positive this debris was not cleaned when I purchased this car. The service department is respectable, although in retrospect, I cannot say the same for sales. I'd be super careful when inspecting a used car from Ira...and get anything sales promises you on a CPO in writing. read more

As a customer with very high customer service expectations, I give Audi in Peabody 5 stars. As soon as I pulled my car in for my 10,000 mile service, a representative at the dealership walked right up to me, greeted me in a very professional manner and had my information up on his iPAD before I even had to speak a word! The check in literally took 5 minutes. Their customer service staff is extremely detail oriented and efficient - the way a top tier dealership should be. The time estimate for my service was spot on, and I felt very comfortable waiting in their waiting area which features leather furniture, magazines, water, computers, Starbucks coffee, and complimentary snacks. As soon as the service was completed they came and got me, and the price quote was exactly at check out as they informed me upon check in. To boot, they also vacuumed and cleaned my car inside and out. I love this place! Best Audi dealership in the North Shore by far. read more

Watch out if you are buying a used or demo or rental car here. They will try to sell you some garbage car and not disclose things to you if they can get away with it. If There is a car and it's been sitting on the lot for a while there's probably something wrong. Their problem will become your problem. I almost bought a car here but during the test drive I found that the brakes/wheels/whatever were completely damaged. The entire steering wheel shook as if the car was going to fall apart when breaking on the highway. The Carfax said there was a tire replaced but it gave vague information. The test drive pretty much told me this car had some fundamental issues. It also sat on their lot a long time and there wasn't much interest, makes sense why. The car was a part of their rental fleet. It was a white a7, if you bought it, God bless. Watch out for Mark, he is definitely a typical car shark. Update: the a7 demo/service rental car I looked at was a few months ago as he said. No idea who they pawned that thing off on, must have thought I was a sucker! read more

My fiancé and I visited this dealership this weekend. Mind you, we did not go in with the intention to buy that day, but basically to get some more information about trade-in value of our current car, if I liked driving the Q5 and if it would be enough space for our future family. Right away, terrible impression. Not once did the salesman ask for my fiancé's name, nor introduce himself to him. Throughout working with us, this salesman constantly needed to point out how expensive the car was and that we'd probably have some trouble making payments. And this is before he even knew what our financial situation is like. While we may look young, we would never walk into a business/store if we knowingly couldn't afford it. This was very offensive to us. He showed us a Q5 that had not yet been inspected or cleaned. He then showed us another Q5 that had been sold and was sitting in the showroom. We then got to witness him being scolded for doing so. Just a very unprofessional atmosphere. Once we saw the dirty Q5, the salesman left us to speak to his manager for 15 minutes to provide us with a number. He came back. Not only did he not give us a number but he acted like he was ready to show us out the door. They ended up never learning my fiancé's name, even when the manager came over. We were extremely disappointed with the service and the way we were treated. We are both adults who are planning a wedding on top of everything else. It was insulting to be told 5 times that we probably couldn't afford the car. Needless to say, we will be shopping for an Audi elsewhere. read more

Great service advisor team there. Came in for my 15k and a car detailing. Detailing was on special, so saved $70. Due to the length of the 15k maintenance and the detailing, my service advisor kindly offered me a loaner so I could return home and continue work while they take care of my A5. When I returned, I was promptly greeted again and provided with my car. Everything went smooth and I will continue using that dealership, although I have a few Audi dealerships closer to home. read more

My wife and I both own Audi's purchased at IRA. The entire staff is terrific. From purchase to service it doesn't get any better. There are other makes of cars to compete with Audi, but what draws me back is the fabulous service department. Once you purchase a car you rarely have contact with the sales department, but you will have contact with the service department for routine maintenance and repairs. You will love IRA's! read more

IF YOUR CONSIDERING BUYING USED FROM IRA READ THIS-Ok, I will try and keep this as short as possible. I traded in my 4runner (that never gave me not 1 problem) for what I thought was a step up to a pre owned Audi Q7.. I did some shopping around looked at Bmw Acura and then Audi. I picked out a very well priced Q7 at Ira. I dealt with Brendon who was a good enough guy. The entire sales process went very well and the sales team did great.( wait for it).. I picked up my Q7 (very excited) and of course I drive it off the lot, before I even get onto the high way The "check engine" light comes on. Brendon tells me he must have put "to much" gas in it for me and tells me bring it straight to service (my first visit of MANY) and they would verify to much gas, Which they did. (they reset the cpu) and the light went out. The next day it rained all morning.. I woke up to the entire back of the Q7 soaked and smelly, The panoramic roof was leaking. After Many attempts to repair the roof, as well as a number of other issues they bought back the Q7 to avoid a lemon law claim. By now I was dealing with Bob Memmelo who is the Ira Audi manager and Mike Akroyd the sales manager. They are all nice guys . (or were) Mike took me in his office and showed me a few Q7's that I could pick from online. ( he pre qualified them by price of course) I picked one out that had some damage on the rims and a ding on the door. Mike assured me all would be taken care of and repaired before I picked it up. I continued to drive either a rental or the first Q7 for weeks until the next Q7 was ready for pickup..I show up to pick it up and of course NON of the damaged rims were replaced and the ding was still there. Of course being a laid back guy I accept the Q7 and drive it off the lot (this time making it home) about 2 weeks go buy and I am settling in to the new vehicle. I purchased $4,000 rims for it (since I couldn't look at the scratched up ones any more) and thought I was in the clear. All of a sudden .. it stalled. Apparently I again had a "bad" Q7. Of course it being certified it was under warranty and thank god for that and David Ladd in service who does an OUTSTANDING job at trying to make a bad experience bearable.. after replacing a few coils and parts I again.. weeks later took possession of my Q7. Within the first month the Q7 stalled again had noises and lagged acceleration as well as a recalled part. I finally had had enough I called Bob Memmalo and told him I did not want the Q7 back even though I would lose money on the rims, I needed a more reliable vehicle. I then went to sales again now roughly 90 days after the pickup of the second car, I explained to Bob and Mike exactly what I've gone through and told them to take it back give me what I paid and I would consider leasing a new Audi even though one of the 2010 rentals they gave me also died on me in the middle of the night.. Bob looked at me and said he couldn't afford to take another loss on ME!! and that he lost allot of money on the first LEMON they sold me!! Then asked Mike how much they could give me for a trade in on the 2nd Q7 they sold me that was a hunk of shit.. Mike came back $4,000 lower than what I paid for it just 3 months earlier.. even though it was in service for around 4 weeks of the 90 days!! I lost it but I tried to remaine calm.. I began talking about the things I would have to do as far as attorney general, lemon law, face book status's, dealer rater, twitter and yelp.. Bob stuck to his guns and said "do what you have to do" and added "maybe Audi wasn't the brand for me".. On my way home he reconsidered my trade in price and offered me yet still $1000 less for the 2nd Q7. I calmed down and realized I could not in my right mind do business with these people again. I went to Herb chambers flag ship Mercedes worked out a price on a new e-class and they gave me more than I paid for my trade in. So Bob was almost right accept it was Ira that wasnt the brand for me. read more

I would give this company half a star is I could. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord from the on October 30th of 2018, not too long after that I noticed that the car had a starting problem. It's a push-button start and sometimes it would just make a weird misfiring noise and instead of starting. I knew the starter was going, I called them and told them about it. The manager I spoke with told me that they'll diagnose and fix it but, they cannot give me a loaner... (what!). After a lot of back and forth, they decided to put me in a loaner while they try to fix it. 3 days later, they said that they could not replicate the problem (I had shown them a video of the car not starting). The manager told me that because I brought it to their attention inside my warranty that they would take care of it when it becomes a bigger issue. The staring problem had been getting worse, I didn't even wanna call them because of the way the treated me the first time. Now it's August, the problem has gotten much worse, and it was always loud and embarrassing. I called them, the first thing the service manager Mike says is that it's been too long... I'm thinking, here we go. I speak with the sales manager who agrees to diagnose and fix it, but he said they cannot give me a loaner, so I asked why he said because the car I bought was not an Audi and that their policies changed. Bullshit. I had the potential to be a returning customer after my first time there but, once they got my money, they were done with me and so I'm done with them. read more

I am in love with my new Q5. It drives and rides like a dream. Big shout out to Marc Gordon for being patient with us and helping us throughout the whole process even though we could be a pain. He was able to get us a great deal! There were some bumps along the road because of management, but after pondering over the experience now its a positive one. On the day of the delivery Marc really delivered on his promise, car was spotless and clean. He bent backward over for us and catered to all our needs and even went through all the functions and features of the car. I spoke with salesman Louis last week inquiring about preowned vehicles. He was nice and friendly and after going over what they had on their lot (which was not what I was looking for) explained to us that Ira had many dealships and he would look at the inventory and give us a call. Two days later I stopped by the dealership to look at colors as I was having trouble deciding on a color. A young salesman came up to us outside and told us that they don't search pre owned inventory for anyone and that it was very unlikely I'd find what I wanted. After I explained we had spoken to Louis, he went inside and came back out after speaking with someone and confirmed that they would not be willing to assist me in finding the vehicle I wanted. He also told us that Louis was there at his desk. Louis never came outside to great us nor did Louis ever call to follow up with us. He lied about helping me find a vehicle and had no intentions of ever calling us. I really can't believe I was treated like a fool. I was ready to purchase a vehicle with cash no financing. They absolutely missed out on a good customer. Perhaps I wasn't dressed well enough that day. I recommend Audi Burlington 100% over Audi Peabody for better, more professional, and reliable staff. read more

Thankfully, we had a great experience at Audi Peabody. This was in large part thanks to our salesman, Zach Powers. When we first met him we were surprised how young he looked, but we were quickly impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the car. He was also easy-going, polite, responsive to our calls and emails and patient with all of our questions. In short, pretty much everything you'd want in a car salesman. Told him this was the car I wanted and he said he'd follow up on it and make the deal work to get me the car, then never heard back.
