The Audi dealership has a team of knowledgeable and professional sales staff. While the overall experience didn't quite have the same personal touch I'm used to at Sewell in McKinney, it was still a pleasant visit. I was especially pleased with the price they offered for my Q7, which exceeded my expectations and left me feeling good about the experience overall.

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING HERE, MOST ESPECIALLY AN EV!! They sold us a defective car as new, which we suspect was previously owned and returned. The car has had constant errors and issues the entire time we have owned it (1 year), and it has spent almost as much time at their service center as with us. It has stranded us on two trips, by being unable to charge. They have only one "EV" tech, who only seems to be able to call Audi and ask what to do. They give it back to us each time with issues still occurring. They claim they won't fix errors regarding the app, and claim they will only "fix" one error each time it is brought in. This, of course is as dangerous as it is irresponsible. We are being put in constant danger with many of the errors, which can shut down the car unexpectedly...or worse. We would never buy or lease any car from them again. Business "owner" responded here at first with only the main number of the dealership, telling us to "call" for assistance!. That does us no good, as we are already in touch with the people there, who don't do anything. It needs to go in, yet again, for additional errors. Since it is generally in there for 3+ weeks every single time, we can't be without transportation, and they don't always have a loaner. This is basically a NEW CAR! We have had it in for repair almost the same amount of time we have owned the car, and have had it in at least 3-4 times for an emergency electrical system/battery failure warning, which can cause personal injury, fire, or worse. They always return it to us, unfixed. It seems that all they do is delete all the errors, which show up again immediately upon picking up the car. This time, same thing. When texted for a further explanation, we were told that we have to bring it in, yet again, and this time it is likely to take SEVERAL MONTHS TO REPAIR! It seems they will now "try" to repair a cell in the defective battery, but they have to "wait in line" for a special table required for that. This is now beyond our or any reasonable person's limits of tolerance. All this time, we must continue to make payments on a car which we can't safely use...and they never were able to fix the fact that we aren't considered a "key user" by the car, and still can't remotely start climate control in the vehicle. It is in the 90s here, and the car is baking. They gave it back to us this last time, claiming they couldn't do anything, as Audi's server was down for a week. Audi has no clue what to do with electric vehicles!

So when it was time to replace my wife's 4Runner, Ricky Reed gave us a deal on a 17 Q5 that we couldn't refuse.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

They will either come to my home to pick up the car for a 1 day service, or for longer service windows they will have a Porsche loaner vehicle ready for me that I can use while my Porsche is being serviced. Unfortunately, the service department has declined so dramatically that I can no longer recommend them. Over the past year, I've had constant issues with appointments not being honored. I show up for scheduled service only to be told I don't have an appointment. When I ask for a loaner car, they say one will be available, but when I arrive, there's suddenly nothing for me. This has happened repeatedly. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled an appointment a full month in advance specifically to ensure a loaner car because the repair and oil change were expected to take more than a day. I also asked them to fix my glove box. They confirmed everything and assured me a loaner would be ready. Then, as I'm driving to the appointment, they call to tell me the part isn't available--after having a month's notice. They said it was "still on the way from Germany." Fine. I told them to call me when the part arrived so we could reschedule. It has now been two months, and I still haven't received a single follow‑up call. Not one. At this point, I'm done with Porsche Plano. I'll gladly drive all the way to the airport to use another Porsche dealership that actually values its customers. After years of loyalty and significant business, it's disappointing to see how far this location has fallen. I won't be servicing or purchasing vehicles from Porsche Plano again.

The vehicle was sold to me with locking lug nuts, but I was never provided the wheel lock key. Shortly after purchasing the car, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire -- only to find out I couldn't even remove the wheel due to the missing key. This created a serious safety issue and left me stuck. When I contacted the dealership, multiple employees acknowledged that the key was not provided. However, instead of offering a solution, I was given the runaround and even told that they have sold multiple vehicles like this before and that it was somehow my responsibility to catch it during a "pre-sale inspection." As a customer, I should not be responsible for identifying missing essential equipment -- especially something that prevents basic maintenance and impacts safety. The lack of accountability and refusal to resolve a clear oversight is unacceptable. I am now having to pay out of pocket to fix an issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. Buyers beware -- make sure you thoroughly inspect everything, because this dealership does not take responsibility for missing items or customer safety concerns after the sale. Update they finally paid for the wheel lock today and requested me to remove the review.

The vehicle in question was a 10-year-old Lexus ES 350 with around 70k miles. I had financing ready and paid for a professional pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on 1/5/2026, so there would be no guessing on either side. During the inspection, my mechanic found a knocking sound during slow acceleration. I immediately brought this to the dealership's attention. To be fair, the dealership did verify the issue and fixed it, which turned out to be loose screws that weren't fully tightened. What bothered me wasn't the fix it was that the repair was never reflected in the negotiation or pricing. The issue was only caught because I paid for an independent inspection. Without that, the next buyer would likely have taken delivery with the problem still unresolved. I worked mainly with Willis and Ismael. They were present throughout the process, but the negotiation itself felt rigid and one-sided. I spent nearly three hours at the dealership, fully expecting to complete a deal. We never did. I was repeatedly told that the numbers I was asking for were "unrealistic," that "they don't drop prices," and that "someone else will buy the car." At one point, I was told the dealership bought the Lexus for around $16,000, which may or may not be accurate, but it was used to shut down reasonable, inspection-backed discussion. For clarity: Advertised price: $19,991 Price after fees: nearly $23,000 Lowest number reached: $21,369 Even at that level, the numbers didn't make sense given the age of the vehicle, the inspection findings, and the amount of added fees. I was also significantly lowballed on my trade-in, a 2022 Mazda CX-30 with only 34k miles. On top of that, I was told several fees tied to the trade were fixed and non-removable: Two $750 dealership fees (only one could be removed) $695 inspection/detail fee $500 paint fee I respect the Lexus brand, but I value fairness and transparency more. A deal shouldn't rely on pressure tactics or the idea that "everyone gets the same bad deal." I'm sharing this so others go in informed. Do your research, get an independent inspection, and don't be afraid to walk away if the numbers don't add up mentally or financially. Sometimes walking away is the right decision.

I came based on written communication, which I have attached and saved, including text messages with the salesperson and his number. This is not how you treat customers. You don't lure families in with a written offer and then change the deal at the table. I strongly urge others to be cautious. Don't trust this dealership's quotes, even if they're in writing. Extremely poor customer service and shady business practices.
