    What a great experience! Jonny was excellent to work with. He listened, and didn't push us on things we didn't want and made sure we got what we did! Useff in finance was such a gentlemen and again told us our options but didn't push anything on us. He made our daughters first car buying experience a good one. She was so nervous and he was great explaining everything to her without pressure. They also had great follow up after. AND we love our "new to us" Q5!!!

    Recently picked up a new Q7 from Audi Rocklin and the experience exceeded my expectations. Kris was enthusiastic & extremely knowledgeable, with a great attention to detail. He was available to answer any questions as I got familiar with the car the following week, which I really appreciated. Brandon was someone who recognized the value in a fair deal and quickly put together an offer that made sense with my trade-in. Lahoma took care of the final details effortlessly.     Audi Rocklin is simply the best there is bar none! Their team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly elite when it comes to Audi's. Every visit, they take exceptional care of me, ensuring my vehicle is serviced perfectly and that I leave completely satisfied. I travel 21 miles one way just to bring my car here because no other dealership compares. The level of expertise and customer service they provide is unmatched. If you own an Audi and want the best care possible, Audi Rocklin is the place to go! Highly recommend! Side note: Mike and Justin are the best service advisors there is! Mike usually helps us out during the weekdays, but this time around we did not have time during the weekday and had to come in on a Saturday. Justin (Sharma) helped us and he too was elite!

    Rockstar Car, Rockstar Experience, Rockstar dealership and a Rockstar Salesman in Kris Donkov. So let me tell you my journey here and just why I was skipping for joy. Long story short i was on for a white RS3 in Portland of all places but the deal fell through at the 11th hour. So there I was on a Thursday night crestfallen and irritated and searching the internet for a white 2019 Audi RS3 (yes, I know thats rather specific but I has sold myself that this is what I wanted about 4 years ago !) after widening and widening my search I came across Audi Rocklin and there waiving at me was a white 2019 RS3 in their used car inventory - sure I send a email and then waited. 8am the next day I couldn't wait any longer and had to ring the dealership, not expecting to get in touch with sales at that time but one was available - my man Kris. The basic conversation was "is it available?" "Yes" "Great, im buying it" What followed thereafter was a ultra-rapid 12 hrs of texts, emails and a 2hr Amtrak train and by 8pm that very same day I drove my dream car home. Thanks to Kris and the Audi Rocklin team ! By the way, their dealership just looks and feels impressive - Kris knew I was very excited for this car and was just a gem throughout - ultra responsive to all my messages and helped me realize my dream.     What can I tell you this place is Lucky to have Michael Baxi on the team. From the very first email inquiry I sent to the dealer Michael was prompt thorough and went above and beyond on all aspects of the buying process. I am in So cal so buying a car sight unseen is sketchy to say the least. Not with this dealer and definitely not with this sales professional. Michael was such a breath of fresh air extremely professional and detail oriented most people say yeah it's a nice car but we all know everyone's level of a nice car differs greatly. Worked the deal remotely e signed everything then flew in showed up at the dealer they had it inside out of the rain on time I Checked the car out drove it and the car was better than I was expecting which never happens. The entire process was seamless. This is what I wish every Sales interaction would go but we all know Great first class people like Michael Baxi are hard to find these days. All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

    Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.

I was so close purchasing a 2022 Mercedes benz Gla 300..however it was listed outside my budget.. I ended up purchasing Mercedes benz gla 4matic.. My auto team helped me pick it out... It arrived maybe 2 week later.. everything moved along fine, no game playing, no haggle hence you pay for that peace of mind, my only frustration once you purchase the vehicle service department dont return phone calls.. the number they use to text on I haven't received anything back..my only complaint to other potential buyers test drive during the day you can see any visible cosmetic damages, and come back another day test drive right around dark time to check all headlight is visible and working.. wait few days and see if you still want the vehicle also sometimes the prices may drop.. when I purchased my vehicle it was a price drop maybe less then 1k..anyways the service department can make the whole store make buyers or returning buyers have a bad experience seems after you get the car you get ghosted
