I recently purchased a 2025 RS3 from Audi St Paul. The entire process from allocation, purchasing transaction, to delivery went very smoothly. Both Rasethnu Jenkins and Carl Berwald were helpful in explaining the production, transportation, and delivery process, which quickly happened in three months despite this performance model being newly introduced in the US. They were tough negotiators when it came to price, but gave me a very fair allowance for my trade-in. They were quite accomodating relative to installation of add-ons that I purchased, working with my schedule for completion and final delivery. I have had all of my service done at Audi St Paul for years and was glad to purchase from them as well.

Closing in on three years of doing business with Audi St. Paul. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Some of the employees have come across as aloof at times but overall they all seem to do their due diligence and I've never left feeling cheated. Dealerships can get a bad rap but I've always found Audi St. Paul to be ethical and fair in the delivery of their service.

I had exceptional sales service from St. Paul Audi! I highly recommend the dealership to anyone seeking a new or used Audi product! Thank you Sales Representative Jacob Mahoney for making the purchase of my used 2013 Audi A8 such a wonderful experience. I appreciate your attention to my car needs as well as the detail given to my A8 at the time of sale! Service Consultant Brad Helget also took the time to answer all of my service questions related to my purchase. The financing process was a breeze and the bonus was Audi beat my credit union finance rate! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this dealership to others!

They assured me they do thorough inspections and would never sell a car with issues. I was also told repeatedly the car had no issues. I was shown the CarFax. Considering it was a luxury car dealership, I felt comfortable buying the car as is. A month later (after only being driven for about 12 days and a little over a 1,000), the check engine light came on and I learned it needed a new catalytic converter and had several leaks that needed repair. I brought the $8,600 estimate in to show the salesman. I only expected them to say, "wow, that's terrible. Let's see if there is anything we can do," or "let us take a look at it and see if we can repair it for cheaper," or "that's too bad, but that sometimes happens with new cars. How about a trade-in?" Instead, the salesperson immediately scurried away to get his 20-year-old manger, who shrugged and said, "how is that our problem?" Eventually, the GM, Jeremy Mertes came out, and said, "it's a used car, what would you expect if you bought this on Craigslist?" I looked around and had to remind him we were in a luxury car dealership. The GM said there was no way for them to know about the bad catalytic converter. I asked them if they scan their incoming cars. He said they scan all of the cars that come into their dealership and the ones that don't meet their standards go to auction and the good ones they sell. He said their records showed no issue with the catalytic converter. I asked him for a copy of the scan record. He then said they only use handheld scanners on non-Lexus vehicles and there is no record of the scan. I asked him to speak to the mechanic who conducted the scan, and he said, "that's not happening." He just kept saying it's not his problem, and never displayed any type of empathy or understanding. I finally just asked him if he'd buy the car back. He immediately said yes, jumped up, and came back with the same offer he claimed he made to the original owners. The whole thing gave me the sense that at best, they're incredibly sloppy with their inspections. At worst they're the worst type of car salesmen possible: fraudsters. I won't be going back, and would encourage you to find another more reputable business. It was a $5,800 lesson for me to always do an independent mechanic inspection when buying a car, even from a place that sells Lexus. Finally, don't buy a 2014 Volvo XC60 from them. It'll run you at least $8,600 in repairs. VIN YV4902DZ4E2544697 It's a lemon.

I contacted the dealer from their site and they had a salesman contact me right away to set up a time. While you expect that part to be easy, I really got good vibes from Nate over the phone. He was not pushy and asked great questions...and was patiently waiting for us with the car warmed up and ready to go on the crappiest weather day ever. The entire process was friendly and low key at Kline Volvo. They were even upbeat about the 18 year old heap we were hoping to trade in. The paperwork portion with our awesome salesman, Nate Tufvesson was organized, clearly explained and as easy as it gets. The finance person was delightful as well. The people were all friendly and helpful as you'd expect at an upscale dealer; however, their genuine kindness was truly appreciated. My hubby even stayed calm and was in a great mood all the way home. That alone was mind blowing. I have had a few questions since we've purchased our vehicle and I have been very pleased with the quick and informed responses from Nate. It's always a treat to have a new car, especially when you are happy with the dealer you are going to be working with for a loooong time. When Nate welcomed us to the Kline Volvo family I actually got choked up. Our experience was as good as it gets!

We walked into the store, obviously clueless, and were immediately approached by every male employee in the store, each of them desperate to offer their expertise. We told them we needed one windshield wiper for a Dodge Minivan. One was designated the "winner" and showed us to the windshield wiper display and looked up the correct model. My friend picked up the appropriate wiper and started walking to the checkout counter when the employee informed us, "I'm sorry, but you can't buy just one. There are two winshield wipers on the car so we can't sell them to you separately." And of course we fell for it. She'd only had her license for 2 weeks and my birthday was still eons away so I hadn't even started taking driver's ed classes. So the both of us clearly had 'GULLIBLE' stamped on our foreheads. I'm not 15 anymore and have since learned that while it's a good idea to replace both your windshield wipers at the same time so they wear at the same rate, you CAN buy one at a time, unlike the information provided by that dope at O'Reilly Auto Parts. So even though I'm not as gullible as I used to be, I still avoid this place on principle and give them the evil eye every time I drive by.
