    I recently purchased a 2025 RS3 from Audi St Paul. The entire process from allocation, purchasing transaction, to delivery went very smoothly. Both Rasethnu Jenkins and Carl Berwald were helpful in explaining the production, transportation, and delivery process, which quickly happened in three months despite this performance model being newly introduced in the US. They were tough negotiators when it came to price, but gave me a very fair allowance for my trade-in. They were quite accomodating relative to installation of add-ons that I purchased, working with my schedule for completion and final delivery. I have had all of my service done at Audi St Paul for years and was glad to purchase from them as well.

    Closing in on three years of doing business with Audi St. Paul. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Some of the employees have come across as aloof at times but overall they all seem to do their due diligence and I've never left feeling cheated. Dealerships can get a bad rap but I've always found Audi St. Paul to be ethical and fair in the delivery of their service.

The people were all friendly and helpful as you'd expect at an upscale dealer; however, their genuine kindness was truly appreciated. My hubby even stayed calm and was in a great mood all the way home. That alone was mind blowing. I have had a few questions since we've purchased our vehicle and I have been very pleased with the quick and informed responses from Nate. It's always a treat to have a new car, especially when you are happy with the dealer you are going to be working with for a loooong time. When Nate welcomed us to the Kline Volvo family I actually got choked up. Our experience was as good as it gets!

    When I was 15 and my friend was 16, her mom let us borrow the family minivan (it was maroon) on one…read morecondition: stop at O'Reilly Auto Parts and buy a new windshield wiper--just one. We walked into the store, obviously clueless, and were immediately approached by every male employee in the store, each of them desperate to offer their expertise. We told them we needed one windshield wiper for a Dodge Minivan. One was designated the "winner" and showed us to the windshield wiper display and looked up the correct model. My friend picked up the appropriate wiper and started walking to the checkout counter when the employee informed us, "I'm sorry, but you can't buy just one. There are two winshield wipers on the car so we can't sell them to you separately." And of course we fell for it. She'd only had her license for 2 weeks and my birthday was still eons away so I hadn't even started taking driver's ed classes. So the both of us clearly had 'GULLIBLE' stamped on our foreheads. I'm not 15 anymore and have since learned that while it's a good idea to replace both your windshield wipers at the same time so they wear at the same rate, you CAN buy one at a time, unlike the information provided by that dope at O'Reilly Auto Parts. So even though I'm not as gullible as I used to be, I still avoid this place on principle and give them the evil eye every time I drive by.
