THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YA couple days ago I came to this dealership asking them to help me get a single bulb replaced in my left headlight and being a prior customer I thought they cared about me but I was VERY WRONG. The guy at the front of the office was not helping what's so ever telling me he would give me a call this a estimate of a break down for the replacement in 30 mins when his service part department was back from lunch instead he unprofessional just text me the amount of $427 for my bulb to be replaced so I called back after noticing that price was ridiculous and he said the labor would cost 390 some dollars and the bulb is $27 dollars. He told me The whole bumper would have to be removed which was a lie. So I called Bird Family Auto in Temecula which my family have been going to for years and he told me he would order a bulb for me and I came down and and he popped my hood open took the cap off on the inside of the hood and gave me a BRAND NEW BULB FOR $16!!!! And did it in 5 MINUTES!!! Moral of the story DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT AUDIS!! After calling the dealership to explain what happened I was transferred to the Carlsbad Audi service manager, he apologizes for the unprofessionalism and asked me what I would like to make it better so I said custom Audi stickers for the trim of my doors. He said he would work something out and have the Temecula service manager call me. The manager who he had call me was very urgent to get off the phone with me not even apologizing and said he would offer me AN OIL CHANGE DISCOUNT PRICE. If I ever need my oil changed.LOL. Nothing but problems when it comes to their service department. Every single time we bring our vehicle in, there's always something wrong. We made an appointment 3 days in advance for a simple oil change on our vehicle. And advised that we needed a rental car, because of our newborn baby and couldn't be stuck waiting at the dealer all day. Dropped the vehicle off at our assigned appointment time of 08:15am, to have them tell us that they need the vehicle for 48 hours for a simple oil change!! We're done giving them a shot. From now on, all of our service will be going to Audi Escondido. The headache of going to Audi Temecula outweighs the convenience. Tried to purchase a used Audi A4. Salesman indicated that they really wanted our business and they were willing to make us a good deal. We offered $20,000, the sales price was $21,773. He took it to the sales manager and we were told the price was firm. We told him we weren't interested and started to walk out. The sales manager stopped us and said they could discount the price to $21,500, which was a $273 discount. I said we would buy the car for $21,000 a $773 discount and that was our final offer. We did not have a car to trade in and had a fully approved loan from our credit union. Their answer was "if you change your mind come back to see us". Nowhere in their advertising does it say their pricing is fixed nor did the salesperson indicate that when he told us that they would make us a good deal. A waste of our time. We went next door to Temecula Mercedes bought a used C250 that was for sale for $21,888, we paid $20,888. Both cars were the same year, both Certified used cars and the Mercedes had 2000 less miles on it. Much more pleasant experience. read more

I originally came in just to test drive the Audi Q7 but left applying to take the car home. Unfortunately it seemed I owed more on my Flex and I wanted to think more on it. We worked with Sofia. Not only was Sofia friendly and never pushy, but she just felt comfortable. I was sad we didn't make a deal. A few days later Sofia called to follow up. I'm glad she did since we were planning on coming back in to restructure the deal. We came in but she had to do a delivery (she let us know in advance she wasn't there) but Charles the GM stepped in to help us structure the deal. He was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything to me carefully, he was very patient and listened to my concerns and negotiated the deal where we were both happy. After Sofia returned, she finished off the deal. She did the walk through of the vehicle and I was on my way. I really appreciated the teamwork they did to make sure I had the white glove treatment. This was important to me as I had explained to them I made a purchase from Brian with Land Rover Mission Viejo in 2013 for a new Evoque and that experience was the WORST car-buying experience EVER!!! This was quite the opposite. I am giving the review 4 stars because of the following reasons: There were a couple of things that would've made this experience much better. I had to return as there were some things I didn't get initially, nor did I understand - setting up my Audi Connect and the Google Earth wasn't done till a month later so my free 6 months was actually 5 months. I had a baby just 3 days after my car purchase so getting back to dealership was a little more difficult. I feel like this should've been done before I drove off the lot. Secondly, while I was signing the papers was when I was told how much my payoff was for the Flex. It was $3,000 more than I thought and it wasn't until then that I found out which also increased my payment by $200. I wish I would've been told that before. I obviously wanted the car and would've been fine with it but having been told that late in the experience was not the best practice. I would totally buy from Audi Hoehn again. This review is based solely on the Service Department. I own a 2016 Audi Q3 Prestige S-Line. I took my Q3 in for a routine 15k maintenance and because my breaks were squealing consistently. My breaks would squeal even after the vehicle was warmed up. It happened often when breaking or while driving 10-15mph. Audi completed my maintenance and informed me they fixed my brakes by removing the buildup on the rotors. After a couple of weeks I came back to Audi because the noise was louder than before. Without asking any questions or hesitation Felipe Cante (Service Advisor) gladly assisted me. Felipe informed he would contact Audi and open a case with them to see if they could find a solution to my problem. After a few days Felipe contacted me via phone to inform me that Audi would replace my rear pads and rotors at no cost to me. On July 27, 2017, I arrived at Audi Temecula to pick up my vehicle. I drove off in my Q3 a happy customer. I want to thank Audi Temecula for being committed to their customers and Felipe Cante for his excellent customer service. Not a good audi dealership even when I tried giving them another chance. My car kept making a squeaking noise even after the rotors were replaced by this dealer making me believe the work wasn't done right or checked all the way through. Audi temecula said my problem was fixed but it kept making the squeaking noise so I had to waste time to go to another Audi dealership further away to get the problem fixed asap. The other audi dealer found the problem immediately (that audi temecula dealership couldn't for some reason so I felt lied to) and fixed it. All in all I had to fix a problem less than a month of it being "fixed" at audi temecula so just a warning... also I was told by audi temecula "why don't you try and go to another dealership so they can see what the problem is" which I took it as a "go somewhere else because you are annoying us". Why would you tell a customer to go check out another dealership in order to get help? Thanks anyways. read more

After looking for a Q5 at three different SoCal Audi Dealerships, I thought I had a winner with Audi of Temecula but I was so wrong. After working with Ronnie and his sale manager Mo, I thought we had a verbal agreement on a vehicle. I explained that we would be out of town over Memorial Day weekend but we would be back with a cashier's check and my car to trade in three days. We even texted information every day while we were away about the vehicle. We returned a day early with financing from our bank in hand only to be told that the car had been sold. The dealership explained that it was just business and that they could get me the exact same car from a sister dealership. However, upon hearing that the car I wanted and had turned down offers from other Audi Dealers had been sold from under us without any warning and after texting them every day about had me turn around and walk out the door. They tried to convince me and my husband that it was just business but my trust was broken and I did not feel valued as a customer. I chalk this experience up as a bad business move on their part and promptly went next door to MB of Temecula and financed a brand new vehicle with them. I cannot recommend this dealership. In fact, please do not do what I did and trust these people. I live near downtown San Diego. It is a long ride to Temecula. Their internet sales department convinced me that they offer the best discounts around. They even claimed they cared only about volume and so price was not that important to them. Before I drove all the way up there, I emailed asking if they could sell a used A4 close to 20k. Jeremy said yes he could. I asked in an email about interest rates and they said 2.x to 3.7 with my credit. He also told me he had three other A4s. I drove up on a Saturday. Jeremy and his assistant were so charming and friendly, I let my guard down. They told me that they only had one car after all. The others were being prepped. I like the car and told them I would come back in a day or two. That is when they told me they sold in volume so price was flexible. I rented a car and drove all the way up there. I wanted to see the other A4s but they still were not ready, though nobody told me. Jeremy said well we will just go with the black one It was obvious he wanted the sale over. That was his main concern. I asked the interest rate and they said 3.7 although my credit was 735 to 760. I asked the price. He said $23,995. I asked if that was the best he could do. He said yes. I was now stuck a long way from home and no great bargain I was promised. I went down to sign papers and the woman was pushing all these extras on me. It was obvious her goal was to wrack up my costs. She told me the car cannot be returned under any circumstances, ignoring the law that requires them to offer a two day return. The form was buried in paperwork. She held my costs close to her vest. I asked the interest rate. She said 4.2 or thereabouts. I said they told me a few minutes ago it was 3.8%. Neither she nor the salesman offered any explanation or even an apology! I left feeling I had trusted the wrong people. When I got home I saw that the car I had emailed about was the car I bought and the advertised price was exactly what I paid! I complained and the GM called and apologized. He claimed he reprimanded the staff. But then he defended the salesman claiming I had inquired about the A3 in the email. The GM obviously did not bother to really uncover the facts. The email for for the car I later purchased, an A4. The GM said we just opened and really care about our reputation. It was clear to me he cared about his reputation, not what I had been through. He offered me a lux wax. The alleged value was $995. But it cost them very little. That is a highly inflated price. So I requested the alleged value of $995 instead. I wrote three times but the GM just ignored my emails. As the old song goes, "father, tell your children, not to do what I have done". Trusted these people in Audi Temecula. I feel like a fool. They had the same car 8 miles from my house at Audi San Diego. Stay away! read more

It was an "OK" experience. Everybody was extremely nice and friendly in the beginning when I went to buy the car until I met the woman who runs the finance department. She makes you feel like crap when you don't want to buy the extended warranties on a brand new 2018 Audi. I also came in to have my "first delivery" basically to show you how to operate your new vehicle and I felt like not even the sales person had an understanding of it. I also was promised a detailed inside and out car wash. Upon picking up my car they never touched the inside! And the outside? Uh I could've gotten a better wash at one of those drive-through's. I had to go to another Audi dealership just to have them help me with my new purchase and wash my car properly. Total BS! I also made my first car payment which came with a 90 day deferred payment but it was never explained to me that the interest was accruing the entire time. That was an eye opener when I made that first payment. I had my Toyota for 12+ years and always had great service from the time I bought my car until the end. I probably won't be coming back to Audi of Temecula. They made their quota for the year on me but I will be a little bit more careful on my next purchase. The service department was great from start to finish. I needed to take my Q5 in asap and Robert the manager told me I can bring it in without an appointment since they're weren't busy at the time. Felipe assisted us with the entire process. I have never taken my car to a service dealership but now I will take my car here. If customer service is important to you Felipe was very helpful and kind. I needed to return the loner car the next day and I had informed him that I might be coming close to 6 (when they close) and he was nice about it and even said "if I need to stay past 6 it's ok". He also gave me other options of times I can return the car but since I work in San Diego it wouldn't have worked for me. They also washed my car when I picked it up! I have seen some bottom of the barrel car dealerships in my lifetime, but nothing compares to the level of this one. About 3 months ago, my wife's 2017 Audi A4 started displaying Drive System Malfunction and other fault messages on her dash. So she took it to Audi Temecula to get warranty service. Normally, we would not touch a Hoehn dealership with a long stick because of the horrible customer service experience we have had with its Audi dealership in Carlsbad. But since this was a new store and right in our backyard, we decided to stay local by giving Audi Temecula a chance. We were so wrong, as the second time was definitely not a charm; it was more like a nightmare. The moment my wife stepped into her Service Advisor's (Felipe) office and started relaying the nature of the issue, he started speculating about how it may be electrical damage caused by rats and that they will have to charge a $175 diagnostic fee, even though the vehicle was still under warranty and nobody had yet diagnosed the problem. He also speculated that the vehicle may have been in an accident because the S-Line badge was missing from the rear of the car. This was obviously a figment of Felipe's imagination meant to confuse my wife since the S-Line badge is on the side, not the rear. My wife felt so pressured, she ended up calling me to share how she was being treated. I immediately asked her to get Felipe on the phone. I expressed my profound displeasure and told him that I was going to take our vehicle elsewhere for warranty service and that I would like documentation stating why we needed to pay a $175 diagnostic charge even though the vehicle still had plenty of warranty left. He could not give me a cogent response that made sense, so he got his manager (Robert) on the phone. I threatened to file a written complaint to Audi USA, after which his manager agreed to waive the diagnostic fee. My wife then completed the paperwork, which initially did not have the correct trim and color. With a very bitter taste in her mouth from this overall poor experience, she reluctantly her car and got in a loaner. Felipe promised that he would provide an update by the end of the day, but never did. So we called to get a status update and he indicated that it was a failure of the turbo module components, caused by premature wear and that they would need to keep the vehicle until the middle of the following week to effect the necessary repairs. The vehicle was dropped off on a Friday morning. On the next day (Saturday), my wife went to the dealership and took lots of pictures as she did not trust these people at this dealership to handle her car with care. We eventually got back the car around the middle of the next week after sunset. The next morning when my wife pulled out the garage, she noticed that there was a ding just below the driver side mirror. She came to me raising hell about how despicable these people are. So I called Felipe and told him about the ding and he was quick to claim that they got the vehicle like that. But once I told him about the pictures, he had a whole change of attitude and asked me to bring the vehicle in for the dent repair. So the car went back into the shop for another 2 days. The dent repair was quite satisfactory, but I expected an apology and a follow-up call from the dealership asking about the service experience of our recent visit. As I expected, neither of these very basic courtesies happened. This was yet another first for me because I can't recall ever not getting a follow-up call from any dealership after a routine service visit, let alone one like this which had a plethora of things to be unhappy about. The last time I checked, Audi present themselves as a premium dealership, but this experience was not even close. Please save your time and make the extra drive to another Audi dealership who has an appreciation for basic customer service. Audi Temecula (Hoehn) has zero appreciation for what it means to provide the customer with a premium experience. I did not even bother to file a written complaint to the GM of the dealership as my Carlsbad experience leads me to believe that this is a culture problem with the Hoehn group of dealerships and not unique to their Temecula location. I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my ex-wife! read more

Now the finance department is lacking in customer service and lacks the ability to make simple decisions. I came in and told the gentleman I had just called but I didn't get the name of the gentleman I spoke to so they asked around and no one wanted to help, finally the manager spoke up and said "oh yea I spoke to you", but he still didn't help me. Took my car into the free inspection they were advertising because I had a couple of lights on in my dash. Upon leaving the inspection and knowing what was wrong not even two days later my check engine light came on and that had never happened. When I took my car in for the repairs they started to tell the issues and the cost of the total repair. When I finally picked up my car they over charged didn't fix repairs and received my car back worse than when I dropped it off!!! Beyond disappointed with the service there. Took my car to Audi thinking they would fix everything and in return they did not fix anything at all did not do any of the diagnostics they charged for me and made my car way worse!!! Never returning to Audi of Temecula for any repairs! Total rip off!!!!! read more
