Later the same day I picked up my car, my Service Advisor, Gabriel, reached out by text to say he was sorry to hear I wasn't satisfied with the results and that the team wanted the opportunity to make things right. The following day, General Manager Tom personally reached out to me. He apologized, acknowledged my perspective, and agreed that there had been a miscommunication regarding my expectations. Most importantly, he wanted the opportunity to correct the situation. I genuinely appreciated both Gabriel and Tom taking the time to reach out. It reinforced my initial impression that the team at Audi Temecula truly cares about its customers and is willing to stand behind the experience they provide. They scheduled another appointment the following week, provided me with another complimentary loaner, and when I arrived I was greeted by both Gabriel and Service Manager Brett. A few days later, Gabriel let me know my car was ready. I'll admit, I was a little nervous when I arrived because I wasn't sure what to expect, but the moment I saw my car, all of those concerns disappeared. The four scratches were completely gone, and the car looked absolutely beautiful. Tom was also there, coming out to greet me and make sure I was happy with the results. Earlier in the week I had called a couple of times regarding service questions, and the calls were disconnected shortly after being answered. I'm not sure if this was a phone issue or something else, but it happened more than once. When I arrived in person, the dealership itself looked great! clean, modern, and well maintained. However, it felt strangely quiet and unstaffed at the service counters. I ended up walking around a bit before finding someone who could point me in the right direction. My main question was about activating navigation in the vehicle. Audi support had actually recommended visiting a dealership to purchase or activate the navigation license. When I asked about it, the response I received was that my model year didn't support those services. The explanation seemed more like an assumption than something that was verified in the system, especially since I had already confirmed with Audi support that the vehicle does have the hardware and would simply require activation. At one point I was even advised to look on YouTube and download something to a USB drive, which honestly left me confused since that didn't sound like an official Audi solution. At purchase I was paying cash, was going to get cashiers check but would take several days so gave personal check and credit card, was told they would run a SOFT credit check so points wouldn't go against credit report. I Wanted to run mine but was told only one on credit would be on title. Then found out full report ran which took points off both our credit score. I would have waited for cashiers check. We have purchased many other vehicles, ALL sales people went through ALL aspects of use of car, on this there was hardly any demonstration and settings of car computer. After purchase to contacted our salesman for answers to settings of computer, who said was busy and will call me when done. Never did, I contacted several more time left message no response. Called service department several times could only leave message never called me back. Seems like once sale is made don't care about buyer or future sales or referrals, really a shame, other wise was very happy until these issues.....We really like our Audi, we replace our vehicles pretty often and would like to continue buying the latest Audi's. UPDATE! Spoke to the GM discussed my concerns, and resolved it to my satisfaction. 0 Stars -- Save Yourself the Headache I purchased a vehicle from Audi Temecula and what followed has been one of the most frustrating and costly car-buying experiences I have ever had. I am writing this so others can make an informed decision before stepping foot in this dealership. The Finance Department: From the start, the contract was handled incorrectly. What I later discovered was a loan account was opened, and then closed over a month later due to their error, and a new one opened in its place -- without my knowledge or permission. This resulted in a closed account appearing on my credit report, significantly damaging my credit score. No one reached out to inform me -- I had to piece this together on my own. The Registration Nightmare: Part of my purchase agreement was the dealership would handle all Arizona registration paperwork. I even wrote a substantial check specifically for this. Weeks went by with no updates. After multiple calls on my end, I was finally told -- without any prior notice -- they "don't do Arizona MVD paperwork." This was never communicated to me proactively. I had to chase them down to find this out. To make matters worse, the car was driven from California and came with California registration, which I was told was valid for a year. It was actually only valid for 6 days. By the time I realized the dealership was not processing my paperwork and I attempted to register the vehicle myself in Arizona, the registration had long since expired. I was still charged for it. I am now over 4 months into owning this vehicle and it is still not registered. The Management: I expressed my frustrations multiple times. I was told my concerns would be passed along to the general manager. I never received a single call back, nor as much as an apology. Instead, the situation was consistently framed as though they were doing me a favor by engaging with me at all -- and subtly implied buying out of state was a risk I should have anticipated. The problems they created were handed back to me as my responsibility. The One Bright Spot: Jake, the salesman, was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional throughout. This review is in no way directed at him. Bottom Line: If you are an out-of-state buyer, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Promises made during the sale did not hold up after the purchase, and when things went wrong -- and they did go wrong -- accountability was nowhere to be found. I paid for a seamless experience and am still dealing with the fallout of mistakes, never mine to begin with, more than four months later. read more

I used to bring in my Audi all the time here for service. I bought my Audi brand new off the lot over in Carlsbad so I wanted to make sure I did everything I could to take care of it as far as service goes. The first few visits were good as the staff was trying to earn their stars literally speaking because they ask you to leave them 5 stars of service after every visit but as the years went by the customer service went down hill. The last few visits were the worst i remember bringing in my Audi for service and they forgot to take off the notification for the service needing to be done. So believe it or not I had to schedule an appointment for them to remove the notification. I really felt taken advantage of after every visit here. I can't remember the exact price I was being charged for service so I won't say but it was a ridiculous amount and with this being my first Audi I thought it was normal paying so high but I made the switch over to Audi Ontario and I'm paying under 200 for service for my vehicle. Also their wait times were insane I mean 4-5 hour wait for an oil change and I'm coming from riverside so I would stay and wait, the longest I've waited for an oil change over in Audi Ontario was maybe 3 hours top. I still remember my last visit at this location where I scheduled service to replace my parking brake sensor and the guy who was to take care of me told me they were booked and they weren't open on the weekends so I needed to bring it back in the following week. Keep in mind I scheduled this service ahead of time only to be told they couldn't take care of me after arriving and after that drive from riverside I had enough so that's when I decided to make the switch. I don't want to say race was every a reason to why my visits were so terrible but it might have had something to do with it. read more

If you prefer, for a small fee, you can also get pickup and dropoff from your home. Your constant reviews your needs, then sends you on your way with a loaner, and it's free, just bring license, insurance and credit card. You'll get updates on service or repair via text or phone, so no more waiting patiently for a call and end up missing the call. Once service or repair is complete, you'll have 24 hours to pick up your car. No rushing to the dealer at 4:45 to make it there before closing! Well done Audi. Staff was great, from porter, to advisor, even a technician spent a few minutes talking to me. At pick up time, expect your car to SHINE, inside and out (oh how I wish all auto dealers did this). Bought a used vehicle from here, about 2-3 weeks ago. I guess they didnt do an inspection on it because there asome things wrong with the car cosmetically. Some stuff was super glued on the seats plastic covering and the moonroof fabric was sagging. I bought it before looking at it in person and they delivered it to me which the buying process and delivery was 10/10, but wish i would have looked at the car in person. About a year later, I would find that the car was missing a jack and other tools to do a tire change.
