I've brought my 2018 Audi A3 (72k miles) to this location for 2 years. Service and parts reps are always a help and provide good customer service experiences. Unfortunately my Audi had many recalls. I found a inconvenience in returning to have it fixed. It was always something, brake pads, tires, oil changes are normal, but add that in with 4 recalls and it seemed it wasn't long before another warning light was back on. 3 STARS because my last and final experience was less than what would meet normal expectations. My car went in, due to engine light, was screened and diagnostics came back with a malfunction in the transmission sensor. I was given a loaner and they began to work on my vehicle. I was told my car was ready to be picked up and all was good. I left the lot and no less than 30 minutes the engine light was back on. I find it odd that a car isn't tested once more when work is completed to be sure the car is good to go. I turned around and came back to have the car looked at and was told now my O2 sensor needed to be replaced. It was quoted for $650+... I threw in the towel with this Audi and traded it in for a reliable, low maintenance and long lasting vehicle instead! Best decision I could've made! read more

Just turned in the A4 for a BEAUTIFUL Q5 45 Premium Plus in Chronos Grey with Okapi brown interior, black optics package, and loads of fun features like ventilated seats. My A4 was not without a few issues, but the dealership handled any problems we had promptly and professionally--and I have to say that it drove beautifully, was nimble and fast. I have nothing but positives to say about the folks at this dealership. Several months before my lease was due, Michael called me (not just an e-mail, but a call that demonstrated he knew who I was, and what car I had, etc.) and I gave him my honest feedback about the A4, and I realized that a lot of my complaints were because I really wanted an SUV and needed more comfort--so we talked about the Q5. But before I went any further with Audi, I test drove a Lexus NX 350h at the local dealership and I was SOLD on that vehicle. But WHAT a different dealership experience! Despite driving the car and following up by calling and literally saying, get me the right car at a fair deal, and let's go--I never heard from them again! Low energy, no initiative. My husband went down there TWICE afterward looking to see if they had anything on the lot, but their answer to us was that their cars sell before they even arrive. I kept looking to see other Lexus dealerships who might have what I wanted in stock and it seemed that no one did. I also tried to find a Toyota Venza to drive, went to the dealership that for the second time didn't seem interested in selling cars, and looked at some Mercedes GLCs, but they didn't grab me. Ultimately it was the professionalism and persistence (without pressure) of Michael and Brandon that brought me back to Audi. I thought I wanted a hybrid vehicle, but I'm not ready to deal with the lack of infrastructure yet--we like our road trips. Maybe next car. Once again Michael had three options ready for me to try. Michael is extremely knowledgable about the mechanics, features and technology of the cars, and Brandon will find you what you want and craft a deal that is fair for everyone. None of their stock was just right but we figured out what I really wanted. The car that most closely matched what I wanted in my price range was at the Port of San Diego. With a minimum amount of hassle we reached what we feel was a great deal (at a time when other dealerships act like they are doing you a favor taking your $$) for a gorgeous, well-made vehicle--and within days I drove it home. Audi has a few disappointments here and there (no wireless charger in my model, tiny rear-seat bottle holders), but they pale in comparison with their competitors (IMO), such as offering that amazing feel of the Quattro drive with 19" wheels and REAL leather (sorry cows) seats, and lumbar support on the passenger side. Too many beautiful features to really list. I took the Q5 home on Sunday, and yesterday Michael came by my house to program the garage door feature and answer the various questions I had about the vehicle. We kept him for at least an hour, and that's the kind of service you get from this dealership! I'm hoping they new Q5s will have hybrid engines and I guess I'll see these guys again in 3 years. :-) read more

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Mo & sales team are the best!! My salesman greets me and remembers me every time I go there. Service is outstanding. Car was delivered to me after purchase and Mike went through everything about the car so I'd be comfortable. Test drive beforehand was a selling point with husband taking hairpin turns and driving on gravel. Michael (salesman) just laughed and wanted us to really test the car. One of their neighboring dealerships would barely let us test drive more than four blocks from the dealership. Took my baby for her 10k service and that was, once again, a very pleasant experience with video updates from the service staff. I think a sign of the reliability of Audi's is when scheduling a service they ask you when you want to come in vs. my Chevrolet which has to be scheduled at the dealership based on their availability. Not too happy with this place I came in looking for a Ford Explorer ST we made a good deal on it and I was ready to take it home that day paperwork was ready. I was pre approved. Had the check ready once they got the paperwork done they basically told me it had a recall, and it would only take a day. I started questioning why the recall wasn't already done on the vehicle and why they would even put it on the lot mind you I bought another vehicle from the Ford dealership down the road and they literally told me that should've been done before it was on the lot when you go into a dealership to spend quite a bit of money and they don't have it ready for you. It makes you want to look around so that's exactly what I did the salesman Daniel Was very pushy. On me buying this vehicle, I am younger and active duty military member so that probably played a factor in it. I finalize the paperwork on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and the car was ready today, but I ended up buying a different vehicle from a different dealership in the meanwhile, I was looking at other vehicles at other dealerships. When Daniel called me this morning, he told me the vehicle is ready but I told him I had finalized a different vehicle the night before he wasn't too happy that I Got A different vehicle he started asking personal questions like why, how much, and if it was even a good deal I honestly don't think that's a salesman Business if I conduct my business elsewhere, they should say I'm sorry this didn't work out. I wish we could've done more, but thank you for keeping us in mind. By the way I did work at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario for quite a while. We never did this to any of our customers even with used cars that are not Mercedes when I came in this morning to sign the release paperwork I was met by Daniel telling me "you didn't like the Kia?" mind you I never told him I went to the Kia dealership i'm not sure if he was calling other dealerships making sure I wasn't making a different deal or just following me around but kind of suspicious. I am looking for a vehicle for My Wife so of course I'm gonna have my options available looking for the best deal as any good man would do. The hostility that Daniel brought to me was very unnecessary and very pushy. They ran my credit two times and didn't even have the car ready. Well, I have to change my five stars review because after these people sell you the car, they are nowhere to be found. First of all, the car came with one of the speakers damaged, they made us go there to check the speaker 5 minutes and we've been waiting the longest to get the replacement. Also they owed us an equity check that it seems to me that they are keeping my money hostage. My old car has a GPS location that still active, the old car is paid off and it is sitting on a auction location, and they say they haven't received the title to pay the check. When we signed, finance lady said it was 10 days from paying off the car to get the check. Today she is saying 4 weeks after they get the title of the car... Since the beginning I had my doubts about that lady, but now I know she is a complete liar. Too bad things had turned this way. I'll say, avoid buying cars from this place. Also, in the picture I show the answer of the service advisor after my car came with a damaged speaker, a month later and he couldn't even setup an appointment to get the issue fixed. The manager called and was very rude about the whole situation and instead of listening he was talking over. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can. And I thought I've seen everything on car industry, but this dealer really surprised me with all the incompetent people that work there. Not buying from Hoenn ever again. read more

I'd like to say my first experience with Audi was a good one but it was not... we had a broken trunk latch so we took it in to get fixed... their service technician thought that it was appropriate to move sandy (possibly rusty) beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler from the trunk and put them on the rear leather seats... no plastic, no paper just on the leather! They offered to come back for a detail that I refused and it's more of a hassle than it's worth to come back for! How about you just offer to vacuum it right then and clean up the mess you made! Fairly new Audi Dealership, probably been open 6-8 weeks max. We came in for the Grand Opening. They had Valet parking. Came inside the show room and was greeted with champagne....nice start right. All employees were very courteous and nice. They had Akash Winery, Wilson Creek Winery and a beer and wine drink station. Enjoyed a blanc and a zinfindel from Kasha. Didn't care for the Wilson Creek. Enjoyed a nice chardonnay from the carneros region of Sonoma. Devilicious Restaraunt was there with pork tacos and a caprici pasta salad. Nothing Bundt cakes was in the house, and they brought many varieties. One of which was my favorite red velvet. They had a photo op with props which we did. We were thinking of doing a couple test drives of an A5 and A8 but decided after two glasses of wine it might not be the best time. Real nice showroom, all new and nicely decorated. Off the beaten path for auto row. Located North of Winchester on Ynez. Great hospitality during their grand opening. We be back for some test drives. read more

Today, December 26th, 2024 at 1:30 pm, my husband drove to Audi Temecula because when he used a screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the plate on, the plastic housing broke apart. He spoke to someone in the service department and he said, "You either used a power tool and you broke it or the manufacturer put it on too tight and it broke. Either way, we can't bother with you so just go back to Audi in Ontario where you bought the car and see if they'll help you." WOW. They ARE an Audi dealership with a service center are they not? This is a pretty minor problem but now I think it's a big problem. The customer service from this individual is epic, and not in a good way. It seems unless you're giving them money they simply don't give a crap. To put it lightly, I will never be back....not to pay for an oil change and certainly not to ever purchase another Audi. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a dealership in my life. They tell you anything you need to hear over the phone to get you to come in just to waste your time. They lied to me on the phone saying I was good to go and was all set to purchase my car. By the time I had got in to the dealership they had came up with instant excuses. We could not have had a better experience at Audi Temecula. We worked with Michael and Brandon and both were extremely helpful and efficient. In the past, I have avoided car dealerships because I hate the run around, trying to wheel and deal instead of just getting to the point. We had the complete opposite of that, we came to see the Q7 and Michael brought it up, explained it's features, took it on a test drive and then straight to the point to try to put a deal together. We had both of our kids with us and were in and out in 2.5 hours including the test drive. We were running short on time and had to leave before the car was ready so they graciously delivered it to our home that evening. The following day I had a few more questions regarding the car and Michael was more than happy to walk me through the system and answer my questions. This is the second time I am taking my E-Tron in for the same problem. Hope they can fix it this time. Don't get me wrong, the E-Tron is a much better looking car than the Tesla X inside and out. The suspension is head and shoulders better and the ride is like a Mercedes GL 550 but much better in the corners. So why does it leak water from the roof and how can someone live with a roof leak in a car? no matter how great everything else is? Don't fail me again Audi Temecula. read more
