Horrible experience. Brought my wife's car in for pre-paid 60k service and to have brakes checked on 9/15/22 because car was shaking while braking. They recommended new rear brakes and I agreed to replace them. Car had a slightly different feel, like a rattle my wife said, but I thought it was just the new brakes. A couple weeks later it's worse and the car starts shaking in reverse. Bring it back on 10/11/22 and they say the motor mounts are bad, going to cost $1,876.39. I say, isn't it under warranty? Service advisor looks it up and says, your warranty expired on 9/18/22, no warranty now 3-weeks later. Motor mounts should not fail at 60k, but it can happen I'm told by another mechanic. Problem is, they also may have missed it when they did the service (while it was under warranty!!). Or, maybe something they did at time of service stressed the mounts, I'm not saying intentionally, but it's very possible during a big 60k service. Long story short, a 10%discount is what I received, no consideration of all of the facts above. I call Audi of Escondido for a quote on replacing all motor mounts and am quoted $1,600!! So, after my 10% discount that the manager approved, I'm still overpaying. Good customer service Managers do what is right to retain customers and grow the business, at all cost. You didn't lose just my business, you are Managing your way to loosing lot's of business. read more

I popped into Audi Temecula on New Year's Day and Millard helped us look for exactly the vehicle we wanted, but with the car market the way it is, there weren't any on the lot and none at none nearby dealerships. He worked diligently over the last two weeks (while I changed my mind about vehicle color and other features about a million times) to not only find the car that I wanted with all of the extra packages that I fell in love with, but manage to get it from another dealership as it was arriving from the factory. We picked up our new Q3 last night and Brandon helped us with the final paperwork and we were in and out in under an hour. First thing in the morning I came in without an appointment, I was checked in by Adam the service "advisor" he opened the hood and right away he spotted the problem. I had it checked out and waited for a good 2 hrs, it was "Rodent Damage" that supposedly chewed on 2 little connection wires that led to the coolant temp sensor to malfunction. They finally text me back and said it was going to be $543.59 FOR TWO LITTLE WIRES?! I was so upset, I said For two little wires?? I told him no way but still had to pay $199. for "checking" Just for the Tech to tell him what he already knew... Unbelievable! I came home and fixed it myself for $6.00 for new wiring, the check engine light went off and like new. My first time and now my last time going to this highway robbery dealership. read more

To say I'm pissed with the guy that was closing up the service department today would be an understatement!!! He better be glad I was not in town when my wife came in to see about our car!! Dude was rude from the moment my wife stepped on the lot! I read about another yelper that said Austin and another guy named Moe stayed two hours after closing to help him!! Where were they when she came in because we can't say that about the dude that was there when my wife showed up to see about her car. Said the guy was rude and not eager to help her. We had to get the car towed in this morning because it would not start. I had to go to San Diego for business and she had to go to work. So the service department said they would look out for the car and let her know when it arrived. That part was fine! But being that the battery was dead dude told my wife he could not do anything until it had a new battery. She was not going to buy a new battery because it was still under warranty. She told them that she would meet the tow company there after work to check the battery. It was not until 6:30 that she arrived and when she stepped on the lot to see who could help her that's when that lazy so and so just pointed to the back lot and told my wife your car is back there! He would even walk with her and talk to her about the car!! The towing company came out and they were extremely helpful and nice. They assisted my wife more so than the service department! My wife went in to see the service guy and he was on his phone texting and did bother to get up and talk to her like a professional! Said they couldn't do anything until Monday because they were closing at 7 and it was now 6:49pm. So she told him that she was going to leave the keys in the car and come back Monday, he said okay and she walked out. The tow truck techs helped my wife more than the service guy! They even gave her a bottle of water because it was HELLISH hot out there! I saw all the 5 stars and I'm wondering where are those people at because the dude today was butt head!! Car buying is the absolute worst, except when you buy car thru Audi Temecula! Brandon and Ronnie were fantastic ( ask for one of them, trust me), they handled my indecisiveness with so much patience, and truly got me the lowest price now two times in a row. Once you are a customer of theirs, they really want to not only keep your business, but make sure you are happy with the experience with them - which truly reflects in the way work around what you want and what is reasonable for you when purchasing a car. The best part, is I was IN and OUT, and you don't get that gimmicky car dealership pressure to buy additional things. I used to take my care to this place until I found out how dishonest they are. I had them look into my oil light keep coming in within only 3000 miles and they used my extended warranty $2200 of which $500 out of pocket deductible and the issue never been fixed. The light cam on again and they said that they would have to run a test that would cost me close to $300 to find out why I still have the same problem. Trust is a big issue at this place; when I took the car second time after the repair and the light came back on, the technician took it for a spin ( which is unusual) since they always check my car in in front of me and never take it for a spin and he came back and said there is no warning light; luckily I had taken a photo before I bring the car in as I was already having trust issues with them and showed it to him. They are also very expensive , they been charging me $228 for oil change and I had it serviced yesterday at Walters Audi for $178. I do not mind the drive if I have the trust. If and only if you have to take it to Temecula Audi Trust only Toney. read more

I had a BMW X2 M35i that I was absolutely not happy with and I had contacted Brandon, a sales manager, at Audi Temecula regarding an S4 that I was interested in. He went above and beyond to acquire the exact vehicle that I wanted, having it transferred from another regional dealership. I mulled around after corresponding with him for several days on whether to trade the BMW in for the S4, and ultimately I decided to do so. I came in unexpectedly, without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly, young salesman named Michael Rieger who was SO incredibly customer-service oriented and amazingly knowledgeable about cars. Another gearhead who gave me a ton of advice on the S4, talked cars and life whilst we waited forever and a day at my credit union to gain the cheque needed to finalize the deal. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! If I can give 0 Stars I would! My husband and I came to the dealership looking to purchase an A5 Cabriolet but the cold reception we received was enough to convince us to go back and stick with BMW of Murrieta where we have purchased our last 6 cars from. There we are always greeted by everyone with smiles on their faces and made to feel like they are happy to see us. The A5 which we were considering may or may not be the better car but I guess we'll never know. It was like they didn't want to sell anything. No one was outside to greet us. It was basically self service as we went into the empty showroom and it took several minutes of us looking around the car before someone approached us. Even then it was like pulling teeth trying to get information on the car! Instead of selling the car and showing us how great it is, we had to ask the questions to get any kind of information . Needless to say we couldn't wait to leave! Why would anyone buy a car from here where you are made to feel like you are bothering the sales people?! I bought a 2018 Audi A4 here and the salesman, Andrew really worked with my family and I to get a very fair deal on the car. He was very transparent and knowledgeable about the Audi brand and German cars in general. We got the car checked out by a private mechanic before purchasing it, and the private mechanic noticed that a couple of filters needed to be changed. We informed Audi of this and they changed both filters for free before I purchased the car. Through this car buying process I only had excellent customer service. I love my Audi A4! I would give this business a NEGATIVE (minus) 1000 stars if ai could. Stay far away from this place. They will take FULL advantage of you!!! After getting my Audi serviced at Jiffy Lune I took it in to Audi because my audio console would not pop up. I told them that it may be a connection issue because it has done this to me before. Well, later that day they called me and said that a module was malfunctioned and that I would need to replace three whole thing. And that would be about $1,800. And that my car also needed servicing, which would cost me about about $1800. (Jiffy Lube charge me $283). I told them that is about the value of my car. I couldn't afford such an expensive fee, so I took it to another place. Well, Lo and Behold, the other place was able to get my audio console working again and he only charged me $60 for it. He discovered that one of my wires was disconnected. When I called Audi to tell them this, the manager, Brett, admitted that his technician unplugged the connection. And that he "forgot" to plug it back in. Can you believe it? After charging me $250 for a diagnostic, they unplugged my connection, and told me that I would have to spend $1,800 for a completely new part. These people are scammers. RUN far away from them. Don't just walk. They will take full advantage of you. What a terrible shameful way to do business!!!! read more
