Every time I come to Valencia BMW, it's a disappointment. I decided to give them another chance because it's the closest dealership to my house, but clearly I never learn. My service advisor was Christopher Rawlins. I emailed him multiple times, called him, and even contacted the service manager, Robert, about an issue with my bill. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when someone else picked up my car, the total was suddenly $100 more. At that point, it wasn't even about the extra $100 -- it was about the complete lack of communication and customer service. I sent emails and left calls, and nobody bothered to respond. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. If you're going to charge customers more than quoted, at least have the professionalism to return a call or email. We had the worst experience with Valencia BMW. We purchased a 2024 X1 CPO here in Dec 2025 and we didn't receive the 2nd key until 5 weeks later. We have been calling and texting and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of the sales person and get a call back. Around the same time we noticed there is a sour mold smell coming from the car. We eventually figured out it is coming from the AC system. So we brought it to a different dealer close by who quoted us for over $400 AC cleaning and said it wasn't covered by the CPO. They told us since you've only had the car for 5 weeks they recommended we talk to Valencia BMW to help us out with this. It makes sense to me that we should expect a CPO car to not have a mold problem in the AC. I don't think this is too much to ask to perform a cleaning service to the HVAC system despite it not being covered by the CPO warranty. We tried to call Valencia every weekend but kept getting transferred to voicemail and never got a call back. We finally got the chance to talk to the manager today and he told us there is nothing he could do and we were offered a new air filter. So now we will be paying for an over $400 AC cleaning service on a car we just bought a few weeks ago to clean mold out of the air conditioning. It's a beautiful car but hopefully you don't mind it smelling like vinegar and old laundry! After the car is sold do not expect any service from this dealership. I experienced a deeply troubling situation at Valencia BMW that I must share with BMW USA. I returned to Valencia BMW in late December 2025 as my 2023 BMW i4 35 lease was ending in March 2026. I had previously worked with salesperson Craig (or 'Buck') and had a positive experience, so I declined my friend's brother's invitation and chose Valencia BMW again. This proved to be a costly mistake. Craig was on medical leave, so I worked with Gene Longsworth. Gene initially said I owed approximately $2,000 for 8,000 miles over my lease limit. My requirements were clear: pull-ahead on remaining payments, mileage waiver, and monthly payments under $500. When Gene said he couldn't meet these terms, I prepared to leave. Suddenly, he insisted he could accommodate everything and convinced me to stay. We agreed on $5,000 down and $490 monthly. Before signing, my wife specifically asked multiple times if all costs were included. Gene explicitly stated, "Nothing else...all included." This verbal assurance was critical to our decision. Everything changed once the deal was finalized. Gene's demeanor shifted from extremely attentive to completely indifferent. Finance manager Robin Pilgreen was unprofessional and rude to both of us. My wife had to stop me from addressing her behavior. We completed paperwork and drove home in the new car, agreeing to return the next day with my old car's charger. On December 31st, despite having an appointment and sending a text beforehand, Gene ignored the scheduled time and showed little concern. When I received my lease return paperwork, I discovered a $2,009 charge. When I raised this issue, Gene became defensive, claiming he'd mentioned the fee. I reminded him of his "Nothing else...all included" statement. He denied saying this and told me to speak with a manager. Although managers were visible, no one approached me. Gene continued with other customers. When I asked when the manager would come, he said he didn't know and seemed unconcerned. Only after I became more vocal did General Sales Manager Zayn finally appear. Fortunately, he was kind and agreed to unwind the entire contract and return my old vehicle. Interestingly, Robin Pilgreen, previously so rude, became suddenly efficient and professional during cancellation. If the GM hadn't intervened, I was prepared to involve BMW USA and legal counsel. This experience destroyed my trust in BMW. I developed an application to evaluate lease contracts and discovered Gene's deal had a Money Factor more than double what it should have been, with no dealer discounts. Shockingly, when I analyzed all my recent BMW leases, not one was favorable. The lease I considered my best--Craig's deal--was actually the worst. The AI questioned why he hadn't recommended purchasing instead. I ultimately leased a Lexus through an honest salesperson, and my app confirmed it was a fair deal. Later, I discovered both Gene Longsworth and Robin Pilgreen have numerous negative reviews online, consistently described as unprofessional and people to avoid. I don't understand why BMW continues employing these individuals despite numerous complaints. Their deceptive practices and poor customer treatment directly damage BMW's brand reputation. These people should be terminated. For anyone reading this: avoid Gene Longsworth, Robin Pilgreen, and Craig 'Buck' at Valencia BMW. Always check online reviews first and verify every number in writing. The vehicle I was about to lease remains unsold at Valencia BMW, which speaks volumes. This is about the dealership's management and communication, which unfortunately aligns with what other reviews already mention. After we purchased a preowned Audi Q5, we found out as I was leaving the lot and the keys were handed over that there was no spare key. The manager Eddie (I believe that was his name) said they would try to get in contact with the previous owner, and if not, he verbatim promised they would have a new spare made through another Audi/AutoNation. Update on the valve cover gasket complaint: I recently had my valve cover gasket replaced and I do appreciate that the repair was completed and that I was provided with a loaner vehicle. However, when I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed that the vehicle had not been washed and was actually returned extremely dirty. I was especially surprised because during every previous service visit my car had always been washed. I also noticed that the driver side door was left not completely shut, which was concerning. While I appreciate the repair work itself, the overall experience was disappointing and I feel more attention should have been given to these details. read more

I have only ever taken my X3 to Valencia for service, and every time I do it seems like a problem arises after the service. After the last service the check engine light came on. I checked the spark plugs and there were two new NGK and two old Champion plugs. In what world do you only change two out of four spark plugs? Now I have no faith in this service department. The previous oil change resulted in a coolant leak from the oil filter housing that they claimed was a coincidence. I highly doubt that now. I was initially treated well by the employees here. went in with interest in this blue Audi, one of the only Audis on the lot. I test drove it, etc - and everything went smoothly. I didn't purchase it that day but was told that they'd just put it on the lot that day and I was the first to come and see it -- I know this to be true because I'd been watching it like a hawk and calling the dealership on stays updates of when they would have it all detailed and have maintenance done for showings. I went home to ponder on it and look at numbers but I was in contact with the salesmen GABE for 72 hours we'd been texting back and forth about different things regarding the car/payment etc. I then all of the sudden didn't hear from him. I was reaching out to him non stop because like I said I wanted this car and I understood the possible chance of competition! I finally stopped contacting him directly and decided to contact the delearship because I at that point was ready to purchase. The first thing the manager says was "oh that Audi sold like 2 days ago" whaaaaaaat!!!! I'd been literally texting the salesman regarding it during his sale and he ghosted me and had no regard to tell me"hey there's another buyer in the market or hey the car is maybe going to sell soon." The audacity to continue to text me as if he hadn't sold the car already was mindblowing!!!! I'm so appalled by their behavior and lack of effort to make things right on this. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 10:00 AM. I arrived shortly before 10:00 AM and checked in, was told to wait in the lobby and wait for my service advisor. I waited until 10:45 AM without anyone assisting me. I walked around to see if the service advisors were busy, but several were sitting with no customers in front of them. Before that a woman who arrived after me complained at 10:25 AM, and they immediately helped her and took her in ahead of me. I let it go at first, but even after they finished helping her, no one came over or acknowledged me. After waiting nearly an hour with no updates or communication, I decided to leave -- fully expecting someone to call me since I was next. To this moment, no one has reached out despite my appointment being checked in. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service here. In May of 2024, I bought a 2018 M3 Comp from Valencia BMW. Overall, it was a great experience, Buck was my sales person and he was very nice and helpful. When I bought the car, there was a sticker that was left on the front bumper. I didn't think much of it at the time. About a month later, I decided I would remove that sticker. When I began peeling the sticker off, I immediately saw that the paint was gone from under. It immediately clicked, that's why there was a sticker over it. I took it back to Valencia BMW because the car was just sold to me a few weeks prior and this is a pretty crappy feeling making this type of discovery post-purchase. I spoke to Nick, the previous used car manager. He was very helpful. We came to a solution where we would get it fixed with them. I left the car there for a week and a week later it was fixed. Fast forward about 8-9 months later, I noticed that some of the paint was peeling off on the resprayed bumper. I thought to myself, wow that's pretty crazy. I mean this is a BMW dealership that fixed the paint and just after a little under a year it's already peeling? Especially because this is a high end luxury sports car, not a regular 3 series. You would think that this type of job would be taken a lot more seriously. About 3-4 months go by. Life got busy and I just didn't get the chance to go back and show them this problem until later. I finally had time to take it in the beginning of July and so I did. I spoke to Zayn, the new used car sales manager who replaced Nick. Right away, he rubbed me off the wrong way. It's ok though because I trust Valencia BMW. I'm local and my family has purchased many cars from them. We've never had an issue where they don't fail to make things right. After explaining to him that about a year ago I had this issue and Nick fixed it for me, he right away told me that he cannot do anything for me because this was a year ago. I asked nicely if he could just take a look because it's clear that this was just a bad paint job that his dealership did. He agreed and came out with me. He took a look and told me the same thing, he could not help me because it was a long time ago. He also stated that it's peeling because my car is low and it's the stress points. I showed him multiple spots that are peeling/lifting, some on the corners, in the middle, stress points or not, all around the bumper. He continued to deny it. It was clear that this was a poor paint job because you can clearly see the original paint intact under the peeling paint. He continued to hold his position and said "nope, sorry I cannot help you. Idk what you put on the paint and I can't help you". At this point I was frustrated because it's clear that Valencia BMW did a mickey mouse job for my m3 and Zayn is refusing to take responsibility. On top of that, I'm being told I may have damaged the paint myself? The rest of the car's paint is great actually, except for the front bumper they repainted. Zayn kept giving every possible explanation for the peeling except for the one that makes the most sense. Attached, you will find photos of the original paint under the "new" paint that is peeling. It's obvious that when they brought it in to get painted, it was done as a quick fix. The underneath layer doesn't look sanded or prep'd properly. That is why it's peeling. On top of that, a normal paint job does not peel in 8-9 months. It does not bubble or lift with normal rock chips. It does not flake with stress points. Considering the work was done at a BMW dealership, this experience is disappointing. I'm shocked by how Zayn handled the situation. There was no willingness to discuss a possible solution or even warranty? I was simply told, "Nope" At this point, it's not just about repairing the vehicle; it's about the uncooperative and dismissive attitude from a manager. For someone representing a prestigious brand, I expected far better service and accountability. This situation has not only left me in disappointment but has also shaken my trust in the brand. read more

I bought a used Cadillac from this dealer and not 200 miles in I had to bring it into another dealership for a transmission service. They said the transmission service was not under the warranty I bought from Valencia BMW. The service cost me 400$ and when I went and called Valencia BMW to try and figure out why it wasn't done before and how they're gonna fix this they said they'd call me back then never did. So after a day I call back and their response was there's nothing we can do. I brought my BMW X7 in for an oil change and a full vehicle inspection. Less than 72 hours later my car throws a low radiator coolant warning. Seriously? How do you miss that during an inspection? If my X7 hadn't alerted me I would've jumped on the freeway completely unaware, risking overheating and serious engine damage. I called BMW of Valencia to figure out what the hell was going on and their exact words were "Drive it in and we'll check it out." Excuse me? You want me to drive a vehicle that's warning me about low coolant just so you can "check it out"? That's not just lazy, it's dangerously irresponsible. I called BMW roadside assistance instead. Thankfully they walked me through refilling the coolant myself after I went out and bought the damn fluid. What should've been a routine service turned into a stressful time-wasting mess. I called several times today to speak with a service representative to ask about some Items on the VIN Report that is available on the State of CA Public Records site. I was unable to get hold of anyone until I selected Sales. The guy who answered told me (more than once) that he could speak with me but, after I kept saying I wanted to speak with a service employee, finally connected me to a lady who was not helpful and claimed that they were unable to access that report. I ordered a 2025 M class BMW from Valencia BMW last year. I was able to track it online as it moved through the factory in Germany and headed out the door to the port. However, when it arrived for my pickup here in Valencia at the end of December, it was not the car I ordered: it was lacking the active suspension feature. My salesman agreed that the car did not match my order, and he said he would look into retrofitting the active suspension. After a couple weeks, I raised the issue with the General Manager of the dealership. I asked: 1. Can you determine what happened to my car? Was it a supply chain problem in Germany where they could not obtain the necessary sensors or dampers, or was it a process problem between the dealership and the factory near Munich? (I would think that the dealership would wish to know if they can't obtain the cars that they order.) 2. What can be done to remedy the problem? Horrible service department and scheduling. Nobody can give you a direct answer and service advisors are always too busy to return a call or message. I had a recall appointment that I rescheduled once due to me requesting a loaner. I have been bringing my BMW here and always received a loaner. Anthony Garcia one of the service advisors failed to reach out to me for days leading up to my appointment when I was trying to follow up multiple times where I never received a call back regarding this loaner. I was able to find out about the status of the loaner 7 minutes before when Mr. Garcia decided it was a good time as my appointment was approaching. Only for me to find out that this "recall" does not qualify for a loaner, only if the car is there multiple days. Which I find very hard to believe since I have brought my car in for something as quick as an oil change and received a loaner. I don't appreciate lies especially when others are willing to pick up where you dropped the ball. I went ahead and called PACIFIC BMW and within 5 minutes I was able to get an appointment scheduled WITH a loaner guaranteed over the phone with absolutely no hassle of what qualifies and what doesn't. I didn't have to wait for a service advisor or have to wait days for a potential answer. Bottom line is we buy BMWs for peace of mind, nobody wants to wait 2 hours for a service to get done and the uber range they offer is only 15 miles. There are definitely better BMW dealerships that actually value their customers and treat them accordingly. read more

As expected I am forwarded to a service manager who after waiting on hold for 5 minutes is unavailable-shocking! I purchased our car from this dealership -- and expected more. I paid the price for their car and expected that maintaining the car would not be cheap -- it hasn't been. But the customer service from the service department and the dealership "management" is terrible. We worked with Trevor Carr and he would disappear and reappear. We were ready to purchase the car and out of nowhere he lets us know it is not available anymore. We had gone to the dealer for no reason (2 hours away). They ended up locating it and we signed off since I had already seen the car before it was transferred to valencia BMW from toyota of Cerritos. We end up driving another 2 hours to pick it up and left with the car. before the sale, Trevor Carr promised us some BMW merchandise (a shirt & Hoodie) and said he would fedex it my house since he was not there that day. He ended up ghosting and we never heard anything from the dealer. A few days later, The car starts shaking VIOLENTLY and I freaked out so i took it home and got it misdiagnosed by another dealer and as a result, Valencia BMW did not want to cover their defective car. I got it diagnosed correctly and the car was sold with faulty motor mounts. I ended up spending 900$ to get them changed out and that was that with Valencia BMW. Do not buy your cars from here, they are unresponsive and make it seem like they will help and they will just ghost you. As a former luxury car salesman, I heard that Valencia was the place to go as they "don't say no to a deal" - it was actually between them and South Bay, the two largest volume BMW dealers in SoCal (or so I heard). I got lucky enough to have Trevor Carr answer my sales call when I initially called in - after a week of back and forth (I know... I'm also disgusted at myself) between Valencia and South Bay, Trevor and his management team earned my business by offering me a better deal and an Uber to get me to the dealership that night! Kevin in finance was also super helpful and not at all pushy. At one point, I forgot I'm buying a car cause these dude were so accommodating and hospitable. Public service announcement to anyone considering an AWD or "xdrive" car from here, including CPO cars AWD cars CANNOT have mismatched tread depth tires between front and rear axles. The tolerance for difference is *quite* low. They scheduled me to see a CPO X1 with a 5mm+ tread depth difference between front and rear axles. When I pointed this out, they said they would replace the other axle "at cost" - billed to me of course. Most car buyers don't know that AWD cars NEED matching front and rear tires. BMW Valencia puts AWD CPO cars on the lot at RADICALLY unacceptable tread depth differences. I bought a CPO Macan instead and hope this helps someone from a costly drivetrain issue in the future. read more

In April 2025, I purchased a CPO 2023 BMW X5 from Valencia BMW; this is my second vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, only a few months later, I began experiencing significant shaking whenever the brakes were applied. Concerned, I took the vehicle to Beverly Hills BMW for an inspection. They informed me that while the brake pads had indeed been replaced by Valencia BMW in March 2025 (just weeks before my purchase), the calipers were already below minimum factory thickness and should have been replaced at the same time. This oversight ultimately led to the unsafe braking conditions I was experiencing. I contacted Valencia BMW and spoke with Sales Manager Dave, who assured me they would help me out. However, the assistance offered didn't reflect that reassurance. They proposed replacing the brakes "at cost," yet the estimate they gave was actually higher than Beverly Hills BMW's standard retail price. And despite this being my second purchase from them, I have not heard back from Valencia BMW since. Their lack of care in really trying to resolve this issue was really disappointing. It reminded me of that old saying: dealerships are wonderful to you right up until the moment you drive the car off the lot then the support suddenly fades. This experience has made me question the thoroughness of their CPO inspection process and their commitment to long-term customer care. I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a specific vehicle and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with my sales consultant, Mazen. From the moment I walked in, I felt judged based on my appearance. I understand that I may look young and not very formal, but the attitude and energy I received made it clear I wasn't being taken seriously as a buyer. There was no effort to build rapport, no sense of urgency, and no attempt to actually work a deal. What surprised me most was that he never even offered to run numbers or try to negotiate. Instead, I was quickly given high numbers with a tone and facial expression that suggested he assumed I couldn't afford the vehicle. No questions were asked about my budget, income, or financing options. For context, I make well over $120k a year--but that was never the point. As someone who has been in the sales industry myself for years, I believe every customer deserves the same level of respect and effort, regardless of how they look. I didn't come in to brag about what I make; I simply expected the salesperson to do his job and present the best deal he could. Like anyone else, I just wanted to save money. Instead, the entire interaction made me feel belittled and as if I was wasting his time. In reality, I was a serious buyer ready to do business. At the end of the day, customers are the ones putting food on the table--whether the commission is $10 or $1,000. I'll tell my story and you free to decide for yourself. They got car for us (new), but it had already 50 miles, no any stickers inside or outside, like new car should. After we agreed on numbers, we got into worst office of Robin P. (Evil blondie). We should sign a lot of documents and they all were digital. In moment when we started reading them, she started pressuring us and be impatiently, not giving us the opportunity to read what we sign. She started zooming documents on tablet, that only sign window is visible and at our request to tell what these different documents were about, she began to get nervous and hurry us. Then she began to sell us extra warranties by cheating, giving unrealistic prices on different kind of work($5600 to change windshield, ~$5k all rotors and brake pads) In our contract this dealer put 25 miles instead of actual 50 miles. They took our signature on document, that they installed frame for front license plate, we found out only we got printed copies. In couple weeks they sent us a letter which said at the end that for this dealer the most important thing is honesty and transparent approach to customers. It was really fun. I called in and spoke to a gentleman named Chandi who is a salesman I asked if I could return the lease at their store since I had gotten the lease from South Bay bmw he said absolutely there is no problem with that and asked if I'm interested in a new car, I said if the deal makes sense I might consider it, but I clarified with him first numerous times if I don't end up buying a car can I still return the lease to which he said yes every time and said let me also clarify with my manager, he then called me back saying we're all good! I came that day April, 26, 2026 as agreed and brought my car in I asked him there again am I able to return the lease if we don't end up making a deal on a new car he said yes, he showed me a few cars and we went back to "talk numbers" his manager than came in who's name is Jeremy and he asked me if it's okay that they ground the lease and have bmw bill for any issues with the car instead of adding it to the newer car if I were to purchase it, which I said yes so that means that the lease return has nothing to do with the newer car and Jeremey said yes, he then showed me numbers on the new car and we didn't reach an agreement he actually said "I wouldn't buy a 4 series for that payment either" this is supposed to be the manager, he then left and Chandi came back and gave me my car keys so I asked aren't we returning the lease and he said no we can't do that because we were under the impression that you would buy a car, which rubbed me the wrong way I was furious to the say the least I asked him didn't you tell me that we can return the lease which he said yeah my manager told me to bring you in, which is crazy to me that they lied but it gets even worse his "manager" Jeremy came in and told me we can't ground your lease and I asked why you told me previously that it has nothing to do with the new car he said you would have to do a third party inspection and I said you told me that you do the inspection, he then said he would talk to the General Manager and see what they can do, he came back a few minutes later said we're not gonna ground your lease since you bought it from South Bay go to South Bay, I was extremely surprised and felt very disrespected so I asked to speak to the general manager then he said he is the general manager literally lying and giving me false information like they did when I asked them if I could return the lease without purchasing another car, this is extremely disrespectful and disappointing I ended up leaving my car there for service because they told me that is the only thing they can do I can't believe they would treat people like that and lie just for a sale all I wanted to do was return the lease and I asked multiple times if I could do that and they said yes but all of a sudden since I didn't purchase a car they're treating me like this! I don't usually file complaints but I will be reaching out to Auto Nation, BMW financial, Corporate because this is not good business nor is it even humane to lie to consumers, I hope I'm able to return the lease because this has been the worst experience I've ever had read more
