This review is based strictly on my experience. They could not have been more accommodating during the purchase process, especially given I was an out of state buyer. Its their support after the sale that has been totally frustrating. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned Panamera. After 2 weeks I took in to my local dealer for some issues to be checked and received an estimate for $ 5000 in repairs. Have reached out to the sales and finance team at Beaverton. Totally being ghosted. The local dealer told me that the car was not serviced properly to meet Porsche CPO standard. I am now working with Porsche directly to get repairs done properly. This is unfortunate because I thought this was going to be a memorable experience instead its been mostly a headache. He was patient with me on our test drive as I tend to get nervous driving someone else's car. He just chatted it up about life in between directions and made me feel like I was making a new friend. As an out of state buyer I ask for some updated quality pics (not the supper crappy cel phone ones the 1st guy sent) and cpo report about a 2025 911 I was considering that hasn't sold in 6 mos and has been outside in the rain often. Second guy ASSURED me he would email both requests to me soon. Almost a week later I've recived nothing, nada, and zero follow up, so either they are trying to hide something about the car and/or just are wildly incompetent. I absolutely would have bought the car if looked ok, but not now or ever would I do business with this dealership. I reluctantly rate Porsche Beaverton and relay my story. Porsche is a premier brand, and I expected a premier reply to my outreaches - was I ever surprised and disappointed. True, some of the staff are dedicated people who place the customer first and do what's best to retain them. Some are definitely not. I placed a $1,000 deposit on a Macan EV over a year ago. Because of how some staff were regularly non-responsive to my outreach, I asked for my deposit back. After I was told excuse after creative excuse...and SEVEN weeks had passed, I filed a claim with Washington County Small Claims Court. Thanks to this filing and a sales manager who had not been involved with my transaction, I finally received my deposit back. I had plans to purchase two new vehicles from Porsche Beaverton. A "breath of fresh air" best describes our car shopping experience at Porsche Beaverton. I mean, a breath of really fresh air!!! Yes, the physical facilities and accompanying hospitality from everyone with whom we came in contact were exceptional. We take things to an even more exceptional level of satisfaction when talking about our primary contact; Ruben Cruz. He was an absolute joy to work with and he made our buying process seamless, relaxed, enjoyable, and even fun (notwithstanding the "writing a sizeable check" component). Mr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being a super nice individual. We never felt pressured, rushed, etc. but, rather, Mr. Cruz handled everything with his calm and comforting demeanor. The entire process (from shopping, test driving, phone and email communications before and after the sale) was more akin to visiting a good friend or family member than a car-buying exercise. Ruben Cruz is a phenomenal ambassador for the dealership and a truly good guy with whom we were so fortunate to work. I could go on and on with more superlatives (about Ruben, the physical facilities, wonderful staff, and more) but I would be repeating myself. I would be remiss, however, if I did not mention Daniel Lopez (a "Porsche Pro"). Mr. Lopez was also so nice and fun to be around -- he was exceptionally helpful in making sure that all aspects of the vehicle's delivery (including coordinating the setup of the internal "Porsche Connect" SIM) and taking care of other logistical matters. A huge "Thank You" to both Ruben Cruz and Daniel Lopez. Also, a "thank you" to Ms. Elena Gomez, a service advisor with whom I had a nice conversation -- I look forward to working with her when visiting the dealership for service. The worst service! At dealer for a corporate pump recall. The scheduler did not tell me the car would be kept overnigit. Service manager, Jonathan said I could pick up tomorrow. Ask pick up time so a ride could be arranged. Could not answer until tomorrow:. When he called to inform Panamera recall finished, he included a video of future service needs that did not open properly: At that time he offered to pay for a Uber ride to dealer. He confirmed my address and told my house in 79442 area code. He entered wrong address. I entered correct address and called Uber and got a decline of payment and that entered my Visa for $22.61 cost. Left a phone message that he would owe me $22.61. Upon arrival, again informed Jonathan about my Uber payment. No offer to correct. These items weren't costly, except taking my time for fixing: Dealership attitude is pass to customer arrangement items they themselves should handle. If they can't handle these small items do I trust them with major repairs. NO. read more

Update to car shopping visit: I ended up buying a Porsche Macan from Porshe Beaverton from Nick Roseta. It was a SUPERB experience. * Porsche Beaverton has their Brand Ambassadors work with the customer throughout the whole buying experience, INCLUDING the dreaded financial component, which usually takes place in the windowless Finance Manager's office for negotiation on price and review of any dealer options. This is a very refrshing policy. * Nick is a GREAT ambassador - he listens intently, urges gently, is extremely knowledgeabe, responsive, and made me feel like I was directing my sales process. * While the experience was great, Nick did have to read thru a list of dealer (and some Porsche) options, including things like ceramic coating, various insurances/warranties, etc. But, Nick was honest about several that he didn't recommend. I pretty much said "You can read thru your list, but please don't be offended if I say No immediately in response". * The dealership also listed 2 x taxes on the invoice that apply to the dealer - the Corporate Activity Tax and Vehicle Priviledge Tax - which is perfectly legal for them to pass on, but our slight price negotiaion covered that amount, so I was OK. (In a twist of fate, I received a refund check from Porsche Beaverton for the VPT amount.) https://www.doj.state.or.us/consumer-protection/motor-vehicles/buying-a-vehicle/ * Now the sales issues mention above are minor and pale in comparison to what a California Porsche dealer put on their initial quote for a car. They added 2 x "mandatory dealer items" - a car tracker ($1,500) and film protection for the door edge ($300). When I said "I don't want these items - please remove them from the invoice", the salesperson replied "Well, the dealership mandates these, and I'll see if I can adjust the overall price to accommodate some or all of this amount." I believe there is a new consumer law that applies in CA from Jul 1, 2024 regarding these "mandatory dealer items" and how the customer cannot be forced to take them. I would expect a very "traditional" and "confrontational" sales experience with this dealership. * Nick did a very fair allowance on my trade-in. * I visited to complete the purchase on Saturday - every 2nd Saturday of the month, Porsche Beaverton hosts a customer Cars & Coffee (with Voodoo donuts!) from like 8:00-10:00 AM. I missed the C&C because I arrived at 10:30 AM. This is so cool and shows how much customers love this brand. * Overall, a really enjoyable experience at Porsche Beaverton. It was really a great experience at first, but once the sales manager came out to discuss price I couldn't believe how little they wanted to work with me and help me. After asking for a little wiggle room in the price to make the deal the manager gave me terrible looks like I was insane to even ask. He said the best he could do was 2K off my deal. I of course left very upset and saw they dropped the car 4K 3 days later! If you go here be ready for dealer games, disrespect and terrible looks while negotiating. I ended up going to an out of state dealer for my Porsche and I would tell any buyer to shop around after going here, you might not get the best deal working with these guys. read more

I purchased a GTS 4.0 from Beaverton Porsche in August 2024. The car was not delivered yet to the dealership and it was paid in full prior to the car's arrival. I was specific that I did not want the car driven. The car was delayed due to the required protective coating the dealership had installed. I arranged to pick the car up at opening on a Saturday morning. I took an early flight to PDX and arrived at 0900 for delivery. My vehicle was no where to be found. I met my salesman Jaymeson and was told the car was being prepped. This was after the car was at the dealership for 2 weeks and returned from the protective coating for 5 days. I completed all the paperwork while waiting and signed the form claiming the car had 10 miles. I felt this was clearly in excess as I've ordered many cars and they have all been delivered with under 5 miles. At 9:50, I finally got to see my car. 50 minutes to prep a car that they knew I was flying up for delivery on Saturday morning at 0900. Then, the car actually had 24 miles on the odometer. Which is clearly fraud by the dealership. Lastly, the vehicle was delivered with half a tank of gas. Yes, you read that correctly. The manager did reach out to me but we did not connect. I was in Portland last week and stopped by the dealership to speak with a sales manager. I was told he was the only one available and he was busy. Yet I could clearly see him joking around with 3 sales people. After waiting 10 minutes, I left the dealership. I have purchased Porsches in the past. And each time it was a special experience...as it should be when purchasing such an automobile. Before purchasing this vehicle, I was working with Porsche dealerships all over the country. They were excellent and offered nothing but impeccable service. I have never written a review about a dealership before, but I feel it is warranted. We can all buy vehicles from anywhere in the country and ship a vehicle, only service and the experience will separate and distinguish dealerships. Nick Roseta helped me out when I purchased a 2017 CPO Macan S from Porsche Beaverton this past weekend, and it was one of the simplest and easiest buying experiences of my life. I live more than 2 hours away from Oregon, but I really couldn't find another dealer with such a good price on a CPO Macan. I reached out to see if they'd be willing to work with me remotely due to the distance, and Nick was incredibly helpful. Everything from valuing my trade in vehicle to the financing was done beforehand, and after a couple days of talking over text and calls I finally drove out to actually pick up the car. When I got there everything was already set. I went on a quick test drive and then filled out the paperwork they already had prepared. Overall I think the process took less than an hour. Everyone was incredibly nice, there were no pushy sales tactics and no unexpected changes from the deal we'd already talked about on the phone. All in all the experience was incredibly simple and easy. I feel like it's worth mentioning that I'm completely aware I was buying one of the least expensive cars they offer. Not just Porsche's cheapest model, but a used one at that. I feel like I was treated just as warmly as if I was ordering a new 911. After I bought the car Nick spent probably a solid half hour sitting with me going over every single button and feature, explaining how everything in the car worked. I can't recommend a dealer more highly than Porsche Beaverton, or a sales person as professional and easy to work with as Nick. I am torn to write this review, I love the car, but the process was the worst of the many vehicles I have purchased over the years. I can't blame the salesman, who was earnest as much as he was inept. Maybe they are only interested in $100k+ purchases, so my new Macan was not worth any effort on their part. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours "to prepare" it, but it took over three, when I inquired, the response was, "I don't want to rush them", rush who?, The sensitive artists that are detailing my car? When finally ready for delivery, the "Porsche Tech was "too busy" to assist to connect my car to my phone, Hmm.. too busy doing what exactly? Literally every step was a taste of my patience.
