    Sarah T from Carr states several untrue things in her reply: 1- they did not "disclose" or make it known during the sales process that there was only one key. Had they, we would have requested a second be made clear or a discount in price to cover the costs. 2- when the sales manager twice compared buying a used car to buying a computer at a pawnshop she then went on to encourage us to buy the "extended warranty," which would not have covered the cost of the replacement key, but certainly says volumes about their ethics. 3- It's also untrue that the faulty charger door was discovered "on delivery." Before we sat down to purchase the car, I attempted to open the charger door. Then Matt (sales guy) tried, and then Chris came and tried, and some other fella whose name I didn't catch tried. YouTube, the owners manual, and a credit card were all deployed to try and open the door. The reason we had to take delivery 2 days later, and why it was delivered to our home (with only one key,) was that I discovered the door was broken before we signed the loan paperwork etc. I have no doubt that had we made it off the lot without having discovered the broken door, Carr would NOT have fixed it, as evidenced by their unwillingness to replace the missing key. 4- Sarah T states that they offered solutions, but that we would only be happy with a free key. In fact they did not offer any solutions, only insisted that we should've known better. I now know better, and thanks to my reviews, so do other potential customers.

    After two exhausting weeks of frustrating car-buying experiences, I had pretty much given up hope of finding the right car without all the stress. Then my husband and I walked into CARR Subaru and met Hunter. From the start, the process was seamless and stress-free. Not only was Hunter knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly patient, but he and the entire dealership also helped us navigate some unforeseen circumstances that could have derailed the whole process. They went above and beyond, ensuring we left with a car I love. The difference in service compared to my previous experiences at other dealerships in the area these past 2 weeks was unbelievable. I can't recommend Hunter and CARR Subaru enough--they truly made ALL the difference!

    1st message says were good to go. Drive all the way there and recieve 2nd message when were 5 minutes away. Salesman admits this is shady AF

    My 13 year old mostly trusty Toyota is having an ongoing headlight outage issue. I have never had…read moreproblems like this with previous vehicles, and I never wanted to know this much about effing car headlights. Honestly. The past year or so I have had it at the dealer multiple times anyway so I have just had them replace the light while they are doing other stuff. If it's a month or two ( or less) between burning out I have asked for free replacements and gotten them, but a couple of times I have paid and they have run between $25-70 to get a new light. The fancy ones only come in twos and they have burned out faster. They were supposed to last longer. Taking the thing apart to fix the electrical issue is about $2k is what they told me. Um. Nope. I would just buy a new dang car. So, I have been pulled over by police and "warned" for burned out lights and I have been what I call " light bombed" by dutiful citizens who make it their gd mission to tell me my headlight is out. This last week a crochety elderly man and his little terrifying yappy dog waited patiently in my driveway for five minutes during the day for me to exit my car, just so he could proclaim my bulb's dead state to me and the universe in general. He told me how " dangerous" it was. Sigh. I called the dealer to price the part. $24.99. I called the service desk at the dealer. Voice mail. They are slammed on Saturdays. I do not have a weekday option since I have rejoined the workforce recently and have minimal time available. I called Autozone. No answer. I called O'Reillys. The nice young man told me $12 and said, "Do you want us to put it in for you? " Sold. I drove there, a nice female assistant manager who was surrounded by 3-4 young men shooting the bull ( the store was a bit empty) took my info, went and got the bulb, it was $12.99. She asked me if I wanted her to put it in. ( I looked at my male friend whom I had brought to do that, and he shrugged). She grabbed a glove, headed out to the car, rushed back to open the door for me after he dropped it in my face ( I mean I loved that although I coulda gotten it) , and she popped the old one out and the new one in. Easy peasy. She also threw away the packaging and the old bulb. My companion would not have I am sure. All done. Cheap. Fast. Awesome. Also, it was aligned properly with the other headlight which is like...well all the other times they were crooked. O'Reillys for the win, man.

    Sure they help you install wipers when you buy them there, but Benjamin went out of his way, in the…read moremisting rain, to help clean our windshield. He had to put extra effort to help scrub sap off the windshield and tried to help us diagnose what the possible issues were. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a few ideas on how to fix our problem. Custome service above and beyond. Kudos to you Benjamin!

You guys expect people to hold a receipt for 2 years when you can clearly see the fuckin battery is from Napa lol Obviously the batteries from Napa. You guys should take it back without question and replace it. I won't ever spend another dollar here again, Edit.... I just contacted the forest grove location and they will take this battery with the commercial account it was purchased under. You guys should tell the guy working behind the counter he can go fuck himself for not explaining this and kicking me outta the store for trying to explain that we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with you guys.
