Doing buisness with my man Alex does not feel like business at all, it much rather felt like I was working with family. I had been reconmended by a close friend to check them out. I was sold when personally got a chance to see their work on his car and boy the "QUALITY" work they produce is untouchable. The team is not a money hungry business; here they much rather have 100% guest satistfaction rather than a profit made. With that being said I will most definitely do business again & tell a friend to tell a friend. I did not feel pressured or suckered on the sale they have they review everything you need to know before hand. This is truely how a business should be ran. As I was begining to pay for my equipment / labor Alex had one more trick up his sleeve; and threw in a noise canceling alpine auxiliary /charger cord to make my music sound that much clearer (40$ cord). As I write this review I'm waiting happily on my new alpine radio installed and back hertz speakers as my front one is getting replaced . I was really helped out by Alex a lot today he was honest with me and in the end he did put a smile on my face with the price and items choosen for what suited me the best. I honestly appreciate doing business with them I was also happy to find out they give military discounts which benefited me. I forgot to write my review on this place. Only reason now is because I got in our sequoia that my wife always drive and heard the bullshit speakers my son had installed without our permission. Now we had some blown jbl factory speakers but they still sounded better than the overly priced bullshit Orion speakers audio matrix installed. I got in a heated debate with the manager and told them they ripped my son off. You can get those 4 speakers on ebay or the web for $50.00 a pair. They charged my son $130 a pair. The manager didn't think I would have done my homework. Then he gave me and my wife some b.s gift for gab about tweeking the sounds . It's more but the bottom line is do your homework. Walked in today for the first time in over ten years (long story). My friends and I would often go there after school, sometimes just to look, they always had the latest and greatest equipment. Cut to today, same ownership, same selection of hot items, and most important, same outstanding customer service. I came in looking for parts to repair/update an old pair of 6x9 boxes, and the gentleman working at the time practically gave them to me (plus extra terminal ends, just in case). This shop is amazing! From the moment I stepped in the shop, I was treated with amazing customer service. Mo, my salesman, was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I currently have a 2008 Audi A4 and I was in need of changing my speakers so I ended up purchasing two sets of Hertz DSK 165 component sets. The reason why I went with these was because I really great deal on them ($199 each set) and I wasn't planning on adding any amplifiers and I was told that this would be perfect for my situation, pretty much plug and play! Okay. I have been coming to this shop since 2005. I have brought over 10 different vehicles to this shop. All of my cars have been professionally delivered and handled with care. I have done it all from tint, alarms, sounds. I have brought cars such as my 60' Impala, Escalade, Mercedes, Harley Davidson Road King, etc. After reading some of these other reviews, it sounds like 90% of them are complaining about Audio Matrix. They are either expecting the world for $500 or they don't understand the importance of labor/installation in this industry and in my opinion that's where Audio Matrix shines. read more

This place is a one stop shop! They have it all, I came over with my new truck and wanted to clean up the wires for the amp and speakers cause whoever did before was not expirecnced. They not only cleaned up the truck left it like the truck came with that sound system clean!!! If you're tight on cash, this might be the option for you!!!! It took 10 minutes to fill out the application and I was approved right on the spot!! I took my GF Harley Davidson to Mike and he suggested that Hertz would give me the best sound that I was looking for.
