Big Ups to audio matrix the best in the business they always been good to me for years

This is the 3rd time I've gotten work done by Audio Matrix and again I walk away completely satisfied. I just got all my windows tinted and new speakers installed throughout my truck. The windows came out flawless with no scratches or spots, and the sound I'm getting from my new speakers is perfect. After using stock speakers for years I'm finally getting clean, clear, quality music. They gave me a fair price, helped me pick out the perfect set of speakers, and was in and out very fast. I would recommend Audio Matrix to any friend looking to improve their sound system and appearance of their car, these guys are pros at their craft and I will definitely be back for more work. read more

Got an aftermarket Stereo put in on my Chevy Silverado. They also hooked up my rear view camera to work on my new head unit. Now the camera shows on my rear view mirror and the head unit. Mike the manager is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I will definitely go back for any Audio work for my truck. Everything came out very clean. read more

A friend of mine recommended this place. it was a little further away from where I live so I was hesitant to drive. Finally I had a chance to go there and get my audio system installed in my car. Oh man, I am so glad that I did drive. The guys were very professional. I have already shopped the price online and they even gave me a better price than what I thought it was a good deal. I'm a happy customer for 4 years. These are professionals that are extremely knowledgable. Mike is the man to talk to when it comes to getting what you want. Anything audio can be done if you know what you want. Do research and tell him your vision and he will give you options to your vision. As an audiophile I must report that my vision of what my 97 camaro SS should look and sound like was seen and my goals of an audiophile soundsystem was reached. 4 years ago I had them custom build a stealth box to Match my existing box from JL. I even brought my own head unit bought on eBay to save money against their advice not to and it was no problem as I paid only for install and custom box. I recently went back last week for an upgrade. This time I bought directly from them 2 Jl 10w3v3 and replaced my Alpine W505 headunit with the all new Pioneer 4100 NEX headunit. I am a price cautious consumer and although I had to pay a bit more than online prices I know that it has to be a bit more from a retail installation store but it's the difference between having it now rather than waiting for shipping and the potential chances the occasional defects and having to deal with that. It's the fair price to pay and I feel I got a fair deal. Anyways I couldn't be more happier and will continue to bring my cars in for all my audio luxury needs in the future. They do clean work that is top notch. But a true audiophile system costs money and you get what you pay for, so don't go there and expect one for a super low price. You get what you pay for so Again do research, tell them what you want, and it might not be perfect the first time but they will get it right and you will be satisfied. They have earned my business. These guys knows what's up. I understand it's a business and they need to make money but their workmanship is worth more than the prices they charge. All in all a fair deal for top quality. My experience is not without flaw though. I had a these guys in the past rewire my system after my imprint equalizer died and the fm am radio didn't work but I still had to pay for the service and since Mike was out of town, I was advised to go back soon when mike was back from vacation but I didn't because I knew it was gonna cost more money to further fix my issues. Also when trying to get my older alpine w505 headunit (which at that time in the past was the most technologically advanced top of the line do it all double din headunit) to work with today's apps like pandora, Apple CarPlay, ect. They failed to inform me that I could have bought mirror link which would work with old and new headunits to satisfy my needs. Instead I was lead to believe that my only option was to just get a new headunit. Hey I understand that from a salesmans point of view I'd want to sell the headunit rather that mirror link device. Also the newer headunit update was the right decision for me in this case so all Good anyways, But I would have at least told my customer that it was a cheaper option/solution. Instead I was advised after I bought and installed my new pioneer headunit to try the mirror link device on my new headunit! Talk about sales skills. I guess I didn't do enough research on that so please do yours. Bottom line is that I must highly recommend them but also be advised they gonna want to sell you the more expensive solution and its up to you to know if it's the right choice. Overall an audiophiles satisfaction is hard to meet and they met mine. Love my system finished by Audio Matrix. read more

This place is great and pretty cheap. I came in with a set of speakers and and amp that I got from a friend. I bought a new head unit from them which I am very happy with. They installed all of it within a day. At first I was kinda skeptical about it because of its location but you'll get over that very fast. When I came in they had a nice Maserati getting some news speakers so I knew this place was legit. Overall this a great and easy place to come to if you want some new speakers. overpriced and probably the worst customer service I recently got some subwoofers installed and I paid 900$ 2 days later all of my door speakers suddenly stopped working I took it in and told him the problem and before I could finish or even have him look at the car he that my speakers are blown and I need to buy new ones the lowest price he gave me was $480 I left and went to a different shop and they fixed the wiring problem they made for $30 I feel they didn't properly ground my stereo on purpose and won't be doing any kind of business here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either read more

I got a remote start viper alarm with the smart start GPS module installed here about 1 year ago, everything was ok until i started experiencing a horrible problem, everytime i remote-start my truck, it sounds as if the key is still in the ignition trying to start the truck while it's on. this is so harmful as it will burn my ignition, so i took the truck to Mike, the shop owner who i did business with for the last 7 years, and he simply looked at it for an hour then gave me back my truck and was like " this is how it will be " and didn't fix it, this is so disapointing because i spent so much money with this place and Mike would me treat me like this? i'm a busy guy but once i have free time i will take to local viper dealer to fix the problem, and i will update my review, but in the meantime do not waste your time with this shady, and disrespectful business, there are many other local shops that are worthy of your business, stay away from this establishment.. read more

I don't know how this place stays in business, or how they got 4 stars when they have this guy MOE his name , working in the front selling services. I wanted to install back up sensors on my car , asked MOE about what I needed and he said "yeah " that's all I got for an answer , and his eyes on his computer never moved or looked at me as a client standing there and wants service done and will be spending money . no details about how , pricing, timing , product details. Nothing , I felt like I was interrupting him . Instead of explaining or walks me through all the informations , I had to drag words out of his mouth to find out some details yet he was still looking at the computer . I've been in the service business for over 25 years and I know for sure That man shouldn't be working with people with this kind of lazy attitude , lacks of professionalism . I wouldn't get service done there if I don't get treated like a customer but I feel bad for the owner of that place and I hope that man MOE is not the owner because bad news for business. These guys are the best! I have brought all 3 of my vans here over the years to get my Viper Alarms installed. I recently brought in my brand new van and needed the alarm, tinted back windows and a stereo upgrade with Bluetooth and better speakers. The price was great and the installation was perfect! My car was going into the Audio Marix to get my speakers fixed. As I left the shop about 5 minutes after my windows stopped working. The manager took the car in the back a second time and told me the windows can only be rolled up from their door that the windows are being rolled down from. After asking to fix the problem, they said I would need to pay for the problem they made. They broke a switch and it costed me another 400$ to get it replaced at another mechanic. After getting my car windows fixed I took my receipt back to Audio matrix where they said "it's not their problem" and "show me where the problem is" ( which I wasn't able to do because it's now fixed).... AUDIO MATRIX SUCKS AND WILL BREAK SOMETHING ON YOUR CAR SO YOU COME BACK TO PAY THEM MORE MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL CHEAT YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO THERE. LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DEGRADING TONE OF MANNER TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR THE PROBLEM AND LIE TO GET OUT OF A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. Place is not super busy so I was helped right away which is what I like. Showroom is clean. Sold me a Hertz digital amp which was awesome. Don't do this too often so I don't know if the the amp + install was steep, but I'm very happy with the outcome. Going back to check out dash cams. If all well, will get for both cars. Mike the owner is great he did me and my bf stero systems . New indash on a Honda Accord I have a Sony radio system with Bluetooth usb aux radio pandora CD player with a mic and a remote also added my speaker in the back over a year ago never had any problems. My bf just recently got a mustang wanted to change the radio and add a speaker his is alpine all the same functions fast job good price. They also work on cars as well as Harley's motorcycles car tint and everything . My bf said he brought all his cars that he had here 4 of them so they must do good work ! Not happy with this shop. Bought a backup camera with license plate. They said it was good quality and I would really like it. Installed the camera and the quality was terrible. Green color shows up as pink. Brought it back to them. They tried to exchange it with a cheater brand. Unacceptable. Then they said they have another camera that is the best and it is the one that you are looking for $70 more than what I have already paid. Now the manager says NO $125 more and $125 to install the camera. I was a returning customer. Will never shop hear again. read more

I stopped by to look at options to upgrade my car's navigation system. Salesman Mo was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I came in to replace a 4 channel amplifier since the back speakers stopped working. One of the workers there started showing me a few amplifiers (before even looking/asking for the specs of my speakers). You need to know the specs of the speakers to know how many watts/ohms needed to power them. He proceeded to show me an amplifier that was 2.5x more expensive then online. Then he told me they would "diagnose" my car and check if it was indeed the amp. 30 minutes later he tells me that my amp is completely fine but my RCA cables are "cheap and shitty". He showed me their "best" RCA cables which were $50! I looked them up online and found them for $10. I tried asking if he could come down on the price since he wanted to charge me $50 for $10 cables and $55 for installation. He refused so I said I'll just do it myself. He threw a tantrum and started talking shit to me so I just left. I ended up going home and testing the amplifier and RCA's myself. The RCA's are completely fine and the amp is clearly done for. This shop is incompetent. All they want to do is sell you wayyyyy overpriced stuff. read more

Just bought my wife a 2012 Nissan Altima she needed a stereo with bluetooth for hands free caliing. Took her car in for these guys to work on it and I was more than happy with the work they did. You couldn't even tell that the stereo was a custom installation. I also had them install a rear view camera and that was also done really well. The wiring was well routed and hidden. These guys installed a stereo system and camera for my truck about a year ago. It's worked well since. What compelled me to write this review is due to the fact I had a mechanic do some work on it and thereafter the reverse camera wasn't working. I took it here not knowing what happened, and they easily could have taken advantage of me but rather they changed the setting on the stereo and fixed it for free. Would recommend read more

I went to Audio Matrix, because my speakers sounded horrible. I walked in there, and Mike greeted me, and I told him my problem. He went out to my Jeep to take a listen. He said it pretty simply, you bought cheap speakers. Mike was right, I was trying to save money and bought cheap speakers. He showed me some speakers that he was selling at a great price that would make my system sound really good. I came by the next day,and talked to him again, and I bought 4 new speakers, and he installed them for me at a great price! They sound amazing!! I don't dread driving my Jeep anymore!
