I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.

Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). Selection wise, this store always has a good stock of items. Anything ranging from your typical supermarket goods (candy, produce, etc.) to pedialyte popsicles to deodorant, they truly have it all. The aisles are well maintained and stocked up too, and I enjoy how the back corner of the store will always have seasonal items, such as items for Christmas or Back-to-School. The pricing is reasonable and Target offers a little bit of everything for everyone, such as the bargain bin up at the front of the store to using the Circle app to find discounts / coupons for current items. Target is known for its customer service, but there is no customer service at this Irvine location. I was shocked to be treated like a liar after two decades as a loyal customer. I did not place that sticker, and I welcome a camera review to confirm that. I expected better service and fairness. Very disappointed.
