Came here for my very first facial ever with a groupon. It was a great experience, very relaxing and Kristine made sure to address all my issues as well as give me natural tips and tricks that don't break the bank which I appreciate. I got a signature european facial + silk peel and OMG it made an instant difference in clearing out clogged pores and I saw my acne scars were almost non existent as well as active breaks outs were reduced in size and irritation. I haven't had as positive of an experience at a salon in quite some time. The ambiance is serene and sophisticated, and Audra really is the jack of all trades. I recently started going to Audra for my lashes, and her client etiquette is impeccable. She does very careful work and frequently checks in with you to ensure that you're getting the exact look you want. The lashes lasted incredibly well and didn't get all wonky and sparse as I've experienced at other salons. Considering how seamless my experience with lashes went, I'm eager to try out some of her other services like spray tanning and skincare. Highly recommend! read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've waited to write a review until I was sure of the results. So I bought a groupon for 3 silk peel facials and just finished my third one today. So I went every 4 weeks and the results from week to week were amazing. Audra knows what she's doing and my very picky, sensitive skin loves her! She gave me some samples of products to try, but my skin did not like it. So of course she advised me not to buy it. I've decided that I will keep going every 4 weeks for this facial which includes dermabrasion and LED light treatment. Audra takes a lot of time with you and makes you feel very special. She doesn't try to upsell you like other salons, but if you ask for a recommendation, she'll give you an honest answer. I'm telling all my friends about this place! read more

Oh Audra, you are my savior! The 1 or 2 times a year that I shine I definitely owe to Audra. You see, I'm what you call lazy. I don't care too much about keeping up with myself on a regular basis. Pero, when it comes to vacation time, I like to go all out. Spray tan and eyelashes are a MUST! Not only is Audra great at what she does, she also has a great heart. Today I went to her for a spray tan and to her surprise I had a fresh set of eyelashes from the competition next door. I literally walked into her salon embarrassed, the lashes i had were LAME! I was there for eyebrow microblading by somebody who is working there.she works on me last year for couple times and I wasn't happy with the color after couple contact which she answered me late finally she told me the color will change after couple months and i have to be patient but it didn't.after one year I contacted her and told her I am still not happy with the color she asked me to go to her.according to her she fixed it and asked me to let her know in 3 weeks.i texted her that it didn't change and even got darker!she didn't answer me until i got back to her with another text and asked her to give me my money back and suddenly she answered me fast and she said she will give me my half of the money and even though i told her it is not professional to keep half of the money but she said she doesn't care what i say. read more

She is very good at what she does and my skin looked absolutely AMAZING after my appointment with her. She was very gentle with the extractions and knew exactly what to use on my skin.
