The whole place is beautiful, airy, and light. Audrey herself is sweet, spunky, funny, and warm. She listened and actually followed my requests and concerns as I try to gracefully grow out my hair. So i walked in with beautiful thick long hair and i walked out with super thinned out hair, choppy layers, and an uneven haircut. Idk if i caught her on a bad day but i hate my hair. It will take a long time for me to grow it back out (like a year) to get rid of these choppy uneven layers so i can get an even hair cut. She thinned out my hair so much i literally have 1 strand of hair. my hair looks horrible in ponytails. My ponytail is super thin its sad to see and the choppy layers sticking out like crazy. When my hair is down you can see its all uneven and nothing is blended. Its a mess. I hate the day i let her touch my hair. Please don't offer to fix my hair because no just no!
