They also wanted to charge $20 just to remove some lint from a coat on top of the cleaning. I did not leave the coat as the quote for cleaning and lint removal was more than the coat is now worth. It's clear these people will charge as much as they can. Unfortunately, there are few cleaners in Harlem, but at this rate, I'd rather travel across state lines to New Jersey. Ridiculous! The owner refused to take responsibility for it, and although he didn't ask us to pay for it, he claimed it was our fault and that "it probably happened between our house and his store, but didn't happen in his store."
