Here is what we enjoyed: We were given a choice of white or red wine and told we could drink as much as we wanted and change types whenever we chose to. The wine is included in the price of the tasting, not additional. 1. "Million dollar potato chip" caviar (sturgeon), potato chip, sour cream 2. Lobster bisque soup 3. My main course was the spaghetti bolognese and I was relieved that there wasn't some sort of vegetable in there to give it a sweeter taste like peas or carrots as they do in some other restaurants. If I have one critique is that there was a lot of meat and I would of liked to taste more of his sauce because every Italian cook needs a signature sauce and I wanted to taste more of his. The restaurant is a little pricey but the portions are generous and the food is fantastic. When you sit down in a nice place with great food in a bougie area that has linens you have to expect to pay but in my opinion worth it. He offered replacements, but we had plenty of food and no time to wait for another round of appetizers, so we declined.
