I happened to pick up two petit size quiches at The Cheese Lady in Texas Township at $4.00/each. They come frozen and it takes about a day to thaw in your refrigerator, so a little forethought is involved. Bake time is 15-20 minutes. I treated myself to their Caramelized Onion, Potato & Smoked Gouda quiche today for lunch. I have no words to describe how flaky the crust is and the filling was heavenly. Perfection!

They carry a lot of salami, meat, and cheese, as well as pickles, pre-packed hard boiled eggs and bulk nuts. They also have Halo Top and Quest brand frozen pizza and snacks. There is a full salad bar and coffee bar along with produce from the Food Co-Op. City Centre has kitchen and home essentials like laundry detergent and soap as well as lotion and baby wipes. Mr. MVP is happy to have a healthy and convenient option right on the downtown mall and on a busy week it might take the pressure off meal prep every so often.
