Brian was fair with pricing and even shared gallery receipts for some art pieces at the point of sale, which we appreciated. The whole team made the buying process comfortable--no pressure and very well organized. A special thank you to Marissa, who helped tag all our items and made sure everything was ready for pickup when our moving truck arrived (on two separate days!). I didn't know Scott and Amy beforehand, but I was there long enough to get a good idea of how they run things. Amy did the marketing, organizing, and helped customers find things (in a large house). Scott did all the pricing himself, and (in my opinion) offered fast, fair and flexible pricing to everyone in the checkout line. I saw dozens of happy customers, and did not see anyone get upset at the service or pricing. I was one of those satisfied customers, buying a variety of lower-price and higher-priced items. I did not see any cases of "that item is not for sale", or any other indication of "holding the good stuff for themselves". Scott and Amy seemed motivated to sell everything in the house. Perhaps this varies with each estate sale, based on the arrangement with the family.

Luckily I was there the. 2nd day and everything was half off. One of the items I purchased was an incomplete Christmas set which was supposed to be 3 pieces in total. I was told by the staff and presumably Kim herself (or the lady that seemed in charge) that they had the 3rd piece and I could come back the following day to complete the set. On these terms I purchased it and went back the following day. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted at the door as if they were already closed and I said hello I'm here to pick up the Christmas piece. I was then told by The same woman that oh sorry it actually didn't make it, it was broken. So you could imagine my frustration after driving half an hour out of my way, purchasing a set that has no use now, and I wasn't offered a refund :/
