The physical location to my terminal gate was more than perfect! I arrived as my plane was boarding but was starving and had the perfect amount of time to grab a snack to eat on my short flight to Ohio. The reception by the cashier, Olivia, was not at all inviting. She was a woman of few words and the ones she spoke were not very enthusiastic. She seemed like she'd have been happier to be somewhere else that morning. With that being said, she was one of only 2 employees that I could see working. For all intents and purposes, she was quick to ring us up and the pretzels were warm and ready in the case. There were only two people in line ahead of me when I joined the line. One was being cashed out and the other's food was being bagged up at the same time. I will hand it to her.... She did provide quick service and there were no mistakes made in my order! In ATL terminal C by gate 14 @5:30 on 8/4 there was one pretzel in the case. I stopped to ask when more would be ready (my family needed 4) and the stellar lazy employee couldn't get off her phone and Insta long enough to respond. When I asked how long it would take more to be ready she seemed put out and told me it would probably be over 30 minutes....all while testing her face on her wrist and not making the effort to look up. In airport language that means she's too lazy to make more and knows flights are leaving and people typically won't come back. Hopefully a manager sees this and the time stamp and takes care of this employee that is not helping your business or the brand. read more

I'm a big fan of Auntie Anne's. This one just opened last Thursdays inside the Airport. It's located in North Terminal near the We Juice It and Shellis Newsstand before the security screening area. This store is super busy so the pretzels here are actually pretty fresh and slightly cheaper than what you would get at a regular location. Location in ATL by gate C15. Service is awful here. I have been sitting in chairs outside of this location for over an hour. The worker is just sitting behind the desk and telling people she is making more pretzels. For OVER an hour. The entire time, she has been on her phone. There is something addicting about this place and I'm not sure if it's the aroma of fresh soft pretzels, the variety of dipping sauces, or that typically you can get in and out of there in 90 seconds. I've found myself craving the pretzel dogs lately and it's to a point that I don't pass up Auntie Anne's anymore because the effort is futile. This location usually has plenty of items on hand, quick service and great taste. The servers could smile more and be friendlier, but that doesn't detract from the taste of the food. Yum! I have found that people have a love hate relationship with auntie Anne's pretzels. I'm one of the people that happens to love them. This location is in the Atlanta airport right outside of security in the domestic terminal. I make it a point to stop here every time I come through this airport. This time I was picking up my wife and I surprised her with warm pretzels. I took a moment to watch the lady in the back making the pretzels and I noticed how much attention the details she paid to the process. She wasn't cutting corners and she seemed to be really into you making sure your principal came out who really were supposed to. I always order ed cinnamon sugar nuggets and this time I had to wait for them to be made. It only took a few minutes but they were amazing. And make sure you know what you want and don't hear him at home because the lady at the register won't stand for it. The menu is pretty simple. You can get pretzel, nuggets, mini corn dogs, and/or a drink. Normally when I'm there there is a short line that moves pretty quickly thanks to the efficiency of the ladies that are usually working. There are a few tables to sit at but I feel like they're mostly in the way and usually there is plenty seating elsewhere in the airport. I recommend this location. read more

So as I was on my way to my terminal, I ran into Auntie Anne's which is normally a pretty decent snack for a pretzel. Since they did not have the plain whole pretzels- I opted for the pretzel bites with melted cheese dip. Let me first start off by saying every last one of my pretzel bites were extremely OILY. I would squeeze my bites and they were literally dripping with oil. This is a turn off for food as too much oil is known to clog your pores. This was really the only reason I gave this place a bad review. The cheese sauce itself was great and the customer service was even better. The cashier was extremely nice and polite, efficient and helpful. If they can have less oil on there pretzels then i am all in- otherwise it's not worth it to eat here with the amount of oil that is included with the food. read more

kiosk was broken. The guy working the counter ha we asked about pepperoni pretzels he told us 40-45 minutes. our gate was delayed so I came back in 50 minutes he told me they hadnt even started them. He then said to come back in a few minutes so I did 15 minutes later he started to argue with me that they were out of stock and he never said that it was like 6 workers and nobody was doing anything except for 3 of them. Awesome pretzels...when they have them. That's almost never. We have been going past the Terminal C Auntie Anne's twice every three weeks for years. All different times of day and night. They have their traditional salt pretzels or salt pretzel bites available about 1 in 10 times. We always check and frequently ask why and never gat an answer. If you own or manage the Terminal C location, you are losing a lot of business. read more

I had a good experience at this location! We were able to order from a kiosk, which limited contact and spread of germs with the staff, and our takeaway order of pretzel bites was prepared and handed out within 3 minutes. To further prevent spread of germs at an airport, a clear barrier was posted on the order station, and orders were placed in the table for customers to grab. Paper cups and biodegradable straws were used as packaging, and the only item that was plastic was our drink cup. Overall, the ambiance was calm in the midst of the rush of the airport crowd, customer service was great, the pretzel bites were hot and delicious, and this was a good choice to stop by before our flight. read more

Starving after my flight, knowing my next meal was hours away, and because I was in a rush to get my rental car and pick up other family members flying in, I opted to grab a quick bite from Auntie Anne's. As I walked up, there were another 3-4 customers in line with one employee at the register. At that point, a second employee opened up his register and helped move the line along. When I reached the counter, I was greeted with a polite and friendly attitude. Just as I was about to place my order, the first employee grabbed my guy by the arm because she was having a little trouble with her customer's order or the register. She looked over at me and sincerely apologized for that so I really didn't mind. After all, things happen. My order was just a pretzel dog and a soda, and they served their purpose. The dog was nice and warm and tasted fresh. The soda was a nice size. Pricing for both was fair (for airport dining). I swung by here before going through security, and it was great! I wanted a raisin one but they don't have those here apparently, so I got an almond one instead. To my delight, the pretzel was still warm, and so it was soft and chewy. Really delicious! The almonds were a tad sweet though to my liking.
