Located in the Basswood shopping area and sort of behind most of the major retail stores like Starbucks and Chipotle, Auntie Anne's has seating available with a few tables for your pretzel jones. There is also drivethru service available as well. Good customer, and an even better product that is reasonably priced. So glad that Auntie Anne's is here in Fort Worth, and not in a mall food court. read more

The workers were friendly enough. They did give us a rock hard pretzel while we waited for our other pretzel to be baked since they ran out. It's bizarre that they gave it to us in the first place considering how hard it was. But when we told them they replaced it with the fresh ones. It would have been nice to know that they were putting the pretzels IN the oven. When we ordered they said fresh pretzels were just coming OUT of the oven. Thank goodness we weren't in a time crunch considering it took 15-20 minutes to get our pretzels. They did offer us a free lemonade for the wait. Which was nice, but again, knowing before hand would have been nicer. All in all, not quite sure we would return. Seems like $30 something dollars for a long wait, 3 pretzels and 2 drinks is outrageous. Would rather have a while meal than a snack for that price. read more

Today, 3/21/25 my wife and I just went to Auntie Anne's which has been one of our favorite places to grab a quick snack and enjoy a pretzel. However, I ordered a Original Pretzel Dog which was made to order so that's good but when i finally got to eating it at home the dough was still raw all on the inside and the hot dog was actually cold as well. My wife ordered the original pretzel and you could also tell it had been sitting for a while as it was stale and hard. Very disappointed but maybe the next time we go it will be better. read more

Absolute worst service possible honestly. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive through only to be given the wrong order TWICE. then another worker came to apologize on behalf of the worker who had no clue how to do her job and said that there's training going on. I would give them 0 stars if I could. But the food wasn't the problem, it was everything else. The employees seemed like they were all in training and no one had any sense of urgency or costumer service skills. I waited close to 45 minutes for a smoothie and lemonade with two pretzels. It wasn't rush hour, and they weren't busy. 5 employees on the clock and no one cared to update me or any other costumers in the lobby what was going on with our food. THE DRIVE THRU IS SOOOOO SLOW! After waiting 45 mins for a smoothie last time I was here, I came inside to order this time. I come in and I am the only person in the lobby. I waited and waited while the staff members ignored the fact I was here. After a few mins more people came into order, they were also ignored. After 5-6 mins a girl approaches me and asked if I had almond something, and I informed her no that I have still not even ordered. She walks off without saying anything (this girl appears to be the manger given she is not in the same uniform as the others, which makes her behavior even worse), tells another girl the same girl has walked past me at least 5 times since I walked in, and she eventually takes my order. In the meantime the drive thru is wrapped around the building. The staff are just standing in the back talking & laughing, so I guess I have the answer as to why the drive thru is so slow... I do have to mention of the 6-7 staff, the one male was the only one that appeared to be working. I honestly felt bad for him! He was back there making pretzels all by himself, while the girls stood around talking. Did I mention when I checked out it asked that I tip, which I think would be fine had they not acted like myself and the other customers did not exist! I love Jamba and was so excited when this one opened, but after trying it 4 times I will not be back! Every time the wait is ridiculous, yet I can go to the Jamba on Heritage Trace and be through the drive thru in 5 mins! If I go in it is just as fast. Which tells me it is a staffing issue at this location! Saying something as little as "I'll be right with you" goes a long way with customer service! Stopped in for a smoothie and pretzel bites. I know they are still training but the pretzel bites are completely burned. I kept tossing some out until I found myself at the bottom of the cup... fully burned batch. Next time please toss these and don't sell me them. $15 order for a smoothie and burned pretzels isn't great! Smoothie was yum! Will be back but hoping the pretzels are fixed. read more

I don't understand why this place has a menu. They just give you whatever they want to. I have tried several times and they just tell me we don't have those (place whatever item here) ready but we can give you a pretzel. I have given up trying to order anything from this place. No wonder this place has 1.9 average when I'm writing this Sat at the drive thru window while they have 0 other customers for 2 pretzels. Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes while 3 employees and who I found out was the owner ignored me even though making eye contact with me numerous times all of them I proceeded to park and go inside The little girl at the counter had 0 remorse for their actions and stated the food wasn't even ready yet no one said I'd have a long wait Oh and this whole time a male employee was playing with his beard! I leave because whoever this remorseless little girl lied to me stating the owner left which was false as I called the store after going to the back where she said she left from and both cars that were there when I entered the drive thru we're still there! Service takes absolutely forever (over 30 minutes in the drive thru with no line and about 15 in store with no one) and they never have pretzels despite being a popular pretzel business???? Hours on the internet never match their actual open business hours. Syrup is never mixed in the drink and staff is usually very unfriendly not sure how they keep up business..... read more

We have gone in 2x now and both were a horrible experience. Ordered pretzels and they said it would be 30 minutes, then they were burned, and it took 10 minutes of standard ng there for anyone to acknowledge us. Second time (today) went in for some pretzels and a smoothie. Pretzels came out and it took another 20 minutes to get the smoothie, keep in mind, we were the ONLY people in there, even drive thru was empty. There were 6 people in the back not even offering to help. They need some major help or they won't be around for long. We won't go back. read more

The wait time is longer then it should be, I been here nearly 30 mins and still haven't got my full order yet.

The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 and not a 4 is because of the long wait time (approximately 30 minutes). However, given the fact that this place opened up three weeks ago and the staff don't seem to been given the necessary tools to be successful, I think it's fair to give them credit for trying. We (my husband and I) were serviced by a gentleman with a tattoo on his arm (I wish I would've gotten his name) and he explained to us that they had run out of everything besides the original pretzels but if we wanted any of the smoothies he would get those out quick for us. We still asked for cinnamon nuggets and he reiterated that it would be 30 minutes and apologized for the wait. When the card reader didn't work due to faulty internet issues, he apologized again. My husband and I left to go get coffee and came back and they had our orders ready and even gave us an extra pretzel! They were very nice and apologetic. Please treat employees with kindness! They are also humans and are trying their best with what they had. read more
