Every time we stop into this location, the staff is friendly, the food tastes fresh, and the cleanliness makes me happy. They actually wipe their tables off, from what I've witnessed on the few times we've been in there. The only food I do not recommend at any location is the chicken cheesesteak. I would like to start with Jersey Mike's as it relates to sandwiches. When I have dined in and did a take-home, I have not been disappointed. Unfortunately, I must say that I was truly disappointed with my catering order. Since I have been a Jerry Mikes fan, I have ordered the Sub by the box each year for the past 3 years. Normally, I pick it up, but this time I decided to have it ordered since I wanted it delivered at a certain time. I placed my order for delivery and then realized the delivery time was set at MST, not CST. I called Jersey Mike's immediately and informed them of my error, and they said no problem, it would be corrected. Okay, delivery day comes, and no food. I figured they may be running a little late, but now an hour has gone by and still no food. I called Jersey Mike's, and they informed me that the food is ready, but it is DoorDash's fault for not picking it up. Okay, I was not informed that I was supposed to contact DoorDash, especially since I had no number to call or way of contacting them. I had to conduct research and finally contacted DoorDash, and they stated it was Jersey Mike's fault. Each company points to the next company. DoorDash canceled the delivery since I'm unable to do it myself, according to Jersey Mike's. Either way, I paid for delivery, but I did not receive a refund and had to pick up the food myself two hours later. So I have learned not to place a delivery again or order from this location. read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub, without having to drive to Arlington ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/dinos-subs-arlington-2 ). I usually get any sandwich with cappacuolo and provolone. That combination, "Mike's Way" with CPR (chili pepper relish) perfectly hits my sub sandwich sweet spot. The number 2 (Provolone, ham and cappacuolo), is my go to. I've also had the hot roast beef (with CPR and provolone of course). I liked it, but not as much as the cold sub. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or all of the Mike's now, but Happy Hour (free chips and drink during the after lunch hours) was not an option. In fact it seemed like the guy behind the counter never even heard of it. I'm docking a star for that... Just because I still don't know the answer. Regardless, Jersey Mike's puts out a good product, including hot (steak, chicken, pastrami, meatball) and cold subs. read more

Excellent Jersey Mike's experience! The food is always freshly prepared and I personally think that this particular location gets it done faster than any of the other local JM's. I tend to have large-ish orders (6+) and everyone wants their own individual custom item - we've never had an incorrect order. Ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich and they completely forgot my lettuce and tomato....drove all the way home before I was able to find that out so there was no way I was going to drive all the way across town just to get my veggies. 2 stars.... Because the people were nice. I'm not gonna blow this out of proportion but I order a Giant Club Sub. I drove 20 min to get it then another 20min back to work and took a bite and realized it didn't taste right. Sure enough not a slice of bacon was on my sandwich... they even asked if i was ok with bacon and tomato and I said yes. Now... I know they make it in front of you but I was picking out my chips and looked at my phone for a second and when I looked up the sandwich was already made and i didn't question it because it tells you what goes on the sandwich on the menu behind them.. All I ask is that I get another done right for free and then I will return a 5 star review and keep coming back. I like jersey mikes but not happy I spent $27 and didn't get what I ordered, I ended up just giving it to a coworker and now I have to spend more money to get something brought to me. While on a trip to Corpus Christi TX my hubs and I discovered Jersey Mike's, and we are hooked! The quality is so good as well as the consistency from location to location. My husband usually gets a Turkey and Provolone sub, and I get the Club. Now my brother is visiting and he gets the Supreme Club and it hits the spot. We all love the subs that we first tried so much that we haven't even switched it up yet. You guys have great bread too. Also, these are BIG subs, sometimes I eat half now, then the other half as soon as I can! LOL. read more

The other night I went to jersey mikes and had a very unpleasant experience. I walked in with high hopes because I am a repeat customer and usually have no problems. It seems that there was a newer employee working which I am understanding but this young girl was so unprofessional and had the nastiest look on her face. She clearly did not want to be there. Which already makes me feel unwelcome. Then when it was my turn to order she said "it's my time to shine" followed by "WHAT DO YOU WANT". So I told her my order and it felt like it was an inconvenience. The other girl working with piercings in her face also had a bad attitude. The crew members there are just rude. I don't know why I can't replicate their simple cheese on white bread with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, salt, oregano, mayo, & "sauce" at home - but I've tried & it is just never as good. So consistent & so delicious. It must be the "sauce"! Love this sub when I have a craving for a visit to our favorite neighborhood Greek sub shop back in Connecticut (Gus's!). I went to this location and ordered a Philly Sub. I waited more than 30 minutes for my order. My friend that went with me had already finished his meal and I still had not received my order. I asked about my order and the staff acted like I was bothering them and then finally started working on my Sub. When I finally got my order, it was the wrong bread. I took it anyway because we had to leave. The Philly Sub was so soggy and greasy that the bread fell apart. I do NOT recommend this place. read more
