The rice was severely undercooked, and although the menu advertised tiger shrimp, the shrimp served were much smaller than the tiger shrimp I've had at other restaurants. The portion and quality simply didn't justify the price. The service was even more disappointing. We were a party of 17, and it felt like our table was an inconvenience. I personally asked for water three separate times and still never received it. No one at the table had their glasses refilled. There was little to no initiative to check on our table, refill drinks, or make sure we had what we needed. Instead, it felt like our server was rushing us through the meal. I understand that serving a large party can be challenging, but if one server wasn't comfortable handling a group of this size, they should have asked for assistance from other staff. Large parties deserve attentive service just like any other table. Overall, the combination of overpriced, underwhelming food and poor service made for a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant based on this visit.

There are a couple ways to get them, they have the Regular Soft Pretzel, Pretzel Sticks, Pretzel Twists, Pretzel Rolls, Slider Pretzel Rolls, Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Twists and Specialty Orders just to name a few. They do have a web site with all the ways they make Pretzels. If you want to get some, I would call them first to make sure they are open. The pretzels from the oven come out right there in the gift shop on the conveyor belt. They even gave us a fresh pretzel off the line. So delicious! I bought about $20.00 worth of pretzels for family and friends back home in AZ/CA. The 2 ladies in the shop were very kind and helpful. They even gave us the tip to look in the 3 back windows of the building on the way out. We did, and we saw about 10 people hand rolling pretzels. YES....they hand roll each (big) pretzel.
