The ice cream was not displayed in the front of the store as one would imagine and there was nothing inspiring about the menu. I had seen on their Facebook page that they had shakes, but nothing in the store showcased their specialties. The whipped cream was from a can and excess storage of it was in the front as were other supplies. The shop was eerily quiet with no ambiance or noise. It was also odd that an ice cream shop had so many breakfast options and other odd selections that didn't seem to fit the shop. I wanted to love it, but I was left disappointed and hopeful for more.

He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service. Again, my wife placed her order and waited 15 minutes before asking when would they start on her order. We're never returning to this bakery again.
