Freshly baked almond pretzel. Smile on my face! Good service. Casual. Please come and create your own experience.

This location of auntie Annie's is located at Ala Moana shopping center so of course there's virtually unlimited free parking. I came today because of a free pretzel offer from T-Mobile tuesday. Wow, it's normally five bucks for a pretzel? I was surprised. It was delish! Soft and chewy and a little salty but not too salty. The soft spoken cashier took care of me quickly and I tipped a dollar and he was handing the dollar back to me. Very nice guy. I would definitely come back.

Auntie Anne's in the Ala Moana Center Makai Food Court is a decent fast food option. Warm, buttery pretzels...a good option to a sandwich or burger. Got the original on my initial visit. Think it was in the warmer, so it was okay. Plain but fine...sometimes less is more, as the adage goes..but they do offer dipping sauces. Second time, I tried the jalapeno pretzel. It took about the 6 minutes I was told it would take and it was toasty warm and spicy. Employee forgot my dipping sauce but it was not needed...no big deal. Options are limited as a vegetarian but it is a good change-of-pace snack/meal.

Thanks to TMobile Tuesday and Auntie Anne's for the free pretzel! T-Mobile customers get freebies on Tuesdays. Sometimes, the perks are like Yelp Elite Experiences where perks can be redeemed within the week. Auntie Anne's was one of those week-long perks! I downloaded the Auntie Anne's app and made an account. I ordered online and picked up at the Ala Moana location which is on the Ground Level at the Makai Food Court. We had a choice of an Original or Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. The fine line is that it's a Buy One, Get One Free deal. I chose two Original pretzels. The pretzel was warm and soft with a touch of butter and some salt crystals. The salt was spaced far enough apart so that it had just the right amount of flavor! This was a pretty good deal! The free parking at Ala Moana is much appreciated! Note: I get a free pretzel on my next visit because I ordered online! I'll be back soon!

Many time I purchased a pretzel from Auntie Anne's @ Ala Moana but I guess I haven't post any reviews. There pretzel is different from the other guys it's more buttery and softer. They also sell small little smokies in mini pretzel and mini pretzel as well. They also have different dipping sauces as well. Personally I like my plain just butter and salt The original pretzel . If I was basing this review strictly on the food alone I would give it 5 stars. Their pretzels are so good. It's a little chewy on the inside with a slight crunch on the bottom. Their mini pretzel dogs are also fantastic. The slight saltiness from the mini dogs compliments the pretzels. After working at a bakery for three years during my college days, I hate bread. However, I find myself always craving this place. The regular lemonade infused with strawberry syrup wasn't that great. I would pass on that. However, the frozen lemonade with strawberry syrup is where it's at. Do yourself a favor and get the frozen version. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The last two times was not good. The first time I went with a coupon on my phone and the guy didn't know how to ring it up. He had to call his manager who was on break. The frozen lemonade machine was down, so I had to get the regular version. He couldn't find the Auntie Anne's cups, so he just put my drink in a standard cup. A few days later I was happy to see the frozen lemonade machine going again. This time I ordered the mini pretzel dogs with the frozen lemonade with strawberry syrup. However, the cashier told me the frozen lemonade machine was stuck and had to refund me for the lemonade. The other girl comes from the back, does something to the machine and it's working again. I'm just happy that I got my frozen lemonade.

No cheese just marinara for my pig in a blanket :(

I'm very disappointed and sad there was no cheese, and that you gave me honey mustard and marinara sauce. Also your service was slow due to customers, but I love the food like the pig in a blanket or mini pretzels! But to sum it all up I'd give your guys food place a 10/10 minus the no cheese :( so I hope this helps and please stalk up your food place with the varieties of sauces for customers. Love y'all keep up the good work

    Sour Cream & Onion Pretzel ($4.08 w/tax).

Pretzels in da 808...... I first heard of this business called - Auntie Anne's when I saw it at the Las Vegas McCarren Airport. Honestly, I didn't even know we had Auntie Anne's here until I saw it one day at the food court inside of the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Since I was walking around the food court looking for something to eat, I guess I was kinda wishy-washy and couldn't decide on what I really wanted to eat, so I decided to pick up a pretzel from Auntie Anne's to tie me over until I could find something that would satisfy my appetite. The menu is pretty simple as they offer varuous types of pretzels (regular size & bite size), & they even offer pretzel dogs. Now if you're not into just a plain pretzel, the do offer various flavored pretzels like - Cinnamon Sugar, Sweet Almond, Raisin, Jalapeno, Sour Cream & Onion, and Roasted Garlic & Parmesan. There are also some dipping sauces that you can buy to go with your pretzels like - Cheese, Caramel, Marinara, Sweet Glaze, Hot Salsa Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Strawberry Cream Cheese. On my visit to Auntie Anne's, I decided to get a Sour Cream & Onion Pretzels. For ($4.07 - tax included) for this pretzel, I think I could have made a better choice for a quick snack, as this pretzel was overly salty and not satisfying at all. Lol! My Sour Cream & Onion Pretzel was just a regular pretzel just buttered and dipped in a sour cream powder, and upon eating it, I felt it was overly salty, as I had to flick off most of the powered on my pretzel to consume it. Aiyah!!! Well, I guess should have known better about this place, as my experience in Las Vegas wasn't the best either. To each it's own..............some folks are big fans of this pretzel, I guess I am not! Now where can someone lead me to a custard tart???? Buwahahahahahaha!!!

Was minding my own business studying the handbook for driving when my beloved flabby bandit came home with something. A bag of goodies! Me so excited, & dig in what's inside. Pretzel Dog, it's just a hotdog/sausage that is wrapped on a chewy pretzel dough sprinkled with coarse salt. Tbh, it taste boring on the first bite but you'll get used to it eventually & will learn to appreciate the taste later on. Not bad for munchin' while you are studying or working. This is the type of goodie that is perfectly paired with espresso or an afternoon tea time. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets is so good! I totally love everything about it! But I guess it would be great if you eat them while it still hot. It came with a sweet glaze dipping sauce. It adds more texture is on point! Every bite is so yummy. Indeed the dipping makes every pretzels taste better! My tummy & my mood is the happiest. For sure I'll come here myself to check out other goodies on their menu. Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yelpers!

I really should shop without my contacts but then again the smell would absolutely draw me in lol! Above are two huge screens that are overloading my sensors just contemplating and I just didn't know what I wanted. Looked down..."oh can I have that!" Mini pretzel dogs in a cup =D oh joy!! Sitting in a warm display case it made my decision super easy...I opted not to have a dipping sauce and it was yummy just as is. It satisfied my bit of hangry moment after work to hold me over until dinner, perfect not so little bites was more than enough and saved some to snack on later thank you! ;)

What do you get when you cross a pretzel and a hot dog? A pretzel dog from Auntie Anne's, and a tasty morsel at that! Rizel and staff here at Ala Moana food court location were so kind in helping me with the Auntie Anne's app. The app wouldn't allow me to complete my order (user error?) Such great service makes me want to return when my next snack craving hits.

We luckily found parking along kapahulu so tried 2 new places: Aburiya Ibushi (9:30pm) and Cha To Gelato Zen (10:30pm). As we walked back to our car, we walked past Zen and noticed it was packed. And it was a Tuesday night! Great that there was a menu on the door so we could see what the excitement was all about. Appeared to be fancy matcha drinks and desserts with a gelato bar. Decided since we had free parking and the line didn't seem too long, grabbing a gelato to take home shouldn't take long. There was only 1 person working to serve the entire restaurant! She had to make every fancy dessert! Omg. But as I watched her, I realized that she was so sweet to everyone and worked very efficiently. We actually did not wait long at all, as there were only 3 orders ahead of us. When it was our turn, she let us sample the gelato flavors. We ended up buying twice as many scoops because they were all so delicious! Not cheap but tasty! We got the azuki (creamy because it's mixed with marscopone), black sesame, miso (taste kinda like caramel), and seasonal watermelon (only for August). The matcha chocolate was very unique. Wasn't a huge fan of the whipped cream but the mango was pretty sweet. The mochi had a nice chewy and soft texture to it. Sadly, wasn't a fan of the regular red bean or ube mochi but did enjoy the texture. Went back a few days later at 10 and saw a full fridge of the mango mochi w/ lima bean. This is likely the only thing I'd go back for which was pretty good. A full 1/2 of a mango sits inside a bit of white bean paste wrapped in a soft and chewy mochi. Only thing that would've made this even better is if the mango we had would've been sweeter. Decent mango taste but understand there's no way to guarantee whether a mango is sweet or not. Still prefer the unique mochi flavors at Nishodo but quite enjoyed the texture or the mochi her at Kansai. Did notice the mochi here still has a good texture even the next day.
