Warm day today so needed this to cool down. Restaurant was a bit hard to find but glad we got there. Go to the lower level food court. Then find Auntie Anne's pretzel, find the entry exit doors to the left. Jejubing is right outside those doors on the left. Decent selection of bingsu deserts and drinks. We ordered two small bowls via the kiosk. One mango and one strawberry. Good size bowl prob more than many folks can eat. They have a large good for sharing desserts came with extra cups of condensed milk. Fruit topping and sauce were overflowing the bowls. And topped with whipped cream. Mango was sweet, ripe and soft. Strawberries were fresh but tart. The shaved ice was velvety and mildly creamy so use the extra condensed milk to cater the ice to your preference. The service was great. We asked to have the table wiped down as it was sticky. She quickly came over to wipe it down. Pleasantly gave us two glasses of water when asked. All in all a relaxing and tasty experience

Jejubing Dessert Cafe has been making bingsu desserts for a few years now, conveniently located in Ala Moana Shopping Center near Sees Candies. Their simple milk based fine snow tastes great. I felt like my bingsu didn't have as much fruits as usual which was why I rated my experience lower. Still the same as before, love their simple bingsus!

Strawberry bingsu! Yum! Fluffy shaved milk with sliced strawberries, condensed milk and whipped cream! Not overly sweet but something nice hot day. My first time i tried it here and I will def go back again. I've tried similar things at other places and found it more bland, but over here, it was a bit sweeter. A large size sets you back $14.95, but a nice alternative for acai, shave ice or ice cream on a hot day...

A great space for a sweet treat, always a hit! My favorite will always be strawberry or mango. The only downside is that the tables aren't always clean :/

A nice korean dessert cafe inspired by Jeju (an island off the coast of South Korea). It is a bit difficult to know it's inspired by it as only if you've been there before you'll notice the typical Jeju statues you see at the entrance. The food came out really quickly and it was tasty. I wouldn't say it was my favorite bingsu place to get so I would rate it a 4/5. The server was really good though as making sure the place was clean. He didn't just stand still and would continuously make sure the place is clean

Our go to is the mango shaved ice. Doesn't have the option to add ice cream but it is still tasty. Ice is finely shaved and fresh fruit is good. They only accepted cash when we went so we had to hunt down an atm machine, luckily there is one next to the baskin Robbin's

I love a good shave ice spot--especially one that doesn't hold back on toppings--and Jejubing definitely delivers! Not only do they serve up delicious shave ice, but their drinks and toast options are just as tempting. When it comes to dessert, I don't mess around--I like to try everything. We went with the mango bingsu (a classic favorite) but of course, I couldn't stop there. I also had to try the drinks and the toast, because... balance. Everything was sweet, satisfying, and probably enough sugar to power a small village, but no regrets. Portion-wise, it's solid--definitely worth it if you're sharing or, like me, pretending to share. Highly recommend if you love dessert, love options, or just need an excuse to eat ice and bread together and call it a meal.

I love Jejubing for their bingsu but this night, I wasn't hungry enough for an entire bingsu. I ended up getting a mango refresher instead. Nothing was super special about it and pretty sure it was just artificially flavored syrup with sparkling water. But it was a good sweet treat to end the night.

I love the bingsu here!! This has been my go to desert place in Ala Moana for the past two years. I recommend either the strawberry or the mango bingsu. It comes with a complimentary condensed milk to drizzle on top. The fruits on the bingsu tastes pretty fresh. However, the wait time does take a while. When I went it took approximately 20 minutes for the regular size mango bingsu.

Selected the Mango desert and a Strawberry Smoothie. Smoothie was good and refreshing, but could have been a bit more sweeter. The Mango desert was good.

Wish I could order one of everything on the menu at Jejubing! Here's a great place to stop for a refreshing and satisfying dessert. It's located on the makai side of Ala Moana Center, near See's Candy and the Makai Marketplace food court. So far, I've tried the mango, strawberry, mixed berry, tiramisu, and injeolmi bingsu. Working my way through the entire menu lol! Tables are readily available in the two-tiered seating area. Signs advise that seating is limited to one-hour. You'll likely devour your bingsu within the time limit lol.

Ala Moana Center is a tourist trap - a necessary evil for Hawai'i - but there are plentiful eateries to satisfy any patron. While I am waiting for my car to get fixed ( Goya's Garage ) I need to both get out of the heat-n-humidity and kill some time. Jejubing Dessert Cafe is on the Makai side of AMC, next to the Cat Cafe Moff. Mostly empty, the interior is not cluttered and ( thankfully ) nicely air-conditioned. There is a second level...making for a spacious interior. The K-pop...loud and super annoying. I requested the Watermelon Bingsu which was very refreshing. Fresh, diced watermelon on a pillowy bed of shaved ice, garnished with sliced almonds and topped with whipped cream. A side bowl of condensed mik is included. It was not coyingly sweet - as most Asian desserts tend to steer consumers away from diabetes. Parking...it's AMC...good luck. But stalls are plentiful.

There's a reason why this place is always packed, their bingsu is the perfect dessert on a hot day or after a meal! There is a good variety of flavor options and there are also other things on the item if you're not feeling bingsu! We got the mango bingsu and it was delicious! There's not too much I can say about flavors since it is shave ice after all but it's definitely sweet but not in an overbearing way. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get our two bingsus. There is a good amount of seating but it does get pretty crowded during their rush hours. You might have to wait a little to get a table if you do come during those times but I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes for one. The ambiance is nice and relaxed, just like how a dessert shop should be. Jejubing has always been a dessert spot that I frequent and will continue to be!

    Are gift cards available?

Thank you for your interest in our gift cards. We do have them. We paused selling them until we get it working with our new POS system in the store. Maybe in a week it will be available again. Mahalo

What's the easiest way to find them at the mall? ground floor yea?

On the same level of the food court by the centerstage of the Mall, facing the Ala Moana Beach, turn left, between See's Candies and Goma Tei.

Can you do take out orders like a shake? Or is it only dine in? Does everyone in the party/group have to order/eat to be seated? I'm diabetic but my kids want to eat there.

You can order take out, the line for it is normally faster too. There is an employee at the door who takes names down for the dine in and take out lines and you'll be called in to either order or be seated. The takeout orders of jejubing will come… Read more

Do they have a rewards program of some sort?

    No. But very generous price.

So I looked on Yelp and was able to find this location of Uluani's which, while close to Waikiki, is not in the chaos of Waikiki. In any case, for my shave ice on this day I went with an ulu and chose lilikoi and coconut as my two flavors. My father also went with an ulu and chose grape, lime, and coconut as his flavors. The ice here was shaved super thin and, as usual, I loved the flavors. The coconut at Uluani's is creamy with a nice coconut flavor while the lilikoi is both sharp and sweet, which makes for a great combo. My father also enjoyed his combination, which included flavors I had never tried from Uluani's before. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. As I have stated in other reviews before, I consider Uluani's to be the standard for shave ice and this visit only reinforced that.

Oh well Anyway the flavors were more sugary then expected but I figured they are making it to the taste of the younger generation then the older generation.
