7/16/2025 Date of experience. Have not eaten at a Johnny Rockets in what seems like forever. Last night we decided to give the one inside Silverton Casino in Las Vegas a try. First of all there were 3 of the hardest working restaurant service personnel - you just don't see that kind of dedication much anymore. And the food was outstanding. Seriously. A perfectly cooked hamburger, on a fresh brioche bun. Seasoned with Mayo/Mustard/Pickles/shredded lettuce. The french fries were equally terrific! Hot, not oily. Overall, ALL thumbs up. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. The server let a lady blantly cut in front of me and took her order while I was patiently waiting. Every seat and table were not bussed. Their kitchen looked filthy. The only reason we came because we were there for an event and starving. One chicken sandwich was more than $15 without any sides. Johnny Rockets made some changes to their decor about a couple of months ago and it looks great. We still consistently get delicious burgers here and the customer service is amazing. When we go, usually only on weekdays, it's one of two guys working as server and they are both attentive and friendly. I went with the Smoke House Burger which has cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings and their BBQ Ranch. I got a Chocolate Malt and it's yummy, thick; a generous portion. I always get their Tater Tots which are delicious. Definitely a favorite place for burgers and shakes! read more

Did a call in order while I was driving through Vegas; it's super easy to pull in here walk in and get the order. It's actually quicker than sitting in the drive thru at In and out. I ordered the Smoke house double, some tater tots and a chocolate shake. Food was cooked perfectly and gave entire brow sandwich bag full of tater tots. read more

We stopped by Silverton Casino to visit the Christmas pop up bar, but knew we needed to eat first. We popped into the Johnny Rockets in the middle of the casino and there were plenty seats available so we took two at the bar. We were greeted right away and service was excellent. Our server checked in often, went above and beyond to bring items we might need, and was very kind. The burger we split and the Shirley temple were delish! read more

First off shout out to Isaia who was our super cool server. We got into Vegas a little late and after getting checked in decided to walk over to the Silverton Casino and see what we could eat. Johnny Rockets was the first place we saw, so that's where we ate. The ambiance is that of a 1950's diner. Quite nostalgic. We were the only one there so we had our servers undivided attention. Had a coupon so headed over to Silverton for late lunch. Server told us to pick a table and handed us menus. Finally decided what we were having. Route 66 burger, Rocket Single, onion rings and shake. Everything was 10+! Burgers were hot, fresh cooked perfectly! Onion rings are made with Sourdough crumbs so extra crispy! Shake thick and delicious! Service was amazing! It is open to casino so lots of people watching, but lots of tables to choose from. read more

I wanted a gluten free snack. Sat at the counter and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was able to answer my questions about my burger. I got the udis bun. Then considered the fries. I knew it would be too much for me to eat but was glad to hear they are fried separately. My bacon cheddar burger was warm and delicious. It's a good option for me. read more

Conveniently located in the Silverton Hotel and Casino. Excellent fast food choice when in a hurry. The restaurant was clean. Service was fast. I chose the single Route 66 burger and cheese fries. I had the Route 66 as a double, she had the Original as a single. Chocolate/strawberry shake and onion rings. Sorry no pictures, by the time I realized how fabulous the burger was it was halfway gone and my fingers were a greasy mess. Possibly the freshest, hottest hamburger I've ever had - probably getting a single next time, the double was huge and amazing. Chocolate/strawberry shake was good, but the chocolate was a little overwhelming as an aftertaste - not BAD, just very chocolate. OMG the food is sooooo delicious!! Chili cheese fries are out of this world. I've dined here on multiple occasions and the chili is always so so good!! Their burgers are super flavorful and fresh. The Shroom Burger is my usual order ("add extra cheese and bacon!"). My friend got the Rocket Double and he was in heaven. Johnny Rockets, back to the 1950's we go. Did you know that the Johnny Rockets inside Silverton Casino is one of two locations that are outside of the Las Vegas Strip (the other being Aliante Casino)? Yep, that's a fact that I just learned recently. The last time I visited a Johnny Rockets was maybe...nine years ago inside Fashion Show Mall, though I don't really remember what I had since it was so long ago. Compared to Steak n' Shake, another 1950's-style diner, Johnny Rockets is much smaller and way less busy. They were super easy to find, too. Enter the Silverton through the parking garage and it's right there in front of you next to the sports book. Rather than dining in, we decided to take our food back with us. And yes, we just had to have their milkshakes. I ordered their Oreo cookies and cream milkshake and my boyfriend had their strawberry banana milkshake. We were provided lids for our milkshakes as soon as we got the rest of our order. While they were delicious, they were a little too thick to drink through a straw so we just ate them with a spoon. For food, we both ordered burgers. I had their Route 66 burger with fries and my boyfriend had their Double Smokehouse burger with tater tots. The Route 66 burger contained mushrooms and lots and lots of cheese. The more I consumed it, the more cheese that came out from the inside. The Double Steakhouse burger contained large amounts of bacon, though my boyfriend complained that they added in a little too much salt, which made him really bloated and ended up with a headache later that night. It was a little expensive but still I think the food was pretty good. You definitely get what you pay for. read more

WE LOVE ANGEL!!!!! Being in the service industry myself, I appreciate not only good service and good food but also witnessing the little details that only a fellow service worker would. Chili is greatest! No rice, tho. But the chili tots are excellent! The hotdogs are so juicy and tasty. With chili is the best! Onion rings are the battered type, not the panko style. Best eaten hot. Does not reheat well, unless air fryer. Located in the Silverton Casino. There is lots of dining room seating. The ambiance is nostalgic; soda fountain style with counter seating and patent leather chairs the have zero padding. You can opt to order at the counter for dine in or takeout, or have table service. Staff is minimal, so if it's busy, it may be a while for your food. Luckily we went when it was slow. However, there were several tables that weren't bussed for over an hour. Curious and sad. Staff didn't seem to be fazed by it in the least. Centrally located in the casino, and the "corner store", so it's the first food joint highly visible upon entering the casino and just a few steps from slot machines. Pop in for a quick bite before heading back to dump more money into the "one arm bandits"! (Yes, they are truly bandits! Down with the chickens! Amazing place ! I had not been into this johnny rockets in about 17 years. Today I wanted to take my husband there who had never been to a johnny rockets. Food outstanding ! 2 man show. The manager and i believe Gustavo the cook. Manager who took our order didn't write anything down and order came out all correct. Place is a la carte. So to save money, mu husband and and I each had a single patty burger and split an order of fries and a milkshake. Johnny Rockets on Blue Diamond was a fun place to take our grandkids yesterday. It's a great place to grab a quick burger and fries. Bacon Cheddar, smoke house, spicy Houston and the Route 66 were all delicious burgers! Kids loved the grilled cheese sandwich, rocket dog and their chicken strips. So, I ate here a couple times over the last couple days. I was very impressed by the diligent, hard working staff. Today in particular, I could see they were understaffed, yet persevered and provided good customer service and a good product. Food was good. This is hands down the best location I have ever dined at. The Reno location at GSR leaves much to be desired, and the Strip location at Excalibur is horrendous. Very nice Johnny Rockets location located in the Silverton Casino. Haven't been to JR since I was a kid but man this brought back memories. Service was top tier. Everyone was so polite and nice. Refills on par. Someone checking up on you. It felt good to see the staff actually care. Tables were clean food was delicious what more can I ask for. Ranch was great onion rings a hit with the kids. We hada great experience at Johnny Rockets at the Silverton Casion. The burger and fries that my wife and I shared were very good, but the best part of our visit was the service provided by Angel. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. He offered extra barbecue sauce for our burger and provided an extra plate for our fries with a little smiley face made with ketchup. Wow didn't expect much from here since it's been a long time since I ate at Johnny rockets. Man was I surprised. I had a original burger and a side of onion rings. Bothe were great for a burger restaurant. The burger was juice and moist and so flavorful (had a bit of sweetness to it just can't place the flavor) so good The rings were also better then other rings I have had not dried out or super slimy on the inside and the batter was done good. Not bursting with flavor but still tasted like a onion rings should. As I took my order to go I really can't comment on the service. But from my point of view we're it was applicable to me it was great. The person whom took my order was super friendly and pleasant, made me feel very comfortable. The only downside is the budget although very good was also very messy. Due to the restaurant being in the casino, it has the tendency to be on the noisy side. Located in the Silverton Hotel, adjacent to the cozy Sportsbook, is this quality diner style eatery. I ordered the "Original" which was tasty with lettuce, tomato, onions and Mayo, on a brioche bun. The Cheese Chili Fries were good and a large portion that could make it a meal in itself! The waitstaff wear 50's style soda jerk uniforms and Jay, my waiter provided attentive, professional service. Gather round as we move through a time that seems it stood still. When one sets foot into the lobby the bright lights bathe an individual with renewed life. The tranquility of this place allows our mind to wander and explore. Explore how? Many of us can remember the shared joy with some family outing What's good here? It's the simplest of menus, too! We're gonna cheese it up, then add some more cheese with bacon. The cheddar and bacon fries are an incredible favorite that must not be overlooked. All that cheddar cheese pulls as you taste that French fry. The grease rolls down the fork, pieces of bacon fall all over as you long to pull that next fry into your mouth. Savor the moment that the juices of salt dance across your tongue. Your senses do kart wheels as they process the input being jammed in. Everything is better in twos! As we placed our order the twins ordered a chocolate shake. Originally during the initial order the server had two shakes. We were made ahead because the twins shared a chocolate shake that was originally made for one; but was shared among two. The server did great making a cup special topped with whipped cream two by two for the grateful twins. The chocolate was not spared when making this great shake. The consistency was perfect as you spoon the chocolate from the bottom of the cup to the top. As we sip from the straw that chocolate shake flows from heavy to thin layers. The whip stays perfect as the shake slows down to just a roll. We're on a happy roll now, since the spicy cheesy burgers are here. Our burgers are the type with extra cheese the name they fall under is jalapeños cheesey burgers. There is never enough cheese or jalapeños to make compellingly complete burger happiness. Always ask for extra, sure it's a small price but it's for a good cause. Although the jalapeños come from a cab here with your burger. The burger jalapeños style packs a spicy kick. Other great examples of burgers here on the menu vary with mushrooms, cheese, and even no cheese with extra pickles. Burgers are always delicious and can be made anyway you can take it. Many many visits over chocolate, strawberry or Oreo shakes have occurred here for the twins and me. There's nothing like some shake and cheese fries to make a little even snack before bedtime. When you live in Vegas it's always an adventure to get something delicious. The adventure begins here at the Silverton Hotel. Where that Oreo shake is waiting? The servers still sing here every hour. Happy can be found with ice cream, they make special cups with ice cream and a little kick for us adults. Fun for the whole family. Let's celebrate now chocolate shake style with extra whip. Hubby and I were having a nice Sunday afternoon, decided to venture out to Bass Pro Shop and Silverton for a couple hours. We decided to start with some lunch at Johnny Rockets. We've dined here before and it's just a typical menu, but always satisfies. However, this past Sunday, we sat at the counter and Angel was our server. Angel hustles, he's friendly, refills beverages before we had to ask, asking if we need anything, just remarkable in customer service. It is really hard to find quality customer service these days and we were absolutely delighted with our meal and service.
