Terrible experience! I came for Ubereats pickup order. They told me it would be a few more minutes. After waiting almost 20 minutes I noticed that all 4 employees were just chatting and not even working, I asked about the order and even though it was ready they hadn't even informed me and intentionally making me wait for no reason. I asked them why you don't inform me, then the manager starts yelling saying don't talk to us like that. I pull out my phone and start recording them and asked for his name so that I can report him. He refused to provide his name and they are not even wearing name tags. I then gave them a very much deserved middle finger and F.U., so now he starts threatening to fight and he is heading towards me. I told him that I have everything on video and that if he touches me he will be going to jail. He then says get out of my store. I then left and called them 30 minutes later to let them know what bunch of cowards they are for threatening to fight your customers while outnumbering them 4 to 1, they said you are not a customer you are just a doordash driver. So I guess in their mentality it's ok to threaten doordash drivers. Scary to think this is the type of scum that are living among us. read more

We love Jersey Mike's ! They have opened another location on Blue Diamond Rd. / S Decatur Blvd. We have been going to Jersey Mike's for years and their sandwiches are so much better than Subway. Jersey Mike's has been our go to sandwich shop for more than a decade now. They use quality ingredients in their subs and you can taste the freshness in every bite. They don't pre slice their deli meats, they actually slice them fresh per order in front of the customer. Which every sub shop should do, because it tastes better when it's fresh. The staff at this location is amazing, very friendly and attentive. We have met the owner and the store manager Kim , they are both great people and very welcoming, truly caring about their customers and the staff. The store is immaculately clean and very welcoming. Great atmosphere, very inviting. Overall: we had a great time at this newly opened sub shop and we highly recommend it. read more

Best sandwich place in town. Navy vet, I really dig how they appreciate the military. Whenever I go there, they always hook something up. I usually get the Chipotle or the Philly cheese Steak. Either they will give double the beef or cheese on the house. Sometimes if they cannot do that, they will throw in chips and a drink no problem. Now as a grad student, I appreciate that because I can get a regular steak, for around $11.71 for a regular. From time to time, I might order a regular and because they know I am the definition of a starving grad student, they might make it a double. I always take my fiancee from Bulgaria here. When she talks to her family and they say, 'Any good deli places to get something to eat?" She always says,' Jersey Mikes." The staff are SUPER FRIENDLY and cool, very non judgemental. I am basing these ratings off of eateries in a similar class such as Capriotti's or Jimmy John's so it is better than Subway. take a look at this bad boy this is enough for two meails honestly. I am a big eater and I can finish a regular, with double beef and cheese no problem. A Giant = two meals. What i like is everything is FRESH and made to order. Unacceptable Conduct for a National Brand Entered the store and was not greeted or acknowledged while standing at the counter. When I raised this, an employee named Titus stated he "didn't have to help me," then shrugged when I said that was poor customer service. The situation escalated when he volunteered what time he "gets off work," an entirely inappropriate comment in a customer-facing role and one that made the interaction uncomfortable. This level of behavior reflects poorly on Jersey Mike's as a brand. Corporate and management should seriously review staff training and professionalism at this location. read more

We noticed a brand spanking new Jersey Mike's Subs just opened in the neighborhood on Blue Diamond by our local Albertsons on Buffalo! Since we were hungry for dinner and too lazy to cook, decided to stop in and order some subs. There was a line around 5:30pm on a weekday, possibly dinner rush luckily we had gotten there early, but the line moved quickly. We ordered 3 regular subs. 1 was buffalo chicken philly, I got a regular original italian, and for additional sub for lunch got a regular club. I love their sandwiches, there are so many options, and they cut deli meats/cook phillys to order so it's always fresh! I also saw some chips I had to try, never had flaming hot cool ranch doritos before so had to get a bag. Staff was accommodating and all our subs were very good quality, even the club I had the next day at work was awesome. Finally tried a Jersey Mike's sandwich today. I went with #13 The Original Italian. I subbed the ham for Turkey. I have to say this is going to be my go to sandwich shop when I'm feeling a sandwich. The bread was fresh with the right amount of dressing and fresh ingredients with a good amount of meat. Hubby got roast beef which he agreed was good. They're a chain so you know what you're getting. The sandwiches are usually pretty good and the prices are on par with similar offerings. The restaurant is the standard for this chain and the service was good. Nothing really noteable beyond all of that. The primary feature of chains like jersey Mike's is consistency. You know what you're getting and you usually get it. Sometimes there's an above and beyond experience but that's an unexpected, pleasant surprise when it happens.By and large, I can walk into a Jersey Mike's in Seattle or Las Vegas and no exactly what I'm getting. This is such a hard review to write because we have given them so many chances. The things that are great: they gave coupons frequently during their opening, and their staff lets you know when there's a better deal. The reason it's one star- I'm not kidding, EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gone, our order is wrong. This spot is right across the street from our house so LUCKILY, the drive back is short but there shouldn't be a driving back time. When I say every time, I mean it. It's been SIX TIMES in total that we order, get home to open the sandwiches and they are wrong. (That's 6/8 times we have eaten there) The order is a chipotle chicken with lettuce on regular bread + a Mikes chicken Philly, no onions, extra cheese......... Both sandwiches come completely mixed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. This particular occasion I'm writing about was supposed to be me going to get my husband and I Mikes, since we were celebrating 2 months being married tonight. Mind you, it's been 4/5 months since we have come back here because of all the mess ups. I figured, they've been open for awhile now- I'm sure they've gotten the issues worked out. Unfortunately I was wrong. Now we have to stop the movie we were in the middle of starting, & are spending an hour out of our time together tonight- to go back and get the problem resolved. (Not to mention the food waste of the two full sandwiches that are wrong.) I'm really really disappointed & I don't think I would be able to recommend this spot to anyone. I shouldn't have to stop in the store and completely unwrap my order to double check the work before leaving. It's not fair- I just don't understand how this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And to talk about the customer service- they know they've messed up on us numerous times...they see my husband walk in with the order and they already know. But what's crazy is not ONCE have they offered a refund, coupon, the extra sandwiches, or even an apology for the inconvenience. I'm attaching a screenshot of what the worker said when we came back tonight with our order MADE WRONG. Basically was told that our order was wrong because he ran out of white bread. But that doesn't make any sense because one of our sandwiches was ordered with white bread & one of them came in the white bread (just the wrong sandwhich & it was more than just the bread being wrong) How about instead of gaslighting the customer and saying they ran out of the wrong bread (and didn't tell you) - apologize, make it right, give some sort of consolation but no. Just excuses that don't make sense. Huge let down- hoping to recover the only 2 hours we'll have to spend together tonight, because of this. read more

Best jersey mikes in Vegas ! Super clean store . Bread was cut perfectly my sandwich had all its topping placed so nicely on bread not sloppy at all.
