So being that is winter season she had some warm tamales, burritos, variety of fresh bread, cake slices, cupcakes and champurrado- It is a traditional Mexican chocolate drink that is thickened with pinole (ground maize flour), Cinnamon, whole clove, and star anise (keep in mind that there are a variety of versions). On my stop I bought some tamales and champurrado. I really enjoyed the champurrado, it was just perfect not to sweet and not to bland and enough consistency on the thick side. As for the tamales, I order their chicken with red salsa, cheese with jalapeno salsa and chicken with Mole (traditional Mexican thick sauce). I have to say that I have had better, but I have to keep in mind that there are a variety of tamales and all are done differently. So to me they were decent and it will all depend on each person palette if they like. I was disappointed in not getting some of their fresh bread but did not want it sitting at my desk all day, but will update the review once I try it and their cakes (which I already placed an order and will post pictures).
