I placed my pickup order online, added a frozen lemonade, and everything went super smoothly. I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel, it was so yummy, fresh, soft, warm, and it totally satisfied my craving. The order was ready quickly and I was in and out in no time, which was perfect since we wanted to walk around and browse the outlets. The only minor hiccup was finding the location at first, but my boyfriend called the store and they were really helpful and friendly with directions. We found it right after. I get a pretzel almost every time I am at the mall lol My favorite is the Almond Pretzel and the Pepperoni Pretzel. They are fresh and chewy, and always warm... Mmm... This review is for owners of this location. The order was right and the wait seemed a bit long but all was fine except the part where it was 85ºf outside and was a lot hotter once I stepped inside. The owners of this location need to seriously consider employees well being, it was ridiculously hot and I wasn't standing infront of ovens or working like the employees were. As a costumer I was able to notice how more than half the staff seemed exhausted due to the heat. Auntie Anne's food is usually good anywhere you go, but, as with most local malls, high school/college students who work here could really use training. On my most recent visit, I ordered the cinnamon pretzel bites and two pretzel dogs. I was told that they were out of pretzel dogs and that it would be a 15-minute wait as they were just put in the oven. I asked if I could pay now and pick up the order in 15 minutes, and the cashier said that would be fine. After I paid, I asked if I needed a receipt, to which she said I did not because she already wrote my name on the receipt that she had. I told her I would be back in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I went back to the same cashier, and she said the pretzel dogs were not ready because they were still in the oven and that I would need to wait another 15 minutes. I was unsure if she remembered me, so I reminded her I was there 15 minutes earlier and she said it would have been ready. She had no other response other than, "well, they are still in the oven and it will be 15 minutes." Fine. I told my boyfriend that we had to wait again. After waiting for a little bit, he went inside to check on our order. It was pretty clear that there was poor communication inside. The cashier did not know what was going on, and another employee came over to assist. We got our order and a free drink before the second 15 minutes the cashier had asked me to wait was over. I love Auntie Anne's and have been to this location a couple times. I was pleased to see it was open. You don't have to touch anything as the doors were open. Although there are signs telling you to social distance, The floors aren't marked with stickers 6 feet part and I guess some people can't follow directions and stand right behind one another like no big deal. Anyway I wanted to redeem an offer so I had to make multiple transactions which is fine. The cashier at the register was not friendly at all. She was giving me so much attitude and seemed annoyed that I was using their yelp check in offer, which is 20% off your order by the way! It has separate entrance and exit like a walk-thru. They have new mango and pomegranate featuring blue raspberry, cherry and strawberry. I got the cherry drink and it wasn't bad. I forgot which pretzel I got but the lady said they were out of it. She didn't offer to make more or anything. I saw only pepperoni, jalapeno, almond, cinnamon sugar and pretzel stix. Came here at about 1pm for a few soft pretzels and it was very crowded. There isn't much space for customers to walk around at all. Wow, I have been loving them at other locations for decades but this one was horrible. Got 2 sour cream and onions n asked for extra powder. The young lady said ok and instead of taking them out, brushing with butter and adding powder she instead just hold it, brushed lightly. After adding powder she turned it towards the trash below n poured out all the powder from the bag. I thought she put in too much n needed to do that....nope when i got out and sat down at a bench to eat, i could not taste any powder. Took them out to check n saw pretty much none on them. So she poured them in the trash instead of leaving what fell off in the bag like other locations. Wasted and has barely on the damn prezels themselves.
