I stopped here yesterday and got a regular sandwich and it was very delicious and tasty. The store was kept clean and the associate working there was very friendly and happy. The food looked fresh and the parking lot is very large as it is shared with another dozen places there. This place has indoor seating, but I didn't notice any outside seating. The place is kept clean. There is a restroom for customers. read more

Usually on Fridays, I drop in this location and I always go for the club supreme sandwich and add avocado to it. The giant sandwich is a really good portion of food might even be able to feed two people with the slice of meat right in front of you for your sub and the ingredients are always fresh and made to order, the atmosphere of this place is good.The guys working in the back are super friendly. I had a taste for a sandwich and I know jersey mikes was always a great location when I was vegetarian. Now that I'm vegan the options are not as great. I gave a four star (which is a great rating) because of the customer service of the 2 employees that helped me with my order. I wanted a mini sandwich but they only had rosemary Parmesan for the mini bread. I'm assuming the other employee may have been the manager or team lead and didn't want the regular loaf of bread cut into mini sandwiches. I had to change my order to a medium sandwich which was ok but I really just wanted a mini. As mentioned before the service from the other two employees were great. The location was overall clean. I've been here at this location a few times for pick up orders and I definitely understand sometimes it can get hectic but they do have a designated section where it says pick up orders and the fact you're standing there observing everyone else getting their orders prep and checking out while nobody is acknowledging you is quite disappointing a simple " we'll be right with you " would improve the experience significantly. The staff definitely needs to work on customer service skills and have someone in charge of handing out mobile orders to ensure orders efficiently. read more

I highly recommend going in person to order if you want your sandwich made correctly. I don't suggest using the pre-order pickup option -- not only did they give me someone else's order, but I also had to wait for them to make mine because it wasn't ready. Even after it was finally done, it was still made incorrectly. I've only had issues when pre-ordering. read more

Finally they open Jersey Mike's couldn't wait for their subs. I enjoy Jersey Mike's better than other sub competitors because they slice their Deli meats in front of you always use fresh ingredients including the bread each sub is made to order in the grill subs. This morning I stopped by to get my lunch for work. I was impressed because the store was so clean and when I walked in I was greeted by this beautiful worker. I had a great experience at this location and while I usually do not leave reviews I felt it was necessary at this time. All the staff were great but the supervisor stood out the most because of how great she kept the other staff in place and on top of what tasks needed to be done. Great experience! read more

Food was good, service was fast Forgot to give a sandwich, I was waiting there?' understandable it was busy and perhaps they didn't notice, but I was right there on the counter and still no question ask. So I went to the cash register and then I said waiting for a sandwich It's busy all good Then they asked did you order it? I just said I'm waiting for a sandwich Then they started my sandwich with other peoples sandwich so I had to wait for three additional sandwich Once I got my sandwich the guy said did you pay? Oh my goodness, maybe there are customers that do that? Maybe they don't remember customers even though I was wearing a bright sweater. I stop by to pick a few sandwiches today the gentleman making the sandwiches had a great customer service. On the other hand Isait who helping him was putting black avocado on my sandwich REALLY !! Not okay I'm paying 4.00 for avocado and you don't even have the courtesy to think out of the box and no you don't put that one customer sandwich. Not a happy customer today... I ordered online only to wait for my sandwich to be ready. Sandwich was made incorrectly, a ton of oregano was used when my order clearly said no oregano. I tried several times calling the store and went straight to answering machine. Thanks for the nastiest sandwich ever... went straight to the trash. Did an online order of 3 sandwiches. Had someone else pick up the order, upon eating the sandwich I found tomato. They did not listen to special instructions of no tomatoes on my sandwich & on the other sandwiches they didn't put in the extra stuff that I paid for (bacon & jalapeños). This location is careless & don't pay attention to special instructions. Rather go in person to make sure they make it right. So disappointed. read more

If you're ever in need for a good sub, you can always go to Jersey Mike's this location recently opened and in Monterey Park. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I truly recommend this location. I am allergic to pork, and as I ordered my sub, I shared my allergy to the staff that was helping me. The young lady that took my order went beyond the call of duty. She made sure that the person preparing my sub was aware of my allergies. Staff brought a clean blade to cut my meat, so that the deli meat was not contaminated with any pork now when someone takes the time to make sure that when you leave their location, you're happy, and you are trusting that they heard and understood your health condition. Service is great. They have like 6 people behind the counter -very nice and accommodating. Love that they slice the meats to order in front of you. So much better than subway. Sandwiches are good- it's hard to find a place that does tuna right. Not too much mayo, just good ol fashion tuna. The only suggestion I would make is that they somehow toast the bread that's gluten-free before they put the sandwich toppings on it. Gluten-free bread even is lightly toasted always taste better and holds better as a sandwich. They have stubborn soda, which is my favorite, all flavors. I would ask that they put a cherry soda by stubborn on tap instead of the root beer. read more

Absolutely disappointed to say the least. The worst Jersey Mikes I've bought from. All restaurant change food should be the same by this one skimps on the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and anything else in their sandwiches and charges more than any Jersey mike I went to. Horible rcounter service as the staff doesn't listen to you. I'm a professional chef that owns a restaurant that has some of the highest reviews on yelp and this one is so disappointing. I would suggest going to a different Jersey Mikes than here. I also bring into question how the corporate office is going to resolve this. That will influence my decision whether to visit Jersey Mikes again. Unprofessional and greedy as the franchise owner is trying to take advantage of Jersey Mikes name by giving less and charging more. Never again here for me read more

I go to school right by the Jersey Mikes and every time I head in the staff is attentive and ready to take my order and if they are not they politely ask for a second. I've came to this Jersey Mikes many times by now and every single time they prepare my sandwich and listen to my instructions. The eating space is nice and there are times when I get my chips and drinks from the daiso next door and they still allow me to sit down and eat there with a nice lil space to place your bag right next to where you eat. It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. Claro's is the Real Deal for submarine sandwiches I usually get 2 when I'm there. I get the pre-made ones out of the refrigerated showcase they have different kinds so you just have to look at the sandwich and decide what's best for you. Oh don't forget that Claro's is closed on Wednesday open for 6 days out of the week.

It is good. It is the same price at the beef version but understandly so. The chicken meat was grilled tenderly, and the slice of ham it came with added the saltynesss the sandwich needed. Capicollo, one of the cold sandwich, was fine but nothing to write home about. Atlas or wings ($11.99/lb) here remind me of the ones I used to get when I was younger... I like how the spicy version is still deed fried and not saucy. (Personally prefer dry rubs.) The heat can creep up to u after a few. But not all wings are created equally, might end with with some tiny more battered ones along with regulars. Wait times can be longer during lunch times - waited 30 min for takeout during weekday lunch hour.

We drove down and ordered the '58 Classic and another tuna sub, both as combos. The sides absolutely stole the show. The purple cabbage was so good, the coleslaw wasn't my personal favorite but my husband loved it, the four bean salad was absolutely mouthwatering, and the marinated mushrooms were also delicious. I'm genuinely so glad we have leftovers for tomorrow because I'll definitely be thinking about that bean salad again. We'll absolutely be back!
