On two separate occasions of ~$50 per order, I've ordered online and requested to have some jelly filled for "1/2 Dozen Assorted Fancies". Both times not only did they not include any jelly filled but they suspect they purposely did not make an assortment. One order included only a single type and the other order only included two types. The second time that this happened, I requested a refund. I'm definitely will never order from them again.

This place is a hidden gem. Delicious food and yum coffee. No Bathroom to use so that's a bummer I had to walk over to Troy's Burger which was not pretty. Salvi treats that are on point

It seems to me you're more worried about telling people what to do than keeping your facility clean and protecting your customers. Maybe the fly had a mask on and it was OK. But me? Well it's the end of the world. If I would have just put on the mask I would have known what it was like to be around those donuts just like that fly.

Loved this place! It's the last place we visited on our way to LAX to leave California. The donuts were fresh, the fresh made juices were sweet and tasty, and my Extreme Melt Bacon Avocado was to die for. The breakfast burritos had a little too much egg for our liking but were decent. The staff was smiling and helpful, especially when you consider it was the morning of New Years Day, when most people have the day off. My Extreme Melt was so good that we came home and made our own version of them just a couple days later.

This place is DISGUSTING!!!!! After dropping my dogs off with a dog sitter, my wife and I required a quick breakfast before a flight to Toronto, luckily, Yum Yum Donuts was right down the street with a quick food fix. Even though these are everywhere around the city, I've never been to one so I was excited to see what this place was about. The place looks like every other small donut shops offering a pretty solid selection of them as well sandwiches and beverages alike. I kept it simple and ordered a glazed crawler as well as a chocolate frosted crawler and let me tell you, it was like 8AM on a Wednesday morning so you would think the donuts would taste mildly fresh, but NOPE, these bad boys tasted like donuts that have been sitting for days until some sap like me strolled in and ordered them. They weren't the worst things ever, but I wouldn't choose to eat them again either. Overall, Yum Yum might of just been having an off morning, but it was the morning I had with them. I don't see myself returning, especially to this location, but who knows, I'm a sucker for donuts. read more

I gave a bad review a year or two ago, but I have been back at least 15 times since then, and they have improved greatly. Delicious; good service; fast. I would only suggest better DECOR and AMBIANCE. Potted plants and quieter music. read more

So apparently this location only gives 12 donuts and not 14 like all the other locations. I ordered DoorDash and only received 12 donuts. When I called and asked if this location gave out 14 donuts as part of their dozen the girl said no... only 12. read more

Night shift needs to be reevaluated. Always an error with my food either burnt or it has something it isn't supposed and keep in mind I get the same sandwich every single time. I get it graveyard sucks ass but don't take it out on customers like it's their fault read more

24/7 they are open. I love their Turkey bacon with avocado croissants. They have and create fresh donuts every morning, mid day and night. They make the best fresh orange juice I've tasted and they have some great quality hot chocolate for those who do not drink coffee. And if you're taking donuts and coffee they have the share size container for already made coffee to travel with you to work. read more

Eh, not a fan of these donuts. They tasted stale, not sure how long they sat there...Bleh! I'm glad we only ordered 1/2 a dozen. The female worker there wasn't very welcoming. No smiles, no expression... She looked like a zombie.. Parking sucks and the people there can't drive...Cluster F! The donuts here are not Yum Yum. read more

Loved this place! It's the last place we visited on our way to LAX to leave California. The donuts were fresh, the fresh made juices were sweet and tasty, and my Extreme Melt Bacon Avocado was to die for. The breakfast burritos had a little too much egg for our liking but were decent. Parking sucks here. Donuts and donut selection are okay. The quality could be way better, perhaps they're out too long. The service by the nice lady was really good, I felt happy to be attended so well. This location is small and could do way better if it wasn't in the middle of nowhere. I also got an iced vanilla coffee on my visit here. Try the smaller crumb donuts, those were good. I'll definitely give this place another chance. read more

Growing up in NY, all I knew was Dunkin' Donuts. Donuts were bomb, and it's hard not to say yes to some donut holes.....maybe that's why I'm "husky". Anyway.... So I came here for breakfast between rehearsals. I was hoping to walk out of there with a donut in hand. I ended up eating a boston creme while waiting for a breakfast croissant. Parking 3/5 Located in a fairly small lot for the amount and types of businesses here. Shares a plaza with a laundry and a burger spot. I grabbed a lucky spot so I gave the 3 stars instead of 2. Ambience 2/5 It's a donut shop. Also, spanish TV is playing on the 10" TV (I kid you not about the size) posted in the corner. Three small round tables are the only seating here. Service 4/5 Served by a nice lady who took my order quickly and prepared my food quickly and accurately. Food 5/5 Ok. I know it's a donut shop and so do you, but try the Chipotle breakfast croissant! Definitely on the spicy side! Loved every bite. I don't remember what was in it because I ate it so fast...sorry Yelpers. Overall 4/5 I only give it 4/5 because I should not have gone here for breakfast....but I was starving. Donuts are good and the croissant was bomb.com. Shame on me. My boyfriend bought a turkey and ham breakfast bagel this morning. The bagel was not fresh-totally old so that ruined this breakfast sandwich. 2nd it was supposed to have bacon and it had one piece. He loves this Bagel breakfast sandwich from Yum Yum and gets it near his job in Brea. This sandwich looked so sad, not plump with all the breakfast goodies in it-one piece of bacon and the cold cuts were dry and just not tasty like the usual Yum Yum breakfast bagels. This poor rating is partly due to a rude A'hole who seen me waiting by the glass donut case, and shouted his order ahead of me. But then the young lady behind the counter who I'm sure already watched me walk in knew this and I'm asking her sarcastically if that particular guy must have been in a rush...she looks confused and helps the guy behind me. I laugh and say are you serious? Do you not help people in order who are waiting? Again she's confused. Listen I'm all for equal opportunity but if you don't speak English...don't be in charge of a front end job. But more importantly, learn what customer service and courtesy are first and foremost. read more

Customer service sucks! They want to charge extra for everything even some simple jalapeños which I think its ridiculous cuz it used to include them before they changed owner. Not every place does that! Alhambra yum yum is amazing and the employee there are kind and helpful even thru these uncertain times. I wouldn't recommend the yum yum on valley and eastern to no one. read more

First time ordering something for myself here. I was hungry on my way home and stopped to see what they offered. They have 89 cent fountain drinks (up to 32oz). I went with a dr pepper & a tuna bagel sandwich. I asked if it was good, the gentlemen affirmed, so I ordered. Turned out great. Wait was about 6 min. Overall i am satisfied & may come back if im ever hungry coming home. read more

Super fresh donuts. Really liked the selection. And that I was able to chose different colors. Blue, red, white and chocolate. Love the different concoctions they come up with fruity pebbles and new chocolate crumbs. Can't wait to try the rest. read more

I've been here a few times and the selection isn't great but the donuts are tasty. This time around I got an Oreo donut which was amazing I wish I had gotten more. I also got one of their chillas which is like a frapp. I got the cookies and cream and oh my gosh it was amazing most definitely going back for the chilla read more

We got the PB&J (one of my favorites), Maple, Glazed, and Jelly Filled Donuts and all of them were fluffy, sweet, and great. Also great for sharing. Everything was solid; not the best donuts out there, but still good. They also have drinks available like coffee and Thai Tea. The prices are generally solid here. I like how they're open late, so it's a great place to go when you're craving a sweet treat in the middle of the night. Parking is limited, so street parking is the best. This is more of a grab and go type of spot, but you can always enjoy your donuts right outside the shop.

In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon. The prices are premium, but the quality matches the price. They also sell sandwiches as well as coffee and tea drinks. I will certainly go back and try one of the many creme-filled donuts.
