Almond pretzel HARD LIKE A ROCK!

So disappointed I Paid $10.87 for Almond pretzel that was cold & hard like a rock!! Also I asked for a dip caramel sauce and the lady just gave me a sweet glaze after repeat to me ¿caramel? I was so excited to get a pretzel before I got in the train to go home. When I open my bag this was my sad view!! I LOVE AUNTIE ANNIES BUT NEVER HAD A PRETZEL THAT BAD IN OTHER LOCATIONS.

It's a toss-up between whether Auntie Anne's or Cinnabon aroma completely takes over a mall, in a good way, of course... (slight edge to Cinnabon) Finally, I decided to give it a try while I was in Macy's. I absolutely was in love just because of the smell, but it was by far the best pretzel I ever had. I ate the entire pretzel in about two minutes, and didn't feel any shame in doing so. I even overlooked the fact that it's going to take me 20 minutes on the arc trainer to burn off... however, what I couldn't overlook was the horrid service in this location. There were five of us on line, one person on the register... but three other employees basically doing nothing. They were laughing, joking and talking about music. Fine, I can look past the wait time and slow service-- however, the lady in front of me after receiving her order returned and wanted a straw; this seemingly bothered the employee and instead of handing me my pretzel, she placed it on the counter and wasn't very customer friendly service to me. I'm like WTF, I didn't go anything, why are you taking it out on my poor pretzel and I. Whatever, calories and rude employees aside, this place was magical. I'll be back but just not to this location!

Was told by A tourist to check out a fast food place that served fresh food, right out from the oven! Was definitely hesitant being at station waiting for a ferry but hey, the smell of fresh baking just leads you there. We go the classic pretzel and melt in your mouth soft dough. Service surprisingly was calm with the traffic and worth every penny. Cheap yummy Eats- gotta try at least once! If your going to try a hot dog or churro, why not Auntie's Pretzels!!!!!! Tip: read Yelp reviews because honestly we tried ones based on the reviews. Although some 50-50, we liked this one.

This was where I settled in for a snack after getting my new Fossil sunglasses @ the Sunglass Hut in Macy's. The ladies behind the counter seemed anxious to help and even informed me there was a wait for my second pretzel, which wasn't bad. Didn't mind waiting for something that was gonna taste uh-maze-ing....so I waited. Got the pretzel, got my sugar rush, and was on my way. *cash and credit*

My go to spot for a snack for my commute home! The pretzels are fresh and super savory!

The pork soup dumplings arrived literally spilling pink/red liquid that looked like blood. My mother had never tried soup dumplings before, so we were hoping for a fun experience, but she immediately spit it out. I brought it back and showed the staff the uncooked pork and the blood/red liquid on the napkin. They simply re-steamed them and brought them back except now there was no soup left inside the dumplings at all. The chicken teriyaki was tough and chewy, almost like jerky, as if it had been overcooked on an extremely hot grill or deep fried too long. The spring rolls were mediocre at best, with vegetables inside that had a mushy, paste-like texture. Very disappointing. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the rice. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I was happy to see certain items on the menu were designated as vegetarian. If I lived in town I would come back and try all their veggie friendly options. The small order of veg dumplings was a very reasonable price and portion. I thought they were well stuffed with veggies. I was a little disappointed with the dumpling wrapper- i prefer a lighter softer wrapper. But overall I still ate it all, and it was a quick nice snack. My husband really enjoyed his orange chicken with rice and veggies. It was a huge portion- he was only able to eat half of it. Great value.

T_T' So to Google we go, and I'd honestly been wanting to try 7th Street Burger for awhile now. I also didn't realize this simple burger joint concept was such a thing now, where the menu really is only comprised of a few types of basic burgers, fries and soda/water (no shakes). It was a Sunday, kinda packed, but luckily we snagged one of the high-top outdoor tables. I got my basic burger, fries and a Coke. The burger was good, but the FRIES. The FRIES are VERY impressive. Crispy, salty, TASTY. And the burgers are CHEAP by NYC standards. So anyway, I'm sold and this burger place is on my list now.

We hopped in line but waited less than a minute because the service was incredibly fast. I managed to snatch a table within 30 seconds, and my husband got our food in less than two minutes. The service was fantastic! The food was actually really good--we got the chicken sandwich, which features three chicken tenders with lettuce and their special sauce, served with french fries and a Coke. Everything was delicious and very well priced. Getting a seat and having such quick service made everything work out perfectly. I also loved the ambiance of the store, they play cool music and the decor is great, especially the disco balls! I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. A classic NYC hole-in-the-wall, this place is almost designed to be missed. Blink, check your phone, or dodge one too many pedestrians, and you've walked right past it. Try not to, it's worth the stop. Pricing sits a little on the higher side for a combo, but let's be honest - this is New York. The burgers are bold, satisfying, and built to impress. I went for the chicken and veggie sandwiches, both dressed with a mango lime sauce that genuinely were very flavorful. The tomato aioli on the side was another win. And the fries? Crispy, golden, and dusted with a Cajun-meets-Indian spice blend that somehow makes complete sense and zero sense at the same time - in the best way. The setup inside this dimly lit restaurant had a bunch of steam tables offering various beef and chicken dishes, a handful of rice options, and a bunch of salads/fruits. Having no idea what we were looking at, we asked the friendly owner for some advice. After some contemplation, two of us made a plate with all beef over some jollof rice, and another with basically all chicken items over a different type of flavorful rice. We knew it was too much, but our goal was to figure out what we would come back for. Honestly, I did not enjoy most of the chicken because it's sitting in steam trays getting overcooked. Not saying they were terrible, but it all fails in comparison to all the great beef offerings. OMG! You really can't go wrong with any of the beef dishes. My cuisine rating is really based on the various beef items, the yummy veggies, and both amazing rice. The current price is $10.99 per pound regardless what you fill your box with, except a couple of items. We filled our two boxes with about 4lbs of food.
