Always come to this location cuz it's in Penn station, on the way to work. 9/10 times you go there, people working there act busy and do not acknowledge that there is a customer standing right in front of them. It's not accidental. It's intentional. Never was greeted by anybody who works there. Always have to wait and always have to call out for their attention. Customer experience is a zero. Hire someone who likes working and friendly to their customers. Went there yesterday and picked up the 'last 2' Pokemon cups. Was told that new cups will come today so I made it in early around 7:30. I was currently on vacation in New York, and my experience at this Krispy Kreme was absolutely ruined by the miserable, hostile staff. Management needs to look into this immediately and take disciplinary action, because the people working here are a disgrace to the brand. First, a woman who appeared to be a supervisor was publicly humiliating another employee (I think his name was Jeremiah), snapping at him and yelling, "What don't you understand?" in a completely toxic, rude tone right in front of couple customers. But the worst part was the woman who took my order. She wasn't wearing a name tag. Or. Maybe I didn't see it, but she is short, a little chubby, African American with a horrible attitude so ghetto, and she was wearing a pink shirt. I made an honest mistake regarding the birthday coupon rules, but her reaction was completely unacceptable. She was incredibly hostile, aggressive, and treated me with absolute disdain. When I ordered two chocolates and one glazed donut, she rolled her eyes and acted like doing her job was a massive burden. She was loud, trashy, and completely disrespectful. She clearly hates her job and has zero customer service skills. She shouldn't be employed here, period. Customers pay good money to be treated with basic respect, not to be barked at by a miserable employee with a horrible attitude. Management needs to check the schedules, find out who this short woman in the pink shirt is, and address her unacceptable behavior immediately. it's been a while since i've tried krispy kreme, but they are a staple for donuts. honestly, these donuts just look splendid. the whole little area of penn station had the most wonderful warm, sugary smell of donuts, and i was tempted to try their glazed donuts, which were incredibly warm + pillowy inside and just had the most perfect sweet sugary glaze that complimented the warm soft dough. this is my go-to order at krispy kreme. i ordered on the kiosk outside and my donut was ready in a couple of minutes. i would totally recommend, also it was great because i was waiting for my train and it came out in just under five minutes, so relatively no wait, especially if you're in a pinch. read more

Well, it's located in the bowels of zombieland Penn Station so automatically that is a bit of a bummer. This location is more like a counter kiosk for grab and go. The staff are pretty polite which must be tough to do considering what they have to deal with here. It's pretty bad when they have a full time security guard here shooing away the weirdos accosting customers. As I was here today I saw this first hand. Kind of crazy. Krispy Creme has always been my "go to" for donuts. It's too bad they don't have any local places. Unfortunately, they got a bad rap years ago and closed a lot of there locations. Happily they left the one in Penn Station. Being there recently I took advantage a bought a "Chocolate Custard filled and a coffee for the train ride home. The shop is just a take out place so there is no place to sit down and eat. I mean, it's Penn Station, there is always some place to sit down, just not here. Donuts are really fresh and tasty. Great chocolate and custard. I mean, it was a great train ride home. These are not calorie free and while I recommend they they aren't eaten daily, it is definitely worth the calories for an occasional treat. They have a hug selection of donuts here.
