That alone says enough. We are a homeless family and this was our last few dollars. We counted on this food to get us through the weekend. Instead she cried when he came back empty handed, and my 9 year old autistic son had a meltdown because he had been waiting for this. Instead of food we were left hungry, broke, and hopeless. To make it worse, they already posted new bags for days they are not even open. That shows this is not just a mistake. It is careless and harmful. Families who are struggling should never be tricked like this. A refund does not fix what this did to us. It wasted our gas, our last bit of money, and left our kids in tears. Until they stop posting bags for days they are closed and actually make things right, they do not deserve anyone's trust.
