They use a wet batter to coat the chicken instead of the potato starch so it doesn't have the outer panko-like texture. It also doesn't have any five spice taste. Despite this, the chicken was very moist and delicious. Paired with their spicy sauce, it was actually quite addicting. Fried oyster mushrooms - delicious, juicy and crispy. I'd get this again. Fries - this one is a pass for me. It's crispy on the outside and mash potato textured on the inside. Not too greasy but nothing too special for me. Orange chicken sandwich - this wasn't what I expected at all. The orange chicken sauce is very watery and I could barely taste the sauce at all. It just tasted like a slightly sweet chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and the slaw they added had a good crunch to it. Overall it's enjoyable but I'd probably get the regular chicken sandwich instead. There's two kiosks for ordering and items were made to order.

Easy to use although I did have to ask the worder how to apply the BOGO special and she said they just make you two when you order one! We got the BOGO fish cakes, the popcorn chicken and a box of regular chicken. I wasn't a fan of any of it. The coating was too sweet for my taste. Chicken was nothing great and the sauces we got tasted like something from a fast food place. The portion was pretty good though, esp for the free box of fish cakes and the popcorn chicken. My guy really enjoyed it though so giving 4 stars due to his happiness with it!

I ordered a 3-Item Plate, and it honestly looked smaller than what a 1-Item Plate used to be. The portion sizes across the board were extremely disappointing. The Orange Chicken was mushy and soft instead of crispy and fresh. The Beef & Broccoli contained only three small pieces of beef with mostly broccoli. I also paid the additional $1.95 upgrade for the Cantonese BBQ Brisket, and the portion was so small it was hard to believe. To make matters worse, the brisket was dry and lacked flavor. Even the rice portion was noticeably smaller than what Panda Express used to serve. I understand that food costs have increased and prices have gone up, but charging more while serving a fraction of the food customers used to receive is not acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling ripped off. There are plenty of restaurants offering better quality food, larger portions, and enough leftovers for a second meal. If Panda Express continues reducing portions while raising prices, they're going to lose loyal customers like me. Very disappointing experience.

Lizzie guided us through the menu and highly recommended the Blackened Chicken Pasta, which was delicious. For our side, we ordered the sweet potato fries with cinnamon seasoning. When they both checked in on us, we mentioned we were a bit surprised that the cinnamon seasoning contained sugar. Because we are pre-diabetic, Lisa immediately stepped in with a solution. She recommended switching to the plain sweet potato fries instead and made a whole new batch for us right away. Her quick thinking and care meant the world to us! The high-quality service didn't stop there. Lizzie thoughtfully asked if I wanted a strawberry lemonade refill to go, which made an already great night even happier. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the ambiance was perfect. They were playing a playlist of 60s and 70s oldies and disco music that completely transported me, bringing back the wonderful feeling of being a young kid again. Thank you, Lizzie and Lisa, for making this birthday dinner so memorable. We will definitely be back!

I also enjoyed my Southern salmon as it had a nice sweet tangy sauce. This time around I tried one of their cocktails, a strawberry spritz. It was refreshing but the glass was sadly small. For the price, it should be a standard cocktail glass.
