Came here because it's one of the only standalone Cinnabon spots in socal where you don't have to deal with the mall crowds, and it honestly made the whole experience so much better. I ended up trying a little bit of everything. The seasonal cheesecake cinnamon roll was super sweet, soft, and really indulgent. Definitely a dessert you share ! The almond pretzel with caramel dip was a perfect salty and sweet combo, and I was surprised by how much I liked the new crispy hot dog bites with the cheese dip. Super snackable and actually really good. The cinnamon sugar bites with glaze dip gave that classic Cinnabon flavor in smaller pieces, which I loved for dipping. Drinks were solid too. The mocha iced coffee balanced everything out, the Oreo shake was thick and very dessert forward, and the peach lemonade was honestly one of my favorites really refreshing and not overly heavy Service was quick, and the convenience of not having to go inside a mall makes this location stand out. Nice to have a Cinnabon close by and not have to go to a mall to get one.. or 4... and a pretzel... Very clean inside with good service and plenty of parking. I've been waiting on this location to open up!!! When I signed up for Cinnabon Rewards, they gave me a Welcome Offer to redeem a 4-ct Bonbites with any purchase! So I'm glad this location is close to where I live so I can try them out again! I don't really like the parking at the Antonio Plaza though, but I am grateful to have found a parking spot during the lunch hour. Now today, 8/22, Cinnabon celebrates its 40-year anniversary by offering its Reward Members $1.25 Classic Rolls from 12p - 4p at participating bakeries. I'm glad this one was participating lol The inside was so clean and colorful. There were 3 parties ahead of me. I didn't wait longer than about 4 minutes before it was my turn. I met a sweet Angel in line who was excited about trying Cinnabon again. She said it "makes her feel like a kid again". I'm glad she ended up getting her $1.25 Classic Roll to enjoy with her daughter after I told her about today's promotion! The staff was friendly as well. They made my Classic Roll nice and fresh and so warm!! The Classic Roll itself is mighty tasty! I don't know how they made them back in 1985, but today? Fabulous! I've never tried Cinnabon before today. Their Classic Rolls are really fat and juicy! Nice and warm. Not too sweet, just the right dessert after a lunch meal. First off I'm so happy there's a new location near me. The owners came through for me when I forgot that I needed party favors for my daughter's graduation party. I thought what could be better than a Cinnabon party favor? Let me tell you, this was literally the best idea I've ever had as the Cinnabon was probably the highlight of the party. Our guests were so impressed. The Cinnabons were delivered super fresh and still warm, all individually packaged and couldn't have been better. The owner even suggested I add these stickers to them to make it more special. I'm still receiving messages from party guests regarding the Cinnabons. I've been a lover of Cinnabon for decades. Sadly there seem to be fewer and fewer of them as the years pass. The closest one to me has been 30 minutes away, deep within a mall. But this location recently opened as its own storefront in Plaza Antonio as a combination Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's shop. It's close to me so as soon as I heard about it I raced over to check it out. The shop itself is clean and has a couple of tables inside. They have all the variations of Cinnabons. I decided to get a classic Cinnabon and enjoy it there. If you have ever had a Cinnabon you can imagine how soft and cinnamony-delicious it was. The frosting is the best, as any person with a sweet tooth knows. I live to savor that delicious center piece. The woman working the counter was exceptionally friendly and congenial. With my first bite of Cinnabon I was a bit too gluttonous, stuffing too much into my mouth and it started to go down the wrong way. I started to have a coughing fit (my most dreaded nightmare when I'm in an eating establishment). She immediately asked if I was okay and poured me a cup of water which took care of my choking spell. It was so observant, empathetic, and caring of her. And yes, from then on I took smaller bites. It's been a while since I've been into a Cinnabon. The scent of the cinnamon and the bread being made is just undeniably amazing. This location seems new as it's very clean and tidy. There are a few seating area inside as well. I had to try the classic Cinnamon Roll and their frozen cold brews. Just keeping it simple as the cinnamon roll itself should just satisfy all the senses. The frozen drinks were tasty but sadly the cinnamon roll was a little cold and dry and now how I remembered it. This location was pretty quiet so maybe they aren't baking as many as they used to at the malls but their rolls were dry and lacked that initial soft and warm bite. Slightly below average rating for that and the constant loud gossip of the young workers. But very clean and nice location without a doubt! read more

This location is pretty nice and the employees were ok. I asked one girl how long the Cinnabons keep for and she said 5 days, but when I looked on the box, it says 2 days. I've tried this location a couple times before giving it a review. I don't know why the Cinnabons at this location doesn't have much cinnamon flavor. Like I can see the cinnamon specks, but the flavor is so weak. Not sure if they are using different cinnamon brands or old cinnamon compared to other locations. I've been eating Cinnabon for decades and this location is the only one where the cinnamon flavor is almost non existent. It's just sweetness. I absolutely love Cinnabon and usually don't mind driving quite a distance to get some for holiday mornings. So when I heard a new location was opening near me, I was so excited! I decided to stop by to try it out, since I've noticed that different locations can vary in consistency and taste. My plan was to just buy one roll to test it, but when I arrived, I found out they have a fresh prepackaged special on Tuesdays -- so I picked up a 4-pack to share with the family. As soon as I got home, my daughter and I decided to share a piece as a snack. We warmed it up, but unfortunately, we were both disappointed. The texture of the dough was off -- it was dense instead of soft and fluffy like a good cinnamon roll should be -- and there was a slight, unpleasant aftertaste. Even the frosting, which is normally so delicious, had a slimy texture this time. Sadly, this location just didn't meet the usual Cinnabon standard. I'll be sticking to the Santa Ana or Orange locations for my Cinnabon fix from now on. read more

New Cinnabon spot! No more driving to the Main Place mall and battling those crowds. Parking can be a bit tough but overall glad to see this addition to the plaza. It's a combo Cinnabon + Auntie Annie so you can have your cinnabon and pretzel too. They had some other cinnabon flavors than the usual like oreo topping ones and they have those mini or big packs you can heat up at home. I like to always pick my specific one when they're carving it out there. Friendly staff and helpful when I'm indecisive on all the choices. This is a combination Auntie Anne's Pretzels/Cinnabon shop. It just opened this week, and I stopped by yesterday for a Cinnabon, pretzel, and churro. The Cinnabon was great, but the Auntie Anne's pretzel was not fresh. It was lukewarm and stale. It had definitely been sitting there awhile. I was also disappointed that they are not serving the sour cream and onion flavor pretzel. Another thing I should note is that they open really late. For a Cinnamon bun shop, it seems they should open early, like 6am or 7am. But they don't open until 10. read more

On my return visit, the staff was helpful and efficient, even though the place was busy. Everyone was being helped quickly, and the rolls were fresh and delicious. I tried to order a 6 pack online for $30, system wasn't allowing me to do it. I decided to go in to store to order, they told me I could not order a pack in person and told me I could come back in 4 hours to pick up the pack. We went into this brand new Cinnabon & Auntie Anne's location in the Pavilions yesterday (4-26-2025) during their soft launch and was so impressed!! The food was delicious (try the chocolate chip cookie - best ever), the employees were so well trained and attentive, and the owners were amazing! So many choices and everything and everyone was awesome. We will certainly be going back many times as the experience just made us happy. read more
