The bagels are prepared fresh with a variety of flavors including ghost pepper bagel (not something I'm brave enough to try. They had ample pumpernickel bagel, which is one of my favorites and they will cut them through a machine for free. The customer service is outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and she was very patient as I was selecting the bagels. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting and has a small hint of a New York deli. Even though it's a bit of a drive, it was worth every single mile! Between the outstanding bagels and the customer service you cannot go wrong here.
