Since this was my first time using tanning beds, I had quite a few questions, and the staff took the time to walk me through everything in detail. I never felt rushed or like I was expected to already know what I was doing. Of course, I came in wanting that beautiful, deeper glow and was ready to spend more time tanning. However, she recommended that I start with less time because she didn't want me to burn. I actually really appreciated that. It showed me that she wasn't simply trying to sell me more time or services--she was genuinely looking out for my safety and well-being. She also offered tanning lotion and protective eyewear, which was incredibly helpful. I honestly didn't realize how important those things were as a first-time customer, so I appreciated her taking the initiative to educate me and make sure I was properly prepared. The entire experience felt professional, informative, and genuinely caring. That level of attentiveness makes a huge difference, especially when you're trying something new. Overall, amazing service, great customer care, and a team that clearly takes pride in their guests' experience. I'm already looking forward to coming back for my next tan!

The only down side was their finishing SPF moisturizer had almonds. Since I'm allergic to almonds, I couldn't have it and they didn't have a different kind of moisturizer. She told the owner, since I was the 3rd client she's had that had the same allergy, but has still not received the new moisturizer since their Beverly Hills office was so busy. Other than that, the entire experience was nice. Samara gave me tips on how I can improve my skincare routine and improve my skin complexion. She made me very comfortable and even gave me a gentle head and neck massage. Instead of the moisturizer, she gave put vitamin C serum with hyaluronic acid instead.

My whole family goes here but I am terrified of the dentist but I found an angel disguised as a dentist and his name is Dr. De Los Santos!! I unfortunately chipped my tooth and needed it fixed immediately! I had to have 2 emergency root canals - felt no pain during and after surgery! Which is a miracle in itself :) I think the biggest pain was my own thoughts in my head.....lol Dr. De Los Santos fixed my teeth and put 2 permanent teeth in replacement. It looks so natural you can't even tell that it is not my real teeth. The main thing that I was concern about was the fit and if my new permanent teeth would match my natural teeth color. And to my shock - it looks incredible! Dr. De Los Santos is a very patient, gentle, kind and funny dentist! He always put me at ease in his office even though I know I probably don't show him when I am in the dentist chair....I am trying Dr. De Los Santos :) He will even tell you a joke or 2 to calm your nerves. The staff in the office are absolutely wonderful too - Vanessa and Lupe in the front desk! Always booking my next appointment. Alex his assistant I could not have went through this whole experience without her support - she is awesome!! Very nice, sweet and gentle as well - she learned from the best dentist of course! I can't forget about Fannie -she cleaned my teeth! She is amazing as well! Everyone in this dentist office is impeccable!
