Beautiful place and wonderful people! My nail lady gave me an amazing pedicure and was so kind, she spoke to me the entire time and gave a great massage I definetely recommend! Help out ur local small businesses!

Pretty good! The polish on the french tips could use some straightening but it's nothing too big.

    Uneven polish that's not smooth.

Came in with my 6 year old daughter mid afternoon. One very nice lady there- explained we just wanted pedicures. Stick our feet in cold water. Didn't wear gloves. She spent all of 10 minutes on my daughter's toes- no hot towel, no nothing. I had leftover gel on my big toes and she charged me an extra $10 to take it off- which is acceptable. HOWEVER....the job she did, I could have done at home. The color is bumpy, not smooth. The best part? She charged me $40 for my daughter and $40 for me (plus $10)- not same services and a horrible job. The seats were broken and full of crumbs. The wall behind the drier was moldy. She did not have anything sterilized. For $90 I expected better.

Time stamp- she sat in the chair

I wasn't sure I wanted to post this, I try to promote positive experiences as much as possible. I should have read the reviews first. Plus, I notice when their management responds to reviews, they make the customer wrong. I'm going to be as positive as possible. On Tuesday, my hub and I decided to treat our young one to her first pedicure. Since this place was conveniently located to our hotel, we chose it. We were greeted fairly kindly and seated in the chairs right away after selecting our colors. There were two ladies drying. The workers were a man an woman. The woman did my, the man my daughter's. I chose a solid but she wanted alternating colors. My soak, 'scrub' and wash was 15 mins. Shortest time I've ever had. There were no gloves and the tools and scrub brushes were later rinsed with hand soap and put in a machine (to sanitize?). Wish I noticed that ahead. My young one's pedi was also about 15 mins. She didn't need much, he forgot the lotion. The problem arose when he began her color. He polished and removed her polish literally 40-50 times. I could see he wanted it to be neat, but he needed to take the 'L' and pass her to someone else. I didn't realize how long we were there, finally a young lady came in and he asked for help. (Why didn't he ask the lady who did mine?/ Why was another lady snapping greens next to the pedi chair?) She put the polish on fairly neat and told us ten mins. After 15 I called my husband for pick up. They told us it wasn't dry but we had to go and said we would be careful. Before bed the polish was messed up! I was proud of how patient and kind my young one was! I had to apologize for this experience. The sad thing was the lady looked down on the tip, though we still tipped 15%. The guy was thankful, maybe because after all that he felt he shouldn't accept it. I was also disappointed they didn't even try to compensate us for the time: paint her nails or give a coupon or just apologize to her?? I screenshot my pic so you can see, -We arrived at 5pm (took a pic once she was settled). - 7:30pm she was under the dryer for the final time. Picked up dinner and back to the room around 8:20 (almost an hour after) - 9pm she put on her pjs and looked down disappointed! My sister said we should go back the next day and have them fix it but my daughter was terrified of spending hours again. So I fixed them at home. Pedi-$40+40, tip $6+6, card fee+$3= $95

Got a pedi for two here right before they closed. Selena did a wonderful job juggling the two of us at once and she was super nice despite us coming in a bit late. She gave my boyfriend a really good scrubbing on his feet for the dead skin and a perfect black paint job for me. She definitely made us feel comfortable and appreciated and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Make sure to stop by if you are at the oceanfront and need a pedi, mani, massage, wax, facial or anything in your spa needs! Thanks so much Selina!!

It was our 1st massage and we absolutely loved it and I feel for a little over $50, a full body 60 minute massage was well worth my money.

I booked four nail appointments for myself, my mom, mother-in-law, and friend to get manicures and pedicures done at the same time. The receptionist was very patient with the booking process and the day of the appointments went seamlessly. The nail technicians are very friendly and detail-oriented, and we all got a lot of compliments on our nails and had a great experience. They were even accommodating when a couple of the ladies wanted to upgrade to gel manicures.

No call. Sherry said, and I quote, "sorry, I wish I could help you". Her appointment appointment from 1:30 was still going on. Mind you, my appointment was at 5. The receptionsit gave me the card to "the owner" Oxana. I called the number while in the salon and some dude answered saying I had the wrong number. Like, what is going on here? So I was given the number to a salon she was working at. Mark took a message and I am waiting for a call back. I came with a friend who has a lash appointment so I'm stuck waiting here for the next 2 hours. Awful. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Those are the sentiments I am left with after visiting this salon.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. But that's where the good experience ended. I noted I wanted firm pressure on my intake form and confirmed with the masseuse that's what I wanted for my sports massage. I am no stranger to massages. I asked her to focus on my neck, upper traps, and lower back/SI joint. She spent more than half the hour on my arms and legs. The pressure was all over the place. Weird hand motions and more therapeutic feeling. Then she drilled hard onto my IT bands and calves. They were sore for a few days after. I was expecting similar pressure in the areas I asked. But nothing. No pressure or trigger point work AT ALL. By the time I thought to ask for more pressure (because she never asked if the pressure was ok), the massage was over. I was really frustrated because I was really needing some relief on my neck and traps. I paid and tipped but also let the receptionist know I was really let down. She said she would let the manager know. I then left a note via the survey link they sent out with the same feedback. I heard nothing back. So a few days later I called and spoke with the manager. She said they appreciated the feedback and that her or the owner would call me back within a day or two to discuss the best way to rectify the situation. I still haven't heard anything so I don't think I'll be back. Disappointing when you look to a service to provide relief from chronic pain.
