I have been a patient of dr Aurora Ciceovan for two decades now and I would never change this dental practice for another one even if now I am living two hours away. Her work always equals perfection and her staff and office are very friendly and neat. Over the last twenty years she has performed multiple dental work for my whole family of three and belive me they last for ever. While my dental work involved only multiple crowns and fillings, my husband's complicated bridges and several other extensive dental works stand as proof for her high and durable quality service. I had done some dental work when I was young in my twenties with a different dentist and I was used to see how they were not lasting more than a couple of years and I remember that dentist appointments were associated with the memory of pain. Well, once I started seeing Dr Aurora Ciceovan, my whole concepts of dentist visits had changed. Pain is a memory and I know I had invested in very durable dental work. I have crowns and fillings she put in place in 1997 and they are still like new. Dr. Aurora Ciceovan is very personable. She always takes time to educate me, the patient, and gives me advice regarding better managing of my dental health.The hygienist there does a great job under her magnifying glasses and I know I get a very detailed treatment whenever I go in for preventive care. Wait time is never an issue as I do not remember waiting more than 7-8 minutes ever. I wonder what is their secret that their scheduling is so well done. I have been a patient at this office for several years. I live in a different state but always return to this office for my dental care when visiting friends and family. The atmosphere when first walking into the building is very calm and serene and is a nice transition of walking into the actual dental office located on the third floor of the building. The front desk staff never forgets to greet you and make you feel at home while waiting to be called in. I am always impressed with the cleanliness and polished look of the office. Having a few of my own family members in the medical field, I always look for cleanliness and above all the utmost care towards patients when considering an office, and Dr.Ciceovan's office staff does just that. The dental hygienist always performs the best cleaning I have ever experienced and is on point and technical with her exam, cleaning, and future advice for me and the care of my teeth. I really enjoy the dynamic of the staff members. Dr. Ciceovan never fails to make me feel at home and taken care of. She is always willing to listen to my concerns and always comes up with the best treatment plan for me. Dr. Ciceovan is an excellent dentist who knows all the latest dental treatments, research and technology. She has always provided excellent work on my teeth despite my small teeth and jaw that doesn't open very wide. She has helped me with my night time teeth grinding problem, inserting and replacing crowns and my transition to older receding gums. She always has a compassionate kind word and a smile for me. She knows her patients as a person, not just as a tooth to be worked on. Her skills as a dentist, her attention to detail for her work and her dental expertise have helped me to keep all my teeth for the ten years that I've had her as my dentist. Her dental technicians and hygienists are very well-trained, careful and thorough. I have had my teeth cleaned and necessary x-rays taken every six months. I've tried a number of other dentists until I ended up in her care (I was referred to her by a friend), and can definitely say that I never felt I needed to look anywhere else. Dr. Ciceovan is a true professional with a perfectionist attitude, yet gentle and caring, and of impeccable moral character. She and her staff have always answered my questions and I felt I was in very capable hands while there. Excellent dentist! Very nice personality,unusual for dentists. In my many years as a patient I have seen her do so many wonderful things for my teeth. I no longer fear going to her,I actually enjoy the feeling of nice clean teeth. The office looks so nice and she plays calm music in the backround to keep you relaxed. Recently a needed a minor gum surgery which to my surprise she did it herself despite the fact she has a periodontist in her office once or twice a month. State of the art dentistry. High tech equipment, super qualified staff. If i needed a root canal treatment or periodontal surgery, i did not have to go to a different office, because they have the specialist endodontist and periodontist on staff. Dr. Ciceovan is a perfectionist, she will not settle for any work that is less than absolutely perfect, and because of the fact that she has also graduated a medical school before graduating Marquette Dental School, she has a broader and better understanding of your dental condition in the context of your general medical condition. I've been seeing Dr. Ciceovan for 15+ years, even though I live 45 mins away. Dr Ciceovan is very thorough and knows her stuff! She knows when it's time to act or when something can wait. She's very conscious of your insurance and is mindful about when to do a procedure. I also like that she checks your whole mouth (around your tongue, thyroid, etc.). The office is very well run, I never have to wait and it is clean and organized. Dr. Ciceovan is a great dentist and one that I trust.
