You really know that Dr. Niekrasz and Kathy, his wife and assistant, care about your well-being. They do excellent work. We have had routine care, cleanings, fillings, and crowns as well as cosmetic veneers. We owe our beautiful smiles to Dr. Niekrasz and will go nowhere else for dental work. The office is also great about working with your insurance and working with budgetary concerns. We have had work scheduled to maximize our benefits several times throughout the years. The office is very small, but that is something we really like about it. You get very personal and personalized service. He paid a $150 copay for a root canal, with insurance covering the remainder. After the procedure, he continued to experience severe pain. Despite returning to the office multiple times, they dismissed his concerns, blaming the crown instead of properly diagnosing the real issue. Now, after months of suffering, he's being referred to a specialist -- who confirmed that the original root canal was not done correctly. When we requested a refund, the office arrogantly refused, claiming "the work was completed" and that "too much time has passed." Let me be clear: just because work was done does not mean it was done correctly. This office, and Dr. Lebab Helay in particular, will be hearing from both the state dental board and a lawyer. Their refusal to take accountability for their mistakes and the pain they've caused will not be ignored. I strongly advise anyone considering this office to think twice before trusting them with your care. Esta clínica, y en particular la Dra. However, I've been coming here for 10 years, and it's actually a joy - even for those times when you need to have follow-up work done. My dentist is Dr. Franciska, and the hygienist is Denise. My husband sees Dr. Steven, and says he is really great too. They are really friendly, professional, and everything is absolutely spotless. They won't BS you about what work is required, and give good recommendations for other specialists if you need one (such as for oral surgery, or a root canal).
