I go here to get my prints done for local art shows. I love the convenience as they're open consistent hours and are usually very quick and professional! Plenty of parking in the shared lot and in all the items I've been there, there's not been a line or a long wait. They offer many print services that you can access day of and they don't have the same print minimums as some businesses. Check online, email or call if you have questions about your specific print job.

Complex located near Starbucks, Joanne's, Shari's too.

We are super thankful this establishment was open on Labor Day for notary service for a passport application. Pricing for this and two 8x10 prints (4.00 each) was slightly less than $20. Friendly, local service. I wanted to get several cell phone photos printed 5×6, and the cost was .75 each. A bit more than expected but likely the standard cost. I'll return for future notary needs.

Great for last minute gift buying. Great for a "pick me up" for a sick friend (or yourself). Their paper napkin selection is amazing. And they have a lot of great soaps, scarves, wallets, and other stuff you do not need. Now about that customer service... it's hit or miss. Sometimes I walk in are they are super friendly. Other times, the woman behind the counter doesn't acknowledge me. What's the expression? Every one of us is carrying some burden? That said, I've never had anyone be outright rude to me.

We bought two things that were almost identica, so when I went back in to return it less than 24 hours later they would not refund me my money that they only offered store credit. I was just visiting this area for the week and am too far away to shop here again to just casually chop. So them refunding me was really the only way I'd really be receiving my money Back. At the time of purchase they did not say items could not be returned, and if they were returned they would only be given store credit. This is something most businesses do if they have this policy. They pointed to a small sign on the table. I told them in the future it might be nice to have a bigger sign that isn't so easily over looked or tell customers when they purchase something that any items they purchase can not be returned. they said they don't make exceptions on this rule that they are a small business. I'm tempted to dispute this with my credit card company but am going to cut my loses. I handed the gift card to someone I met on the street a couple blocks down in hopes they can get some use out of it, since I won't be.

This was my first time picking up prescriptions at Ostroms and I have to say I was VERY impressed…read more My prescriptions were ready almost right away and I was able to give all of my insurance information through a simple text. The environment was very relaxing and there was almost no line inside (though I believe there were a few cars in the drive-thru). The lovely pharmacy assistant that helped check me out was very nice and helped set up my prescriptions to auto-renew. Heaven knows I'm horrible at remembering to call in my refills until it's too late so hopefully this helps future me! Mind you, I have been to SEVERAL pharmacies in the area--usually grocery stores (several Safeways, Fred Meyer, QFC, Costco, Walgreens--you name it) and average spending at LEAST a half hour in line in a severely understaffed pharmacy with a single stressed out pharmacist juggling multiple tasks. I got none of these stressy vibes at Ostroms. The shop was super cute too and I will definitely find something here next time I need to purchase a gift. The only thing that sucked was getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour-ish time. That was a nightmare but not Ostroms fault by any means! Looking forward to my next pick-up and exploring the store even more.
