I was very nervous about sending my son here because of the reviews, but our experience was better than expected. The nurses, doctors, and staff were all very kind and easy to talk to. Communication was excellent, we were able to call and speak with our son at any time of day, and we were given permission to visit whenever we needed. I would strongly advise any practicum student or trainee to avoid Aurora Behavioral Health in San Diego specifically working under Kathy Robbins (Clinical Director) and HR (Nancy) that ignored my formal complaint, real professional. My experience with Kathy was not just disorganized, it felt targeted, inconsistent, and emotionally exhausting. There was a clear pattern of controlling, dismissive behavior that made the environment feel more about power than actual clinical training. Expectations were constantly shifting, and I was criticized for following directions I had previously been given. Meanwhile, similar situations appeared to be handled differently for others, which raises serious concerns about fairness and professionalism. I was not properly trained or supported, yet I was held to standards as if I had been. Instead of being guided, I was met with punitive responses and a tone that felt condescending and, at times, outright disrespectful. The dynamic felt less like supervision and more like control. Even after leaving, the situation has not been resolved. There continues to be resistance and lack of follow-through regarding my hours, with arbitrary distinctions being made such as dismissing valid observation and training, despite those being standard components of practicum learning. What's most concerning is the lack of accountability. Nancy from HR has not followed up after our meeting, and my attempts to escalate concerns to higher leadership have gone unanswered. That silence speaks volumes. This experience has continued to impact me even after leaving, which says a lot about how poorly it was handled. If you are a student, protect yourself, get everything in writing and be cautious. What should have been a supportive clinical training environment instead felt controlling, inconsistent, and unnecessarily stressful due to poor leadership and lack of integrity in follow-through, even my program took my side in the behavior I experienced reflected poor supervision practices, lack of accountability, and a concerning disregard for the role of a clinical training environment. I'm grateful I didn't give this abusive institution more of my time than I did. read more

I am giving this place two stars because other than my terrible experience with one staff member, in general, the staff I interacted with over the phone were polite, professional, courteous, and made efforts to assist during the time my child was admitted at this San Diego location in early May of this year. I am especially grateful to the doctor who attended my child. The doctor took the time to express and explain important information regarding my child. The doctor offered to have a social worker, from the facility, to call me so that I may share the serious and urgent concerns I have. The facilities social worker called me. I expressed serious concerns of abuse involving my child. The social worker stated it would be reported to child services. I did not receive a follow up phone call after some time. I have called and left multiple messages with my information, but never received a call back. I called today and the social worker that I reported my concerns to answered. I asked if my concerns were reported and asked for an update. The social worker stated she did not report it. When I inquired as to why, the social worker stated there was no evidence and added "It is not my job." I was confused as I believed the whole reason I was placed in contact with the social worker by the doctor was to express my concerns of abuse to my child so that the social worker could help me. The social worker stated I need to report it myself. I explained that I did, to the facility's social worker. The social worker repeated the statement "It's not my job". Confused, I asked for clarification, the social worker stated being uncomfortable talking to me. In order to avoid further uncomfortableness expressed by the social worker, I requested to speak to someone from the facilities leadership team, I was transferred to a supervisors voicemail and I left a message. This is an extremely painful and disheartening experience. I made a report of abuse to the facility's social worker in early May. Fourteen days after my child was discharged, my child experienced the abuse I shared with the social worker which resulted in a 12 day hospitalization. I don't understand why a social worker would choose not to report my concerns of abuse. read more

The reviews here were terrible so it made me nervous when I was recently admitted, but I loved my stay at Aurora. The EMT mentioned that the food was good at this facility and I thought he was joking, but it was actually really good! Breakfast is the only meal that isn't very good, but lunches and dinners were pretty solid. The intake process can be really lengthy and boring, especially if you're coming in during a crisis, but once you get past it everything is pretty fluid. The BHS's, RN's, Social Workers and psychiatrists are all so kind and helpful, and the small groups are really helpful in feeling supported. Small groups are held about every hour in the facility, but after around 2pm, the units get to go outside, go to the gym, or just hang out. There are 4 Adult Service Units (ASU 1-4), a psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU), and a kids unit upstairs. The teams consisting of social workers, case managers, doctors and nurses all work well together and thankfully seem to communicate well with one another! The only reason this was 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of communication between the staff and the clients. No one explains how the schedule works, the fact that you have to be cleared by your doctor before you get to leave the unit to visit the gym or cafeteria, or just how things generally work in the facility. This was my first visit and it was really daunting to have a skin check upon arrival and have no one explain anything. Luckily everyone in my unit had been there before, so they were able to explain how things worked. Overall great experience, got the meds and help I needed. Would definitely go again if I had another mental breakdown. read more

I've been to Aurora almsot everytime i've been inpatient psych. It has 2 starts for a reason. I was once there as a minor in the adolescent unit and a boy there who was a patient was constantly expressing suicidal ideation, they let him discharge hours later. he came back high on xanax because he tried to overdose and die on it. I'm currently passive suicidal but the intensity of it comes and goes and i'm in psychosis and i'd rather continue on this way, miserable, then admit myself into Aurora Behavioral Health. They don't care about saving lives, they care about a check. read more

We had a member of our family who choose counseling and a stay at a facility. Where we live and through our insurance there were only two choices and we decided on this one. Compared to a likeminded facility we went to with another family member, this one was little more than heaven sent. The customer service seemed genuine and professional, as was the family Zoom Call prior to our arrival for picking up the family member, who also exclaimed they were treated fairly. In terms of the way they were treated and from what we'e seen elsewhere, Aurora Behavioral Health Care is apples to oranges better than other places. highly recommended. read more

I went to the adolescent unit a couple months ago please do not come to this mental hospital. They took away all youre belongings, my doctor gave me medications I had not been taking before I felt sick and threw up I got no sleep also the staff were coming in grown men when we were sleeping. The staff were not very friendly we would just sit in a room pretty much all day doing nothing. However the group staff were super sweet I loved them!! Overall the experience was traumatic the food was terrible, no help at all, staff werent helpfull, terrible sleep, Aurora made my mental health worse and made me feel greatefull for not being there ​ read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. My wife was admitted on a Wednesday evening for an ADHD related issue, and was only able to briefly talk to her beforehand. I called the next morning and explained who I was, and that I wanted to speak to my wife. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, and my wife was never notified of my call. My wife said the place was horrible, food, nurses, doctor, etc., and it really pisses me off that with all the money we pay for top tier Kaiser health care, they would send her to a dump like this. read more

I visited a year and a half ago as an adolescent but I still think back to how poorly this establishment was run. I was only supposed to be there overnight but ended up staying for a month. Dr Torres was the main problem back then, I'm not sure if hes been fired since then but for the sake of the children I hope he was. Dr Torres sided with my dad when I told him about my home life going as far as saying "I feel bad for him, having his wife and daughter both accuse him of this." followed by "well wheres the proof" when I looked uncomfortable at his rude remark. He put me on Prozac which gave me very bad side effects where I couldn't eat and didnt feel like myself at all and when I asked him to try something else he upped my dose and avoided seeing me for about a week. Once he saw me again he decided i needed antipsychotics instead of antidepressants just because I didn't like prozac specifically and he kept hanging up on my mom when shed call to complain. One time he answered another parents phone call during our meeting, said "who is this? I dont know who this is, do you know who this is?" and handed me the phone. I didn't know who it was. Another time I was talking about my ADHD diagnosis and he said "what is ADHD?" I thought he was asking what it was to me but turns out he actually didn't know what ADHD was. He said all my problems would go away if i just "found God" because he knew I was an athiest. He did what was worse in the kids interest, if they were safe to go home he'd send them to residential and if they said theyd harm themselves or be hurt by a parent if they were sent home, he sent them home. The establishments main goal for the most part is to send a kid to residential even if its not what they need. While some say it helps, its a bit excessive when unnecessary since its a month long at least. Also, one of the staff yelled at me and 2 others for calling a staff by his first name (thats how he had introduced himself to us and all staff had us refer to them by their first name.) Nearly everyone in the adolescents unit called to complain about Torres but as far as i know nothing was done. read more

I was there when I was a minor around last year, I was refusing mood stabilizers (I'm off them now and never needed them imo) Because I was refusing I was given benydryl shots, I couldn't refuse the shots I was only compliant because I assume they would do it with force if I didn't. it was half the normal dose so it didn't even make me tired, I think they were doing it to scare me. I only took the meds because a social worker convinced me it would make things go by faster, my psychiatrist talked to another kid about me (not bad about me being social or some bs) it was odd still, I contacted patient advocate it took around a week to finally talk to him, he couldnt do anything. I was constantly told I had no consent because I'm a minor, I felt so helpless. the same doctor threatened to booty juice me (sedate me) Because I raised my voice at him. staff were chill, program was cool. worst place. i went in spring of 2023 and its super unfair. i don't know how they have it now but they made a level system which i think is the worse thing you could do when trying to help people out as they preach. they dont care at all and send people places for no reason. i got sent to the quiet room for making a joke maybe about 5 staff members who worked there when i was in the facility were actually good at their job. this place made me want to end my life more than try to stay here. read more

I was hospitalized for a month here when I was a teenager. I was struggling with feeling suicidal, and I had a substance abuse issue; I used drugs to escape my feelings and reality. This place saved my life. I had group therapy sessions with a counselor and other teenagers here, individual therapy sessions with a counselor, art therapy, outside time, and homework time where I did all my schoolwork (since I left high school to come here). I still graduated high school, early actually! I ended my drug problems and got out of my depression going here. It felt like a break from my stressful world, and I needed that. Thank you so much, Aurora. Thank you to all the people who work here. My only recommends on changes would be to get a bigger outdoor space, and maybe more things to do, and to get more snacks and good, but healthy food. read more

They claim not to be a cookie cutter program but that's exactly what they are. My child went there for help with anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. All of these issues have existed for 5+ years but because she tested positive for THC (a much newer issue) they focused her treatment on chemical dependency. My son went here because he had a suicide attempt. The Dr. discharged him with no medications. We have asked for Dr's notes and they refuse to give them. My son learned nothing in groups, the doctor is out of touch and just rants about random stuff. I am not one to normally leave a review of anywhere, but I wanted to review my time here. Some of the nursing staff is absolutely rude. You have nurses who start speaking in a foreign language in front of people and we don't know if they are talking about us or not. The BHS's who were super nice and always made my day a little nicer, and the counselors like Kassie, and Leah, and Micha who always made our groups interesting. Those three counselors always took extra time to talk to me and provide me with extra knowledge and information about my addiction I didn't know. I was really disappointed with the gym and how there is no real workout equipment or any yoga like any other rehab. The food was ok it could be a lot better. In general my stay was ok. It could have been better if the nurses were nicer on the unit and I didn't feel ignored by them or talked about. read more

1 star is too high. I was here back in late january and it was absolutely horrendous. My main coping skill was music, but they refused to let me listen to any when i was having a panic attack because I wasn't a level 2. They didn't care at all about my OCD, which was causing my relapse. When I was having an hours long panic attack, the staff did nothing to help, and instead sent other kids to help me. The food sucked, but they had fanta you could get if you were a level 3. Some other teens had been there for 5+ weeks, which is a crazy long time for an inpatient facility (normal stay is 3-10 days). Dr Torres should be fired, and everyone else there thought so (even the staff and social workers). And the quiet room was absolutely terrible. They would lock kids in there for days on end instead of dealing with them. They also let a girl almost die from a benzos overdose instead of helping her (she ended up getting her stomach pumped, but they let her sit in the hallway for 5-7 hours). I was in the adolescent unit, but they absolutely did nothing to help the kids (who were in the same unit, but we couldn't talk to them). We also went outside once a week, but were supposed to every day. Shoutout to Lydia, the only one who ever took us outside. Oh, and my crocs got stolen. read more

If you have seen the movie, "One flew over the cuckoo's nest" this place is much worse. No handicapped provision for independent toilet use, no hot water, no bathing in a week, rising from the toilet requires yelling at the top of one's lungs for thirty minutes...I came out with edema (massive swelling of the legs) and impacted feces from the wrong medications. When the medical doctor poked my swollen legs, he gutteraly groaned "heart attack" and walked away. The best part was the discharge to home....it might as well have been at gunpoint....they never notified my caregiver I was already in a shuttle home, after promising a meeting with doctors to review at home care and medication changes...Brooke and Kimberly in the office are pathological liars with a passion for hanging up the phone if your family are intelligent or well informed. Seriously, consider rolling your wheelchair to Black's Beach at sunset and going down the cliff before ever coming here. One fine day, when American society actually commits to providing quality mental health care, this place should remain as a museum like the death camp at Aushwitz. read more

I want to thank Aurora hospital for helping my son. He was going through a mental breakdown . With the help of Pert, my son was referred to this facility. My son rated a 6, saying he was quite happy and grateful. I as a mom ,are extremely thankful to Aurora for helping my son when he needed it the most . I pray my son doesn't need it again, but if he does , I will have no problem bringing him here again . The only thing he said he didn't like, the fact the care givers didn't let him rest or sleep during the day. The medication they gave him, made him sleepy, therefore, he wanted to sleep , but wasn't allowed. That part he didn't like. But he spoke highly about this facility . He loved the food . Thank you Aurora hospital for helping my son. I will pray for you guys, in continuing in assisting those who need it the most, in their weakest times. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review. I figured a lot of time had passed. But then I saw that "20 Fantastic Years" picture and I couldn't help myself. In 2003, as a minor, I was chemically restrained by staff at Aurora against my will. My parents were never notified by staff that I had been forcibly injected with "booty juice" (Haloperidol). I was not violent or a danger to anyone or myself. I just didn't follow instructions. I don't remember ANYTHING that happened afterwards. At least a day if not two passed that I have no memory of. According to other patients while under sedation I was not acting like myself. Literally anything could have happened to me and I have no memory of it. It is a complete blank. Hopefully over your "20 FANTASTIC years" you didn't inflict this trauma on other teenagers but I find that highly unlikely. read more

I went to Aurora when I attempted to commit suicide back in 2015. When I was there I felt as if I was in a jail. The staff was absolutely terrible. They consistently made me, along with other patients, feel like crap. They always made us feel guilty about our mental illnesses and how they're all "fake". That is completely unacceptable and definitely not something you tell teenagers struggling with mental illnesses. This is supposed to be a supportive environment for struggling teens. Everyone I met in there agreed that Aurora sucked. I would opt for Rady Children's mental hospital, I have heard amazing reviews from there. read more

Aurora saved my life. In particular, Lydia was a godsend. Pray that you get her as a counselor. She helped me to feel human and worthy of a beautiful life! All of the nurses and doctors were respectful and cheerful daily. If your hobbies include art, music, or exercise you can request special therapy sessions (I.e. individualized art therapy, feldenkreis movement therapy, etc). 10/10 Aurora! read more

This place puts up a clean and welcoming front but perception isn't the reality here. They make everything visible to the outside beautiful while everything that is unseen looks beat and not maintained. (Pictures posted) I had a loved one in here and they felt completely unsafe and unwelcomed by staff. As soon as i entered the first double doors, the place gave bad vibes, even i felt depressed being in their visiting them. Staff would always give you the run around when you ask them questions. Dr. Hall seemed to give no empathy and felt like a man who didn't give two rats about his patients or what they had to say. SHOUT OUT TO BRAVO FOR BEING THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER WHO GAVE A SHIT AND WAS GENUINELY GOOD HELP TOWARDS MY LOVED ONE. When i spoke to other patients, the women reported underwear missing after they turned them in to do laundry, which the staff is in charge of. Another patient reported hundreds of dollars missing from his personal belongings. Staff would mess up or forget to mark down that my loved one had already taken her vitals so they would come back twice, even three times to do them. They ended up with a bruised arm from how many times they would draw her blood. (Picture posted) Phones aren't aloud back there for confidentiality and privacy of patients but staff would constantly be on their phones while they were supposed to be watching the patients. One of them would even be falling asleep while being charge of watching them. A woman even reported to me that a MALE staff member was actively using his cellphone while a FEMALE patient was nude. During one of the visits, staff failed to follow THEIR protocol and ask for phone and keys from a visitor. Visitor caught himself and went, ON HIS OWN, to turn the items in and staff acted violently towards him, putting hands on him and telling him he can no longer visit his loved one. Lastly, once my loved one was discharged and we got home, she went through her bag of belongings they returned and found that they had given another patients medication to us. Tried calling and having this place shut down but every place i would call would refer me to somewhere else, if ended up playing the mommy daddy game and gave up when one of them didnt even pick up. How do you give negative stars on yelp!This place is somewhere i would NEVER send any child again. While my sons stay here he had experienced a loss of a best friend with no staff support instead they told him he would be able to attend a funeral and last minute cancellation. How can you do this to a kid! My son was there for 57 days waiting for a residential they said max 4 weeks. There is 0 outside time for kids. Meals are prepared awfully and absolutely no clean part of this place there was food in the chairs, dirt all over the floor. Staff would not keep in contact or update even for MED CHANGES! Awful communication from doctors and social workers. Staff Fredi, sherwin, matt, rey and cristi need and deserve a raise. read more

I absolutely applaud this health clinic. The services noticed for others and received during difficult times was incredible. Their facility was so clean and their staff was so friendly. You gain trust quickly just by talking to the staff. Dr Schneiber is such a professional, caring, and is very knowledgeable. RN Corey and Social Services Dani understands sensitive issues and was so professional and fun to be around. This whole staff is so positive and provides the adjustments and schedules needed for families to reset. I am thankful facilities like these exist for troubled youngsters. Schedules, allowing kids to be kids, love and positive attention, and nutrition plays vital roles in your kids health so if you see any missing in your youngster be sure to bring them here to reset and be pointed in the right direction. Oh how I wish I could leave zero stars..... I brought my 25 year old daughter to Aurora, who wanted to be admitted to address some concerning mental health symptoms. She was admitted, and experienced the following: 1. A doctor who spent exactly 2.5 minutes with her, made bribes to the effect of, "If you take this injection, you'll get out sooner", and mocked her symptoms. 2. Stressed out staff who talk to the patients about the bad doctors 3. Lack of concern during a Covid outbreak of roommate who had Covid and was coughing all over my daughter 4. Staff not relating important patient health information to the incoming shift before a shift change 5. Some staff were making racial jokes about another staff person who was a member of a racial minority. 6. Checked on a patient "every 15 minutes" who was touching my daughter and staff members inappropriately (a couple days later, he was put on 1:1 surveillance after becoming exceedingly aggressive) 7. Doctor who did not call me after promising my daughter that he would, and would not call me after I made several attempts to contact him 8. Horrendous communication EXCEPT for the social workers, who are overworked and put in very difficult positions There were so many more things that happened, but you get the idea. Piece of advice: don't take yourself or family members here. The system is broken. read more

Youth mentioned below has since developed schizophrenia and is non-functioning with appropriate treatment currently being withheld. ----------------------Original Post March 15, 2018 --------------------------- Is the Problem the Facility or adequate access to Heath care? On Monday afternoon (3/12/2018) I took my 18-year-old grandson into Aurora Behavioral Health Care Facility, in Rancho Bernardo to have him psychologically assessed. What prompted this visit? Him waking up for the last two nights around 1:15 am with extreme anxiety and night sweats, responding to voices inside his head and not able to pull himself together or maintain self-control. (He actually "believed" there was a voice inside his head named Larry who was trying to hurt him--which he wasn't able to override with reasoning for some 20 minutes before he could be calmed and re-centered. I recorded portion of this event without his knowledge with my iPhone to show evaluation staff what was taking place to prompt this visit.) Earlier this same day before coming into Aurora, we met with County Health officials to get him signed up for stabilized housing since he's homeless (has been since Kin-Gap/foster youth funding was discontinued in 11/2017) and living out of hotels funded by donations as of this posting. When "we" arrived for the appointment (he reluctantly agreed to come in) my grandson asked to speak to the interviewer alone. (He's 18, request honored.) Some fifteen minutes into the interview I was called back into the room. I was asked WHY I thought he was in need of medical attention/psychological care? When I explained what I observed and recorded (including a description of him exhibiting racing thoughts) I asked my grandson to come clean and reveal what was really going on inside his head. When he refused claiming he was fine, I played a portion of the previous night's recording (15 seconds of a 5 minute plus recording), prompting my grandson to get up and leave. When the evaluator noticed, she promptly instructed the receptionist to lock the door so he couldn't exit the building. When he noticed the locked door, he was gradually persuaded back to the room. He then opened up voicing he was hearing voices coming through his PS3 player, the T.V. and cell phone (I was present when he shared this information); with me then again asked by him to leave the room. Some 45 minutes later, I was informed he would be placed on a 72-hour hold so he could be assessed. On the following day (3/13/2018) I went to visit him on the locked unit and he explained he had been medicated ONCE - the night before (Seroquel 50mg one time dose), and said he didn't want to take anything else. I expressed my concerns and encouraged him to try the medication - reminding him of what I had observed the night before. He signed a medical release per my request so I could be updated by his caretakers and M.D. Yesterday (3/14/2018), I was contacted by Aurora staff ("Megan") (while waiting in the lobby to drop off clothes) and informed he would be released today (3/15/2018) after the doctor makes his rounds. When asked WHY he was being released without further assessment or mediation I was told, "He doesn't meet mandatory admission "threshold" criteria to require further assessment under facility guidelines. (NOTE: Both facility and doctor did not want to hear the recording - it was offered and ignored) which shows the youth is both hearing and responding to voices inside his head. He's verbalized this during facility interview when stating he believes the T.V., PS3 player and telephone are talking to him. He's waking up paranoid, screaming at someone that's not physically there - i.e. auditory hallucinations, which indicates he is clearly not able at times to differentiate between reality and what's going on inside his head. He's also not able to focus or stay engaged in conversation for any length of time. (Physically, when you look into his eyes he appears to be in a daze - drug screen's negative he was tested before came in, which should tell any "professional" that something else is going on inside the kid's head. My daughter spent a week here for threatening suicide. It is scary to have your teen taken from you but she is now out and is now doing outpatient therapy. Aurora helped my daughter become happy again. They gave her new meds, watched her carefully, took care of her and helped her learn to share her feelings in a positive way. Nothing therapeutic about this place. The unit I was in was run-down looking and dirty! The day room looked like a prison day room for inmates (can say this with confidence after working in several prisons). The "cleaning" of patient rooms/beds between patients was laughable. The showers on the unit I was on did not have warm/hot water. If you didn't want to shower in cold water, you'd have to sign up to be taken else where in the facility that evening (doesn't guarantee they would take you though. Staff assigned to those duties preferred to stay seated and mess with their cellphones). Hygiene and environmental cleaning should be a priority in a congregate setting such as this, but that is not the case here. As far as the staff, there were only a handful who were professional and kind... others not so much!! I definitely don't recommend this place for anyone needing mental health help. read more

Our son is currently at this horrible facility. We have had little communication with the staff. We have repeatedly left messages. It has been extremely frustrating. We requested a consent for release of information when he was first admitted and it is now a week later and they just said that they have not done it yet. He told us that the treatment is horrible. He said that they barely scratch the surface when they come in to talk to you. They just quickly ask how are you feeling and how are the medications? For someone who is looking for help with suicidal thoughts, this is horrendous. We are looking at all of our options for getting him out as soon as possible. read more

Wow this place seemed kinda scary. Like it looks nice and friendly from the outside, seemingly welcoming staff, but something wasn't quite right or didn't add up. The evaluation process was a bit personally invasive I found, and did not feel safe or comfortable at times. They almost convinced us this may be a helpful alternative since Palomar Medical's ER was such a traumatic experience. After much discussion, then eventually finding other Yelper's experiences before making such a delicate decision, our gut instinct was to get the hell out of there as fast as possible and don't ever look back. Something very strange and creepy going on behind closed doors. Also they refused to quote or give details of treatment costs even after they ran the insurance first, would not discuss finances which was somewhat disturbing and disrespectful since we asked on SEVERAL occasions. Please read other yelpers personal experiences and you will hear it sounds like they abuse and traumatize their patients and more of a drug rehab than a place for healing. If you want to be treated with dignity this doesn't feel like a safe environment. They will probably screw up your Med Cycle, call you crazy, lock you up and deny needed medications like Klonopin as others have stated. Run away.... JUST RUN AWAY! Its a trap for the naive seeking an alternative - this may not be that "better" alternative just a ruse to trick people. I heard of abuse and theft from patients, unneeded lockdowns of fragile patients, and denying people their needed prescriptions calling the "Druggies" and denying them help. Read the many reviews from others to understand further, and determine for yourself the best healthcare options for your family's needs. They felt shady and not truthful. They also have a phone number and paper stating for patient advocacy, but its locked behind a screen and they would NOT provide a copy to us the only way to get this detail is to use your phone to take a picture if you stumble upon it. Refused to give a copy of this easily it was "not readily available". Read others reviews before coming here and possibly making a decision that could be more harmful than beneficial for you or your loved one's Psyche if you care about anyone in a delicate condition or with a fragile mind. Okay somehow this place still hasn't been shut down but one more thing to add. These bitchy nurses told me they needed to take blood and I kept saying can you wait until I eat since I hadn't eaten in a few days. They yelled at me and proceeded to take my blood. I immediately passed out, woke up and puked all over myself. I then got out of bed and crawled to the bathroom, only to have the nurses start yelling at me for sleeping in my underwear and telling me I need to put on pants rn (mind you, IM COVERED IN PUKE AND ITS DIRECTLY THEIR FAULT) read more
