Terrible customer service. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, when I arrived they couldn't find…read moremy appointment, even though they required a $30 deposit. Then they started to tell me all the extra charges for matted ears, long fur, things that no other groomers have ever mentioned. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my 5 lb dog with them after they acted like they weren't sure if they could trim her the way I wanted. I have never had these issues with any other groomers. I would recommend avoiding this business if you have never been there before

Eventually, an employee finally acknowledged us, only to tell us they were closing and could no longer assist us. I explained that we had arrived before closing and had already been waiting for 40 minutes, but all I received was a simple "Sorry, we're closed." The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun experience for my son and me. We left without the fish we came to purchase and feeling like our time didn't matter. This occurred on June 14, 2026, between approximately 7:20 PM and 8:10 PM. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.
