During our initial call, Heidi took the time to go over the best options for my two little rescues. I could tell how experienced and knowledgeable she was. When Heidi arrived for our appointment she was so warm and caring and took the time to make my little guys feel comfortable. When she brought them back after grooming. I could tell how comfortable they were around her and on the first appointment! She did an amazing job on both my dogs and I can safely say it's the best they've ever looked. Fast forward a few days and they still look and feel amazing. Heidi takes her time and does exactly what's right for your dog's needs. She is definitely one of a kind. I'd give her 12/10 if I could! I left a DM and only then got a response stating that someone was in an accident.. While I am very sensitive to situations especially when it involves something life threatening what I am not going to is have someone waste my time. I have a busy schedule and a text absolutely would have sufficed to let me know you could not make it, and I know people's minds are else where when accidents happen, but this is a business.
