    Rolex Submariner 14060M "4 liner"
    Jon O.

I purchased a pre-owned Rolex Submariner 14060M "4 liner" from Austin's and couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. The watch was in superb condition and the photos on Chrono24 did not do it justice. It doesn't even look like it has been worn! Jeron was great to work with and answered all questions and addressed every concern. Shipping was overnight with a 10 am delivery! I would definitely purchase another watch from Austin's. If you are looking for a watch and Austin's has it, don't hesitate to buy from them. Great company!

I bought this baby .. great price!

I paid over $100 for them to replace the posts and the first time I wore them, one pair broke. Within an hour, that $100 repair went down the drain with my faith in humans to do the right thing. It wasn't even a week from the time I picked up his shoddy work. When I tried to bring it back, not only did he give me attitude, but he wanted to charge me. He even said he remembered when I came in with my male friend when we spent hundreds of dollars. He said he was willing to throw in the labor but wanted me to buy a new earring back and post which was not even gold. And he wanted to charge me $50 for a metal, (NOT gold) post and earring back. How many earring backs have you lost in your life? It wasn't just his greed that annoyed me, it was his total and utter disrespect of me as a human. I find men like this treat women very differently when there's another man with me. I wouldn't trust these folks. Plus he obviously doesn't respect older women. Steer clear.

When I returned to the States, I searched for a reputable watch store that specializes in Seiko. One of the first recommended shops was Marina Bay Watch Company. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with a welcoming smile. I knew my watch required a full service, so I left it in their care for about six weeks. Michael worked on my watch and gave me both good and bad news. He explained that he attempted multiple times to pass the water-resistance seal test, but it kept failing due to the age of the crown. The good news, however, was that he was able to source a period-correct, original King Seiko crown for my watch. After installing it, the seal test passed, and I couldn't have been happier. After picking up the watch and bringing it home, I noticed that the letter "e" in the Seiko logo on the dial was slightly misaligned. I called the shop, and Michael explained that it was most likely caused by the putty used during dial cleaning. He reassured me that he is a man of his word and stands by his work. He even told me that if he couldn't fix it, he would buy me another King Seiko. Naturally, my main concern was preserving the original dial. Michael asked me to bring the watch back in, and he personally set aside time at the shop to fix the issue himself. About a week later, I received a text from him letting me know that the letter had been corrected. I was extremely happy that he was able to preserve the original dial. On top of that, he refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. I walked out feeling genuinely taken care of. Marina Bay Watch Company is the epitome of customer service and excellence, no funny business, just true professionals. I will be bringing all of my watches here for service going forward.
