After a few days of believing it was user error, I called for a service appointment. I was told by Matt that he would mail me the part and then I could set up the appointment. So this seem to be totally ridiculous since they were booking the appointments one week out and I had to wait until the part got to me house to book an appointment?? Ding, Ding Ding!!! And btw what if I hadn't known To read the error code and look up what part it needed?! I'll never do that again! The day of appt I talk to service man. He says that he won't be able to make it to my house until 430 or five but I will be next to his last call. So around four-ish I take all the dogs outside and lock up the cats and I sit and wait. At 6 o'clock I call and this no answer. This was on a Friday. So needless to say I wasn't going to get a hold of anybody on the telephone Till late Saturday because, btw, if you don't know they are slammed on Saturday. I left a NOT nice message finally. And then later on I called back and got a hold of a woman who agreed that I should've been called if he couldn't make it to my appointment but then again I was questioning this too because I've never had a service man call and say they couldn't make it!! She scheduled me for Wednesday. And with their better tech. (Ha!) He calls and tells me he's overbooked in the afternoon and I remind him and tell him that I was left drifting out to sea on Friday and that I shouldn't have to put up with being ignored again. He proceeds to tell me the same as Matt that I will be one of his last calme at 7 o'clock he calls to tell me that he's not coming. Done. I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!! NOT I WILL TRY TO MAKE YOU MY FIRST APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING!! When I try to tell him that if anybody was not going to get serviced it should've been the people that didn't have a previous appointment canceled by them last week!! It makes me wonder if they canceled on them too!! He argued with me and then hung up on ME!! . I haven't had a dishwasher in a Month!! I haven't had to wash dishes for 20 years and now with a brand new dishwasher I am washing dishes !!! I just want my money back NOW!! Instead of calling tomorrow to reschedule like he tells me I will be calling for a refund, plus a refund of my washing machine hoses that we had to purchase. We have been on the search for a bed for about six months now, and have not found anything that worked for both of us, but wouldn't break the bank. Prior to this we bought a mattress from Mattress Firm for well over $2k and it sucked. I spied about 3 other things I will be back to buy after we move! Two weeks prior to our visit we bought an Italian leather couch from Ashley's and paid almost 2k for it (dual recliner with cup holder/electronic device port) and I wish that we would have found this place first. It had a couch that looked almost the exact same for 1/3 the price! Granted not as many bells and whistles but too good a price to beat for essentially the same product. Anyhow, I digress - back to the bed. Due to our shotty bed my fiance (at time of purchase) had severe back problems from sinking so badly. He went in expecting to be disappointed (he can be hard to please), but the sales men/women were super attentive and accommodating. We tried the same 5 beds probably 50 different times and no one heckled us to make a decision. Finally we decided on a bed and they promptly strapped it onto the roof of my Kia Soul and off we went! The store GM addressed our worries regarding the warranty and assured us that if the bed did start to sink, we may return it for a DIFFERENT bed (our big concern, considering the last place would only replace with the same crappy product). After all was said and done we walked out with a king sized mattress, box spring, and mattress cover for under $700. We have slept like babies every night since we bought it. Five stars for staff helpfulness, product options, product quality, and easiness of purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and we WILL be back!

Dave suggested that we could have a designer come to our home and help us by creating a 3-dimensional layout of our great room to be certain that the sofa would fit properly as well as help with other decorative insights. Danielle came to our home within a few days, measured everything, knew all about this sofa, answered all of our questions and concerns, told us about their incredible protection plan and discussed prices for each sectional option. We followed up with her a few days later when she showed us multiple angles of our room with a 3-D created version of how the sofa would look with our current room furniture. There was never any pressure to buy it. We did some additional shopping online at "high end" nationally recognized furniture stores and in some local furniture stores to see if any other better options were available to us as well as cost comparing and then, were totally convinced that the sectional at Carol House was the best choice for ALL the right reasons.
