They were very apologetic and assured me that the service department and its staff were aware of the delays and should have communicated them to customers more clearly. The service advisor was also spoken to regarding customer service concerns. As I mentioned before, this is the closest dealership for me to have my car serviced, so I appreciate the follow-up and accountability. Big shoutout to Sahara for rectifying the situation and reaching out to address my concerns. Once the service was completed, everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints about the actual service provided.
